There is a lot of speculation surrounding this, and no one can truly know if Real Madrid still needs Mbappe or not until we see an official statement from Real Madrid or Mbappe on the subject matter. Mbappe will be a free agent by next year, but it does not imply Real Madrid will sign him because he will be a free agent with a lower amount to be able to purchase him. Real Madrid is not the only club where he has a greater probability of winning the Champions League. Other clubs that he can win them with may also come after him when his contract expires. Real madrid has been rejecting such rumor but im still remain in my opinion that if mbappe will join in real madrid. I have seen several clubs are starting to prepare themselves for mbappe. These clubs are:
Chelsea, MU, Liverpool and probably more to come. Im thinking about mbappe was not willing to join in another club than real madrid. Mbappe has his own interest to go to the real madrid. El real is a club that will able to make him to be as big as ronaldo.
