I think it would be very detrimental for Real Madrid if they continued to hope for Mbappe's arrival but the player never arrived and on the other hand, the performance of the Real Madrid team's front line was getting worse.

I also had the same thought. I think there has been an agreement between Real Madrid and Mbappe and it is very likely that Mbappe will join Real Madrid as a free agent. When Benzema decided to leave Real Madrid, I thought that Real Madrid would look for a replacement for him, but what happened is that Real Madrid did not seem to make it an urgent matter and left Benzema's position empty. They did bring in Joselu on loan, but I don't think this is a suitable signing to replace Benzema.

Ten hag needs to do some evaluations before try to buy a new player. It's caused by MU has been wasting so much money for nothing. The price of antony and mount have been decreasing so hard.
