That's quite a dismal prospect for Napoli as I know how reluctant clubs are to send their best players after injuries to international tournaments and I can understand that. It happens so often that these players return injured again or when they go there, they return newly injured. But it's part of their career to represent a country and I guess a club rather has a player who is chosen to be among the best of his nation than having players who never get chosen to represent their countries. But in the case of Osimhen it is complicated as he will have been out for so long and then gets back into business at full steam with his national team.
