I really understand how talented Ivan Toney is at Brentford and I admit that this player has a quality playing style but unfortunately I dont believe that if he goes to Chelsea it will be better because a player talent will be determined by who the coach is, whereas Chelsea is currently in bad situation and whether Pochettino can retain Toney talent at Brentford when he moves to Chelsea.
It also makes sense if Brentford tries to give a slightly higher price because without this player this team would be very bad without maximum achievements.
However I believe with Toney's ability he could survive at Chelsea under Pouchettino, they're not really playing an awful football,they create good chances to goals but what they're lacking is a good finisher than would convert those chances into goals and with the help of Enzo Fernandez and other players that could give better crosses to Toney scoring won't be very difficult for him, cause he's strong and has pace got some skills and could easily beat a defender to creat chances for himself.
Well Toney is like the star player of Brentford probably their most priced player and i don't think they'll like to let him go cheaply, i think they'll demand a hefty price from any club that comes for his demand cause Chelsea would definitely face a competition for his demand from other top clubs making his price to go high.
