I think If Salah departs the team it might affect them in a way this season because he's one of their top player, just like it happened to them when Mane departed to Bayern Munich 2 seasons ago it really affected them and Jurgen Klopp cannot afford to make sane mistake of letting Salah go at this point in time, I don't think any amount of money would make him let go of his star player this season when he's already lost few to the Saudi Pro League, Salah is an important player for Liverpool and selling him for now won't be beneficial to their team, because they'll need him, if they want to get back into the top 4 and challenge in the Champions league ones again, it is true they didn't make any key signing this summer but the ones they made could suprisenly make a difference and the ones they signed last season aa well would help assist the team to make a difference this season, Klopp has made it clear on his decision of keeping Salah in the team, it's left for Salah to decide if he'll remain in the Club or join the SPL league,  but left for me i think a move is unlikely to happen.

Klopp has made it clear that he wants to keep Salah. I think he is right in his insistence because if Salah leaves the team, Liverpool will become a very ordinary team. I think Liverpool should keep him for at least one more year. If they let him go without signing a good striker to replace him, things could get even worse. On the other hand, I think Salah might be unhappy at Liverpool because last season Liverpool looked like a mid-table team with no target. Also, they didn't make any signings to make a mark this season. So, this season they can play as a team with no target, just like last season.

I'm surprised that nobody talk about Jeremy Doku in this thread. Manchester City paid a heavy price of €65 million for him to Rennes. They didn't make too many transfers in this window. Doku would be a good fit for the team. He's very young and talented. Under Guardiola's wings his development will be much faster.
Matheus Nunes is another target for City. Wolves rejected €55 million bid but Nunes wants to move. City will probably raise their offer and this transfer takes place. Manchester City will both recruit quality players and rejuvenate the team.

I think it would've been more honourable for Sergio Ramos to have called it a day on his playing career after helping Paris Saint Germaine win the French Ligue 1 last season instead of leaving the club and wanting to move to another club. I've not read or heard about his future plans or which club he wants to sign for but I think he might end up as a flop in any new club he plays for because he can't deliver the kind of performances he was known for when hes Madrid.
At his current age and style, pacey forward players will be getting the better of him and that's what he wouldn't fans to see him do in his last playing days

For now I'm not sure Liverpool will let but for next season this might happen and it seems that for now Al Ittihad also doesn't really want to bring in immediately because with the lure and interest of Salah to be in the Arab league they realise that sooner or later it will happen and they can still wait until next season because it is also still very good to do.
Now looking at Liverpool's condition with only a few days left before the summer transfer is completely closed it is very stupid if they let Salah just leave because it will be very difficult to find a replacement in the remaining time that is getting tight.
