IMO, he is a good backup for sanchez. I saw that his potential is very big. He was also playing as serbian national team goal keeper as well. I saw that if he is still young and he has a lot of room to grow. Chelsea needs a new goal keep as a backup for sanchez.

He was very responsive as a goal keeper. It's a good add for chelsea. My guess that if his process will be completed soon. Chelsea is putting him as main target right now.

That's right, if you look at the leagues in Europe all clubs are required to have an Academy squad. They will be able to take advantage of potential players from the results of their own development, like Barcelona has La Masia. It won't give instant results, but steps do aim for the long term.

SPL will develop gradually, I think this is just the beginning of their efforts. in the future, even though it will not be on the same level as the league competitions in Europe, they will approach a similar game. The league will be competitive and the competition to recruit players will be even tougher, it doesn't stop there even great coaches can become their future targets.
