Manchester United can't stand still against their opponents these days. Their defending is quite problematic and it isn't only due to defenders. It is because of midfielders too. Eriksen is playing beside Casemiro now. Eriksen isn't playing in that position actually. By finding a replacement for Fred they can have a better rotation for the midfield.

Man United needs a young player and experience player to fill up for the lose of the both defender's they have. Marcos Alonso is not a good fit for that position.
Marcos Alonso has experience but he will not add energy to the squad it is a quick transition game and Alonso is no more that physical for that position. That position needs a physical and player that has pace.
Man United has blocked the move of Westham bidding for Maguire during this last few days. There's just a few days left until the transfer window comes to an end selling Maguire without a replacement first will just be unusual.

if Marcos Alonso can be confirmed to move to Man United it will be mutually beneficial because Barcelona will benefit to improve his finances and also Man United can strengthen his line up because for now Man United is in a very bad state in his last game and I think Marcos Alonso has a slightly good performance to help MU strengthen in every match.

We had plenty heard the rumours about Lukaku since last season and he was linked to several big clubs but it was never happened because some of issues and Chelsea target this summer is want to sell him even Lukaku was offered to Saudi Arabian team but Lukaku was refuse it because he still want to playing at european competitions and i think for now moved to Roma is the best solution for Lukaku because at least he left Chelsea although with loan status and he will cooperate again with Mourinho because previously whether Lukaku and Mourinho at the same teams in Chelsea and Manchester United and this is good deal too for Roma because at least they can bought new player as the replacement of Abraham without spend a lot of money

The least for Lukaku at the moment is that he can go and get a chance to play again in European competition because expecting Chelsea is obviously impossible as it is hard to ask for a competition where Pochettino doesn't want him.
Arab clubs are a good option when it comes to selling players, but Lukaku doesn't want that and it looks like Roma is one of the right options at the moment.

However I was surprised because the deal with Roma was not a purchase but a loan which I never expected because seeing Chelsea's drama with Inter they didn't even want to talk about it with a re-mortgage but with Roma they want this option.
