I still don't understand the man Kane, is he confused about staying or is he ready to leave if the right bid comes?
Why would a good player such as Harry Kane be shaking his head like he doesn't know what he wants, at the end of the transfer window I still don't see Kane moving to Bayern Munich since they're the only ones interested in him, but he'll staying put at Tottenham to continue his trophyless life style. No matter how good the new coach at Spurs is I don't see Kane getting any trophy with him.
Kane has been a top target for Bayern Munich this summer after entering the final year of his contract with Tottenham. their first few bids failed to meet their asking price, but Spurs owner Joe Lewis later told chairman Daniel Levy not to let him go for free next summer. their third proposal is believed to be over €100m (£85.5m) if it consisted of add-ons. Meanwhile, Tottenham have held out at a heavy cost so far for the England captain.
According to Florian Plettenberg, Tottenham did not respond to Bayern's offer until it was over.
however Sky Sport Deutschland pundits claim no date has ever been set by the Bundesliga giants. therefore, they are still awaiting a response from Spurs on the transfer of Kane, which they would have hoped to accept at some stage this weekend.
Elsewhere, the Daily Mail claims that Bayern want Kane to make his debut for the club in the German Super Cup Final against RB Leipzig one week later today.
BTW, the rumor is that Kane has had a personal agreement with Bayerm last month. So, in the end all decisions are in Levy's hands. On the other hand, other rumors suggest that Tottenham have been in contact about a deal to sign Mehdi Teremi from Porto, according to transfer expert Gianluca Di Mario. if so, this means that it will be important for the Spurs if they do sell Kane eventually. also, several other players they are targeting.
IMO, simple logic, if Bayern did not have a prior agreement with the England captain. hence, they would not make any bids so far. that's the reason, Bayern is adamant about bringing Kane to Bavaria in this summer's transfer window. although there has been no official statement from the two clubs, the process seems to be still ongoing. and I still believe that Kane will leave and join the Bundesliga giants.
