Two rumors came from Manchester United who are reportedly interested in Tchouameni and also Leon Goretzka. It is unlikely that Tchouameni's transfer will materialize, considering that Real Madrid really protects their players and no other team is allowed to touch him. Meanwhile, Leon Goretzka is likely a pretty good candidate for Manchester United because we know that Bayern Munich are still confused about the transfer of Harry Kane, who has not met a common ground about negotiating an expensive fee.

On the other hand, it looks like Manchester United wants to really tidy up their midfield for the better next season and therefore they still need a good midfielder in order to get the results they want. So far there has been no official offer from Manchester United for these two targeted players.

I don't think Tchouameni would sign for Manchester United now. Real Madrid wouldn't like to let him go just now in the first place. Because why would they? He has been a regular in the starting eleven in so many La Liga games until now. He has a long-term contract (until 2028) also. He is a part of Real Madrid's project now.

Manchester United will need to spend a great deal of money as his market price is €85m also. Rather than him Goretzka is a more realistic target for them now. Because there have been news such as Bayern Munich are willing to sell Goretzka for some time.

His cost might also not be too much for Manchester United which might be around €50m the most.

Here are some names of players who have reached an agreement with their new club but there is still no official announcement. I think these are some important signings for top European teams, especially from Manchester United with Rasmus Hojlund, PSG with Dembele or even Manchester City's most expensive defender in history, namely Josko Gvardiol. Apart from that, there is Frank Kessie who will eventually join a Saudi league team and there is also the Milan city duo who are also adding more ammunition to their players. But what makes me a little surprised is about the Chelsea transfer, which prefers a reserve keeper from Brighton to strengthen its squad next season and the cost is also quite expensive for a goalkeeper, which is £25m according to Fabrizio Romano's sources.

Pep Guardiola confirmed in today's press conference that Gvardiol was undergoing a medical with Manchester City. The fee agreed with RB Leipzig for the defender is understood to be €90m:

Of course, UEFA doesn't need to apologize, but they have to improve their reputation or change the regulations to be able to withstand and maintain their prestige so they don't lose to the Audi Arab League which is growing rapidly at the moment and that is inseparable from Ronaldo's influence.
Apart from the high salary offers from the Saudi Arabian teams but I think the effect of Ronaldo moving there last season was very influential in making the Saudi Arabian team what it is today, the popularity of the League, the desire of the top players to play there and also attracted a lot of investors.
Talking about the conditions of the European League and Saudi Arabia, I admit that there was a significant impact from Ronaldo's arrival to the Saudi Pro League and to be more precise pushed Saudi Arabia to be more courageous in moving freely in the transfer market. UEFA regulations are difficult to change if they do not have the support of all European clubs because almost all clubs in Europe are in an unstable financial condition. Just look at the Middle East shifting Clubs like Man City, PSG and Newcastle to excel in financial terms because behind that all the financial conditions are very supportive. With this challenge, like it or not, it is difficult for UEFA to balance regulations if other clubs are unable to meet these requirements.

It evolved into different levels after teams such as Newcastle, Psg, Manchester City were bought by the Arabs. Now it looks like they've decided to change world football. With these transfer fees and salaries, they will probably bring the Premier League to the Arabian Peninsula. There is a lot of interest in the Saudi Arabian league this year. With these transfers, this interest is increasing in direct proportion.

Bayern Munich have sent their last offer to Tottenham for Harry Kane, and it's approximately 120 million. If Kane doesn't join Bayern this time, it might be impossible for him to win the Champions League or a league championship. However, Bayern thinks they've made a better offer this time, and they think it's a good to make the transfer complete.

This offer is final from Bayern, and they're hoping Tottenham will decide quickly. If not, Bayern is ready to move on and target to other player.

I think this is going to be a huge deal for Kane if he eventually accept this offer to play for Bayern Munich next season, Harry Kane is 30 years old already despite his prolific performance with Tottenham Hotspur and his country England I think he's inability to win trophies with Tottenham Hotspur should be a major reason why he should accept the offer to play for Bayern Munich. 120 million is a cool money for his age and I think Kane is this expensive because of the hype he's got as an English player  so I will support Bayern Munich to go for another player if Kane regets the 120 million offer if possible Bayern Munich should consider going for a younger player instead of Kane.

Continuing to work for number 10 in the midfield, Beşiktaş is now interested in Ruslan Malinovskyi. Torino is also interested for the Ukrainian player. Marseille had just received the player's rights but are considering selling if the right offer comes in. If Malinovskyi comes to Beşiktaş, he will be very successful. I think he will adapt to the atmosphere here very quickly and will be more comfortable than in Italy. There are no serious talks at the moment, but the interest has been shown. Beşiktaş needs such a transfer to win the Conference League trophy. The lack of number 10 in the team is felt. I hope things get serious soon and this transfer happens.

These are two very good player, but also expensive. Goretzka is currently worth 45 million euros and has a contract until 2026. Tchouameni is worth 85 million euros and has a contract until 2028. Both players would be very expensive for Manchester United, I dont think that will happen. Possibly through a player swap + transfer fee. United is looking for replacements for Fred and Casemiro, which is possible. At FC Bayern there is Ryan Gravenberch, he is 21 years old and costs 30 million euros, which would be an alternative to Goretzka.

I'd be surprised if Daniel Levy agreed to this offer, he and Spurs have received countless offers from different clubs for Harry Kane, but Daniel Levy has rejected them all, and i expect this offer from Bayern to be likewise rejected. I think if Harry Kane wants to leave Spurs, he'd have to force his way out of the club by handing in a transfer request, i don't know if Kane is only trying to be loyal and respectful to Spurs and that's prolly the reason why he is yet to hand in a transfer request, or if he isn't just ready to leave Spurs because he is a few goals short of being the all time leading goalscorer in the history of the EPL.

Perhaps I might have misread the news, but the figure I heard is a €20 million increase from the previous offer of around €85 million made by Bayern to Spurs.
https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/12918018/harry-kane-bayern-munich-submit-final-bid-for-tottenham-and-england-striker

I am eagerly awaiting the latest update on Harry Kane, as he proved to be a highly productive striker in the EPL last season. Kane's chance to claim the EPL trophy seems wide open upon joining forces with Bayern Munich. Moreover, Bayern has met Tottenham's asking price as well.
https://talksport.com/football/1367979/tottenham-harry-kane-price-tag-manchester-united-transfer/

It is highly likely that Harry Kane will make the move to Bayern Munich with ambitious aspirations. Additionally, Bayern sees Kane as the prime candidate to fill the striker position alongside Muller.

What is taking Chelsea so long on this Vlahovic deal? Just get rid of Lukaku already and pay the necessary cash also. It is said that they need to pay £35m also and I don't think this is a big deal for Chelsea at all. Vlahovic's market price is £60m while Lukaku's is £34m. I wonder whether Chelsea were waiting to seal the deal by only paying the difference between their prices.

But I believe this deal is still worth being completed despite the asking price is higher than they expect. I don't see anyone else as a striker target for Chelsea now. They should go for this deal and give Vlahovic a chance from now on.

Because they have given enough chance to Lukaku until now and he has always been a disappointment.

It's hard and I think Juventus value Vlahovic much more than that in order to sell him that easily to Chelsea. Juventus more than 80m for Vlahovic so maybe they are trying to get back that value from the potential sale of Vlahovic. Chelsea do need a new striker but I think Vlahovic isn't worth going for a price above 50m-60m Euro. Well I honestly think they don't need another striker at all as they have Nkunku already but still signing Vlahovic seems like an unnecessary stretch to me.

You're misleading everyone dude. Don't talk nonsense. Bayern flew to England and made an offer of 80 million Euros, Tottenham refused! Bayern made another offer, but this is clearly not 120 million Euros, no matter how good Kane is, he is not worth that much and Bayern understands this. Deadline today so stay tuned.
This is really going to be a stressful piece of business for both parties because Totteham won't want to lower their valuation of their star màn,and at thesame time,Bayern won't want to over pay for the later, but anyhow it goes,I still believe the both parties will reach a compromise and agree on a deal which will see Kane move to Bayern his dream team, and it is very obvious that Totteham really don't want to sell him because they need him in their team.If Kane should finally move to his dream team, Totteham will finish below the position they finished last season, because at the moment I don't see any attacker in the transfer market that is as good as Harry Kane,so definitely this will be a big miss for them.
Forthermore, next season is a tough season, and if Totteham are to be any kind of competitive, they must look for a perfect replacement of Kane, and also sign more players to make them a strong team next season.

Should UEFA apologize to Ronaldo, it's seems his influence has earned the Saudi Arabia pro league more attention, players and football investors are now paying attention to the Saudi Arabia pro league. With what we have seen within five years the UEFA will suffer set back in terms of players interest.

UEFA has to improve in the players taxation policy the fair play.
What mistake has UEFA made that this organization has to apologize to Ronaldo?
Other players who decided to move to the Saudi Arabia pro league had nothing to do with Ronaldo, they came there voluntarily of their own free will because they could not refuse the large salary offered. Some of the players who have moved to the Saudi Arabia pro league are players who have remaining careers or are on the verge of retiring after being brilliant in Europe, the rest are still in their productive age.

Have you ever remembered how top European players were hijacked by the Chinese Super League? Many players who were still able to play at a high level chose to move to the Chinese Super League because they wanted to become players with high salaries. Actually those who leave European football do not have the goal of exercising, money plays an important role behind their decision to go to the Saudi Arabia pro league or players who have played in the Chinese Super League.

Top players who are still in their productive age will continue to pursue their dreams in Europe's top leagues because the grade of European football is higher than the Saudi Arabia pro league, top players will prioritize European football because there are many challenges there. The European Champions League trophy contested by great teams and the opportunity to win the Ballon D'or can be found there.

Goncalo Ramos played very well last season, but recruiting the Benfica striker will be a gamble for the Old Trafford team. After Mbappe refused to renew his contract, PSG are strengthening their attack, including breaking a contract worth 50 million euros to recruit winger Ousmane Dembele from Barcelona. Whether Goncalo Ramos can become a top striker in the coming years is still a question mark. But for now, he cannot fill the void left by Messi and Mbappe.
Neymar can stay at PSG and needs quality teammates around. Hopefully, Goncalo Ramos can join Neymar to help PSG regain their form.

IMO, Goncalo Ramos is more ideal than when PSG looked at Rasmus Hojlund, or Vlahovic. after all, this player from Benfica has also been proven when he played with his Portugal national team at the 2022 world cup Qatar. but after all, players will be much more powerful when handled by a coach that suits them. let's see how Goncalo Ramos will play under Luis Enrique. because after all this striker from Portugal has not officially become part of PSG. Reportedly, PSG are still working out the final details of the Goncalo Ramos deal, expected to be finalized today, as reported by Romano. As for Dembele, he's been in Paris since Thursday, set to sign a five-year contract - a move to be finalised.

Well, the era of Messi has ended, it even seems that PSG will not play Mbappe if he does not leave the Parc des Princes in this summer window. theoretically, I have said in several previous posts. PSG recruits who are now the choice are quite ideal, they have wingers who have quality. if Neymar survives, PSG will still be too strong to be in Ligue 1. However, don't expect too much to compete strictly in the Champions League competition. even so, it seems that Enrique is not satisfied if they do not bring in an established midfielder like Bernardo Silva. So, I'm pretty sure that PSG will try to get him back.

Inter Milan are thinking to strengthen their defensive lines especially for right back position because at the squad they only have Matteo Darmian for wing back and now they are thinking to gets Takehiro Tomiyasu from Arsenal and it says Arsenal will not hold Tomiyasu if this player want to leave and they also has been release the price tag for Tomiyasu that if Inter is really want him then they have to spend 16 millions and this price is quite cheap considering Tomiyasu is a good player

Arsenal has Ben White which is playing as right back and the latest is Jurrien Timber which is transfered from Ajax so obviously Tomiyasu don't have any chances to gets the place on the starting lineup even last season he was lost to compete with Ben White for full back position and if this rumour is true i think Tomiyasu can adapt quickly with Serie A atmosphere because before playing at Arsenal Tomiyasu is the former player of Bologna

According to bbcsport news link: https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/66399583
Chelsea had completed the signing of former Brighton goalkeeper Robert Sanchez in deal worth £25m with add-ons, he was signed to replace Edouard Mendy who had already joined Al-Ahli, Sanchez is expected to compete with Kepa for the first-choice goalkeeper, I think Pochettino will sticked with latter as the first choice though this is subject to him not getting injured, he absolutely will be a very good backup goalkeeper, Chelsea had strengthened their squad with some promising young players in almost all the positions in their squad as they prepare for the new season.

A club like Chelsea needs more than one quality goalkeeper. Kepa Arrizabalaga has forced Édouard Mendy out of the club but he now has a good competitor. Robert Sanchez will be a good goalie that will be a good replacement or substitute if Kepa is injured or not available. I think £25m is not a bad sum for Robert, although he lost his first place to Jason Steele in Brighton, h is still a good goalkeeper. Mauricio Pochettino is doing everything possible to build a complete team that will get a top-four position this season. And the club is giving him all the support he needs so that there will be no room for excuses.

Why would UEFA apologize to Cristiano Ronaldo? Maybe you mean that Ronaldo has attracted much attention to the UEFA thereby reducing the influence European teams have been enjoying. For now, the European league is still the dominating league in the world and it will take a long time for the Saudi League to compete with clubs in Europe. The Saudi league is still depending on the Saudi government for subventions, so they don't have many investors.

Juventus's offer is not priority for chelsea. Pochettino has confirmed that if chelsea is now putting midfielder as its main priority at this moment. Juventus's offer is not good. Chesea gonna lose once the club takes it with lukaku + 35 millions.
The market value meant nothing. The club was not using it to determine player's price.

But I believe this deal is still worth being completed despite the asking price is higher than they expect. I don't see anyone else as a striker target for Chelsea now. They should go for this deal and give Vlahovic a chance from now on.
It's impossible to happen until juventus gonna be lowering its offer to get lukaku + additional cash from chelsea. Chelsea is not putting this transfer as its priority at this moment.

Because they have given enough chance to Lukaku until now and he has always been a disappointment.
Lukaku is willing to leave from the club as soon as possible but juventus's offer was not making chelsea feel satisfied.

PSG is concerned about Kylian Mbappe's circumstance, the Frenchman's reluctance to extend his contract would be a tremendous setback for them. PSG has made it clear that they intend to sign Ousmane Dembele and Goncalo Ramos in the upcoming transfer window. The blaugrana player, is already in Paris since on Thursday to undergo his medical today. Deals set to be completed with immediate effect, while PSG are still working on Goncalo Ramos deal, making sure they sealed it before the week run out. These two signings would be incredible.

Well, as we know, rumors about Mbappe's future are still in question and speculation, rumors about him have dragged on and still haven't found a bright spot regarding his future, but what is certain is that Mbappe doesn't want to be at PSG longer. This time PSG are very serious in their determination to sell Mbappe, how could it not be because they don't want him to leave as a free agent because obviously that is a big loss. Apart from that I think PSG are not too focused on the problem with Mbappe because there are still many other things they have to think about for the good of the team too, if in the end they can't sell Mbappe and then he leaves as a free agent then this is the biggest loss for PSG themselves . Well, after successfully getting the Barcelona star, Ousmane Dembele, they are now focusing on completing a deal with Goncalo Ramos, they have almost completed the agreement at a cost of 80 million euros. This is new ammunition for PSG, and they will be one of the important players there.
