This guy is a beast. He was the best cb at the world cup and also is the most valuable cb at just 20 years. Pep Guardiola is making a good call on this one. I so much believe in guardiola player choice seeing that he has breed the best and most suitable set of players in this Manchester city squad over the years. I know that some vital player have left the club and one of which will be really missed is gundogan as he was one of key players holding that Manchester city Midfield but guardiola is an experience coach and he knows exactly what he needs in the market so any choice of players selected by him can definitely fit in the Manchester city squad and performe well.

That being said, that Saudi League is just a circus with no sporting value at all. So they probably don't care if they would need to pay 100 M€ for Neymar. Back in 2017 PSG paid 222 Million € for him though, so i don't really think that this would be a very profitable deal for them. They have burnt a lot of money in the last years and have not won the Champions League a single time.

I wouldn't be surprised if this offer is made with the participation of PSG through 3 persons. They dream of getting rid of Neymar and were even willing to pay part of his salary at a new club if someone bought him in Europe. But due to the fact that the Saudis are buying up everyone (if their name is a good brand at least), it is obvious that the interests of several parties coincided here.
