hmph..

Usually Arab clubs will never disappoint in terms of salary because it will always be high but we don't know how big Al-Nassr's salary offer is to David De Gea maybe this is still in the negotiation stage or still under consideration by David De Gea if there are no other offers from european club.
It will never stop until now the Arab league clubs will still continue to buy their players which they think are easy to recruit and it is certain that several other Arab club teams are still eyeing other players including Sergio Ramos who is being targeted by Arab clubs but Ramos has not yet decided about his new club.

Exactly, maybe Arab clubs have better finances, as we know, there are quite a lot of millionaires there, who might also become club sponsors. However, it is not only financial matters that are of concern, but government and club support to bring in world players in addition to making the Arab league attractive, also to bring in tourists must be appreciate. This is appreciation for the Arab government and its football federation. I think Ramos is not interested in the Arab league, maybe if there are no more clubs to sign him, Ramos will make Arab an alternative.

for the first time joining Newcastle maybe Tonali is a little bad but if you have stayed for a few seasons I'm sure everything will be fine because Nescastle has signed Tonali until 2028 and this is a long time so like it or not Tonali has to get used to his new team. there is no reason whatsoever to regret Tonali at this time but what is more certain Tonali must not disappoint a team that has bought him like Newcastle.
We know that he is one of the players that his club (AC Milan) chose to sell because yes, maybe he has decreased or his presence is no longer needed there and even though basically he really wants to play there. the club will not defend him, especially if the club that wants him is a rich EPL club, namely Newcastle. I think it's difficult for some clubs to turn down an offer from Newcastle. Tonali has been in Eddie Howe's long-term plans and I don't think it's going to hurt it's not too bad for him to play there and there's no reason for him not to adapt to his new club. Tonali is a solid player and has good qualities, I don't think it will be too difficult for him to adapt at Newcastle, and on the other hand, he can still improve.

AC Milan is like downgrade their squad for letting their good players to leave. They already lost Ibrahimovic, Giroud will retire soon, they only have Hernandez, Leao, Tomori and Calabria, the other are just to complete the squad.

Arsenal sign Declan Rice for 105 Million Euros, while the cost of Newcastle to sign Tonali is only half of it, I think both of them are good players, but Rice is overpriced and overestimate.

Well, football clubs need to survive and thats just what AC Milan are trying to do; if you can't get funds from the clubs revenue etc; you get funds from the clubsides pool of talent; With Tonali, AC Milan has made tremendous profits and can reshape their squad if they spend wisely; Getting Lukaku on loan is part of AC Milan rebuild process too.

And yes, Rice is a very quality midfielder; good fee too (thanks to West Ham owner quality negotiation skills).

Tony deserved it. Newcastle United will fight in UCL next year and they want to enter UCL with a worthy squad. Tonali, for whom they paid 70 million Euros for his testimonial, becomes a midfielder for Newcastle that has been considered for many years.

Players like Olivier Giroud and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are good players but AC Milan cannot rely on players that are close to retirement. Both players have contributed to the team and it is time for the club to replace them with younger players. There are rumors that the club wants to get the services of Christian Pulisic and Samuel Chukwueze. The transfer market is still open and the club will invest money on quality players.

English players in the premier league are always overhyped which ultimately leads to overestimation. Declan Rice is a good player but to me, he is not worth that amount. Maybe Mikel Arteta thinks he is a perfect signing for next season so he is willing to get him for a record £105m transfer. He is expected to undergo medical before he will be formally unveiled. Arsenal will be one of the highest-spending teams this season. They have brought in  Kai Havertz for £65m from Chelsea. They are also targeting Aurelien Tchouameni, Aymeric Laporte, and Jurrien Timber.

Sandro Tonali has officially signed for Newcastle by a 70 million euro transfer fee. This is a really good start to the transfer window I think. Because he is a really talented defensive midfielder and he can make the line between Newcastle defense and midfield stronger now. However Newcastle should continue to make more transfers to build a solid team to maintain consistency in the Premier League and do a decent job in the Champions League on one hand.
I don't expect Newcastle's Champions League target to be more than reaching the group stage though. But if they have a good draw they can do a really good work thanks to having a stronger lineup and a solid cooperation among the players.

Please take a look at that. tonalli is still having his heart for ac milan. That means if the player may not play all in for newcastle. The fact that if he doesn't even need this. I doubt if tonalli gonna be perfect for newcastle. He will not be playing fully with his heart.
The fact that if tonally is not wanna leaving from acmilan but the club was forcing him to join in the newcastle as ac milan needs money to buy another player from different club.
Im not even expecting him to play good for newcastle. The fact that if acmilan will always become his main choice to play even though he has been kicked from there.
It is very touching what Tonali has done for his beloved club and he is willing to be a victim so that his beloved club can get additional funds to improve their squad for next season. I was quite surprised by the love of the Tonali family, which has been a part of AC Milan for generations and arrived until Tonali eventually became one of the players at AC Milan. It's a shame that in the end Tonali had to play for another club he didn't want and I think he has to be a professional footballer to give everything for Newcastle. Maybe if there is another chance then he will come home to AC Milan and I think his loyalty as a player is highly appreciated.

And the next player goes to Saudi Arabia. It is Jota, who played for Celtic Glasgow in Scotland. He is now moving to Al-Ittihad Club for about 30 million euros. He is Portuguese and has already played for the nationalteam and now he will play together with N´Golo Kante and Karim Benzema. In the offense with Benzema even directly, so that will be for him a completely new and great experience.

Today, it is confirmed that PSG has officially gotten Luis Enrique as their new manager after dismissing the previous manager "Christophe Galtier" due to some anti racial and religious stance. Also couple of players has been confirmed too for PSG as they head into the new season. PSG signings look like Mid players on paper; perhaps Enrique can work magic with them.

AC Milan is like downgrade their squad for letting their good players to leave. They already lost Ibrahimovic, Giroud will retire soon, they only have Hernandez, Leao, Tomori and Calabria, the other are just to complete the squad.

Losing some important players is a loss and it can't be denied. AC Milan condition could decline drastically in the next season, especially when the key players who have made a big contribution so far donate goals. Meanwhile, in Serie A, each club does not want to stagnate and will try to improve its performance. Leao needs a suitable partner but it's a shame whether AC Milan budget can recruit at least 1 or 2 players to remain a balance on the front lines.
The Saudi League is more like a show league. They don't seem like they aim to increase the quality of the league much more by starting to grow big names from their youth setup. The only thing they aim is to maintain this show by bringing mostly old stars to make supporters happy. They have oil money and they can easily make way better offers than a European team. This is all about the Saudi League.
For now, Arab players are not in great demand by leagues in Europe, because from the beginning the goal of Saudi Arabia was to increase the attractiveness of foreign players in terms of sponsorship business. Therefore they preferred to attract top European players to bring in more money. In addition, the most ideal strategy is investing in European clubs and little by little mastering it without you noticing it.

Manchester United are still messing around with one of the best goalkeeper in the world, I'm talking about David de Gea. With UTD thinking of getting Onana from Inter Milan, I feel is not going to work out as it stands. While the dedicated goalkeeper of UTD has given the Manchester United board a big yes that he wants to stay but it seems they're taking him for granted, first they didn't accept his proposal as to agree to his terms and now they're making him look like he has no other choice, yes David de Gea made the UTD board to see that his committed to the club that's why they don't want to give him what he wants, if I were to be the keeper I'd increase my salary to even make them seek for my service not the other way round. To me I feel he should leave the team and besides they (UTD) don't have much to spend, since they have spent half of the money on getting Mount and this window might be another worst transfer window for them.
Onana is a fine replacement for David De Gea who is currently the longest serving player at Manchester United. De Gea’s time at Manchester United has been amazing and he has won a number of trophies with the club. It is sad to part ways after such history shared but even good things come to an end and his Manchester United stay is no exception. Onana’ s signing will trigger DeGea’s departure for sure.
So far, Manchester United have not officially made an offer for the Inter Milan goalkeeper, whether it seems they still need funds to be able to ensure they can pay the transfer fee if the offer is approved by Inter Milan, or it could be because the takeover of the club has not yet reached a bright spot, so Ten Haag's move in the transfer market is not so flexible.
David de Gea is certainly uncomfortable with all the news, after more than a decade as a player at Man United his mistakes have made him look bad, but de Gea will quickly be able to find a new club if Man United finally succeeds in signing Onana, because he was one of the best goalkeeper at the moment, going back to Spain and playing in one of the Laliga clubs will be possible and hopefully he doesn't choose the arab league, however the money offered can be very tempting.
What I know at the moment is that Manchester United have made the first offer with 40 + 5 million as a bonus for Onana but that was immediately rejected by Inter because they want around 60 million with a breakdown of 50 + 10 million for bonuses for this player.
I think if indeed Manchester United want a successor for De Gea this time then it is indeed the same scheme as Mount when they arrived with Chelsea.
Inter will not release their assets easily because they also realize Onana is one of the players who contributed to Inter this season so they will not release it easily.

Well, honestly in Bundesliga and Ligue 1, apart from Bayern Munich, Dortmund mainly and PSG +/- Lens and Marseille, the other teams are quite normal although their big names and the name of the players they have.
I don't think that you fully understand the current gap between Saudi league and Budesliga/Ligue 1. Former is ranked somewhere between 50-60 strongest league, which is equivalent  of German 3rd league and for that kind of league to come into top 5 you would need an insane amount of money, especially in the country that is not known by its rich football history. Also keep in mind that they don't produce their own quality players (unlike Bundesliga and Ligue 1) which is another big problem.

Manchester City are preparing to improve their last bid for Gvardiol which was 75 million euros and some bonuses as well. Leipzig insist on demanding at least 100 million euros. I don't expect Manchester City to give up on this transfer because Guardiola wants to see him in his team so much.
The Saudi Arabia league is not third none 10th in the world yet, but the progress their making it obvious they will be top five in four years to come except you're not observing well and following up. this big stars that's in the league already will encouraged the young stars to believe that their dream in football are real. the younger stars will be notice now globally because for the rapid changes in the league. no body should predict the Saudi Arabia league wrongly, they are making a progressive moves. first was to sign Ronaldo  to bring global attention to the league, Today every players wants to consider it. and more sponsors are already in the league.

I think Tonali is a good signing for Newcastle as a 23-year-old and future-oriented signing player. I think he will be successful at Newcastle United. There is no doubt that he will be one of the indispensable names of the starter 11 in the future.
I also think so, now the Newcastle United team is doing very well and Tonali has come at the right time especially since he is still very young and it is possible for him to have a longer career in top form with the Newcastle United team.
And for the process of being able to integrate with the team, of course, it takes time for Tonali, but I never thought that this was a bad move, in fact, this was the right step taken by Tonali for his future career development.

Reported from onefootball.com Manchester United first offer Andre Onana on €45 million plus bonuses but Inter Milan have been rejected and they want transfer fees above €60 million plus €5 for bonuses. Actually, play with Manchester United is most dreaming for all goals keeper and looks Andre Onana huge expected can move to United for next season.

But little possible Manchester United agree with Inter Milan offer above €60 million plus €5 million as bonuses, have crucial for Manchester United right now after their main goals keeper last several season David De Gea have been free agent on July 1, not reach agreement deal between Manchester United and De Gea with transfer fees.

Newcastle is preparing for next season's Champions League considering they managed to get a Champions League ticket because they had finished in the Premier League in the top 4 positions.
Tonali will be in attack for Newcastle and it looks like the young Italian is worth 70 million which is also the highest fee.
Previously Tonali played for AC Milan and there he managed to play well enough so it is hoped that Tonali can play better than when he was with AC Milan.
Now Tonali has been secured but it looks like Newcastle still want to find another midfielder for them and there are names Conor Gallagher from Chelsea and Kalvin Phillips from Manchester City that they are currently eyeing.
But this must be a little hindered by Tonali's transfer which is quite expensive so they are currently trying to make other options with loans to Chelsea and Manchester City for these two players. They realise that forcing this purchase will have an impact on their FFP conditions and with the loan option their expectations are actually quite normal in order to maintain balance and the opportunity to bring players who are less able to play minutes from Chelsea and Manchester City.

On the other hand, now Mount seems to really belong to Manchester United now with a price of 55 million + 5 million bonuses and it is rumoured that in the near future he will undergo a medical test.
According to some information that Fabrizio Romano said in his tweet, https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1675629931412193281?s=20
The medical test was carried out on Monday and indeed this is already the last step for Mount to wear the Manchester United uniform.
Mount's long-term contract and option for a season extension will allow him to stay until 2029.
The midfield for Manchester United has been filled now for the attack line which is also in the process of being rumored but in this case I will not be too satisfied if they forget about the defense which actually if you look at this season the defense has a lot of gaps.
Fabrizio said that currently Bayern and Kim have reached a verbal agreement and this means it is difficult for Manchester United to get Kim. IMO, they have to look from now on I think because seeing from the condition of the defense that is less balanced this can cause anxiety for the fans.
Mount's signing is a good move for Manchester United, who are clearly trying to strengthen their team. But I am concerned that they are putting too much emphasis on their attack and not enough on their defense. While the middle of the field has improved, it still can't carry the squad by itself. There don't appear to be any promising defensive players on the horizon, at least not from what I've been able to learn. A purported agreement with Bayern appears to have taken Kim, who had been on their radar, off the table as well. I mean, if you don't have a solid defense, your offense won't matter. Don't you think it's reasonable to suggest that Manchester United should expand their defensive-oriented scouting efforts?
As I said earlier, they now need to make some other moves with defenders for now.
Kim is already difficult to get because he is very close to Bayern so they have to look for other alternatives, they have to realise that time is running out and they should move quickly on this unless they still want to stick with the same defender although I think that will be a lot of gaps.
Now apart from Mount and some young players they are trying to bring in in attack, there are no names for defenders currently rumoured with Manchester United.

I personally believe that Manchester United should also concentrate on the defence as you said. They actually have problems in both attack and defense, to be honest. But attack is a bigger problem. In the last season, they were not able to actually score enough goals. The defense was not one of the best as well. But I believe as they have made the midfield a great one they should actually improve the attack first. Without a good attacking line, they are not going to be able to score enough goals. They should remember if they concede one they have to score two.
For strikers it seems Ten Hag is still determined to bring in Rasmus Hojlund even though the second bid for 45 million was also rejected by Atalanta and asked Manchester United to raise the bid back to at least 60 million for Hojlund.
If they really intend then this is also still possible, it's just that they also need to save money with conditions in internal chaos and the struggle for shareholders is still volatile there.

The negotiations between Manchester City and Leipzig for Josko Gvardioll still ongoing although reported Gvardioll and Manchester City has verbal agreement and he was agree to left Leipzig and go to Manchester City but the transfer fee for this player has not yet reached an agreement that Manchester City first bid was 75 millions plus ads on has been rejected because Leipzig want not less than 100 millions but Manchester City hasn't give up yet so officially they will offering second bid

Guardiola was impress to Gvardioll performance especially when he was able to bringing Croatia to gets 3rd position on world cup so that's why he eyeing Gvardioll since few months ago and i think this transfer almost be certain especially Leipzig will not hold Gvardioll much longer so if the price is agreed, he can move and play in the Premier League and Leipzig will make a huge profit from this transfer because when they bought Gvardioll from Dinamo Zagreb, the price was only 20 million
