I think this won't work because if I'm not mistaken this player is surrounded by a fantastic buy out clause of 1 billion euros by Barcelona so I don't think an offer like this will make them budge, especially with Gavi's contract conditions which are still quite long, obviously this is a strong reason .

But his current condition is not very good with several accusations and of course the bookkeeping conditions are still not balanced so if there is a bigger offer I think this can still be discussed.
Indeed, the price clause can reach that number for Gavi, but with a contract that is still long enough, is it possible that Barcelona will sell one of its assets in the summer? On the other hand, maybe there are other reasons why Barcelona had to sell him and of course, as has been heard lately, there is bad news that leads to Barcelona, but I don't want to speculate more about this news.
Currently there is some news about Gavi's contract. it is a result of the problems they are currently facing and La Liga considers the previous contract null and void which means it still has not been extended if this turns out to be true.
With conditions like this it is still possible, but of course this is still very difficult, especially even if the previous contract failed, it does not mean that Barcelona will just let this player go.

For a long time there was a news that Neymar is going to leave PSG. Now, not only Neymar, but the two big stars of PSG, Lionel Messi and Mbappe, have decided to leave the PSG club. Mbappe has already started contact with Real Madrid, but Mbappe is now ready to move to Real Madrid, although he has fewer opportunities than before. Lionel Messi is likely to join Barcelona if Mbappe joins Real Madrid.  And Neymar can be seen in any of the three clubs Chelsea Manchester United or Manchester City of the English Premier League. Messi and Mbappe made the decision after PSG lost against Bayern Munich.
I know there is a rumor about those 3 superstars possibly leaving PSG. But as far as I know, there are no clear statements from those players. CMIIW

Neymar often got injured problems and he has a bad relationship with Mbappe. Mbappe is often rumored to have bad relationships among PSG players. So, it is not surprising if PSG finally decides to put them on the transfer list. But I see no reason for PSG management to sell Messi, he is a good player and has no bad issues there. If Messi leaves, it may be his own decision or it is about the salary.

From what I could see, PSG will continue with Mbappe and Messi, but neymar's situation will probably change if PSG hires a good coach, I think PSG sees neymar's potential as a player and as someone famous and how they brings profits now has no reason to dismiss him, with the current coach PSG depends a lot on the mbappe - neymar - messi trio, that's why they won't take neymar out, but if they change coach and the new coach manages to bring a good and cheap player able to score goals, so PSG won't need neymar anymore

but the question I've been asking myself: why hasn't PSG changed a coach yet? and why this coach only has messi, mbappe and neymar and didn't bring another good striker? why did PSG dismiss di maria and so many good players and remain so weak? It seems to me that PSG doesn't have people who keep thinking about the good management of the team, they manage to dismiss good players and keep players who aren't even very productive, and it's very difficult to understand what PSG wants

I heard about haaland who can replace them but it's still rumors. PSG have plan about 200 million euro to recruit haaland from manchester city. PSG is seem disampointed peformance neymar and messi is still not good on champions league even habe expereince on that league, so if any deal on next summer, it's not impossible haaland go to paris.

Since Pep Guardiola extended his contract with Manchester City, this will be even harder for Haaland to leave this team even if he wants to leave, currently, Haaland is in a good situation in Manchester City, they're racing in the premier league and champions league in the same time and Haalnad salary is not low, so there is no reason for him to leave however after Guardiola changed the situation for Haaland I think the teams like PSG can be disappointed and there is no chance for them.

Julián Àlarez is happy with manchester city, he have extended his contract till June 2028 with Manchester city with full increase in his salary after a wonderful performance in the Water 2022 world cup. Pep Guardiola already include the young lad in his squad and he will definitely served as key player in the team, whereas there are quality players but he will served as backup player.
now the previous rumors regarding Barcelona and Madrid being interested in Julián Alvarez had to be heartbroken. because it was played quite rarely, many fans thought there would be no contract extension between Julián Alvarez and Man City. but the latest news is that both of them agreed to extend their second contract which is quite long. hopefully, he has enough opportunities to play in the squad. it would be good for him rather than too much to sit on the bench.
Hope for Julian Alvarez is now lost and indeed Manchester City really moved fast in securing this player.
Even though he rarely gets minutes played, Pep is still aware that this player is still very useful, especially when Haaland cannot play, so they immediately made a deal and did not let other clubs approach this potential young player.

Although Manchester city is a big club but I don’t see the reason why Alvarez had to agree to such a long term contract so fast. He should have waited till summer and listened to offers from Barca and Madrid. I see him fitting into both teams or better still other top clubs. With Halaand still in the club and on current form he might see little of playing minutes. As for Manchester City I think a wise thing by giving a long term contract. Sooner or later we would see Halaand been purse by galaticos like Madrid so having such an exciting striker on Their team is good
Julián Alvarez' acceptance to extend his contract with city simply tells us that he's happy to be a second choice top 9 striker because Manchester City's regular formation doesn't give room for two no.9 strikers to be playing at the same time.

His chances of making huge impact on a City shirt for himselfis very limited because Guardiola's main man is Erling Haaland, the hottest striker in European big 5 leagues at the moment and Haaland is isn't even dropping form anytime soon going by the way he's banging goals.
I don't think Alvarez got his decision right but he knows why he decided to stay and that should be respected

Lionel Messi to Barcelona, that has been old news, even shortly after he was sold to Paris Saint Germain speculation like this immediately appeared about Messi who might return in a few seasons.
Yep. It is an old rumor. It is likely Barcelona fans who really want him to return to Barcelona.  Grin
However, Messi is no longer as strong as previously, not sure he can give a big impact on Barcelona performance if he really returns to Barcelona. I doubt Messi wants to return to Barcelona as a player, he may consider returning to Barcelona when he already becomes a professional coach in the future.

I heard about haaland who can replace them but it's still rumors. PSG have plan about 200 million euro to recruit haaland from manchester city. I assume it is just a rumor, it is unlikely to happen. Man City won't sell Haaland to any club since he contributes very well. Haaland becomes the main goal machine of Man City, it is strange if Man City let him leave the club. If PSG hopes to sign Haaland, PSG will get nothing. PSG management must find other strikers who have a chance to move to PSG.

I have been hearing about Pogba like he wants to stay longer at Juventus. I can understand this as he has been making money without doing anything for his team so far.  Grin  I know that he has been injured for a very long time. He has played for only 35 minutes in the whole season until this moment. This is just a horrible thing for Juventus as they brought him here with big hopes. They were hoping to strengthen the midfield again with their old player. But he couldn't make any contribution so far.

His being injury-prone is a huge problem so Juventus had better look for sending him away from the team. There is no meaning in keeping a player like this from now on.

Even in Barcelona or Real Madrid, Alvarez would still not be their main striker, just as he isn't at Manchester City, and he can't even be sure of his future if he leaves to one of the aforementioned clubs (though i don't know if they are interested in him). Pep loves the Argentine, and the player believes in the Manchester City project, thus it is best that he extended his contract and remain at City.

Having said that, i am pretty sure Alvarez has a huge role to play for City, now and in the future, and Pep certainly knows that, he is a young lad and still has quite a lot of developing to do, so he just has to be patient and wait for his time.

Mohamed Salah might be leaving Liverpool in the summer seriously. The speculations in that way are increasing day by day. Especially after this poor season he might be more likely to leave really. Liverpool might not even make it to the Champions League again as long as they play like now. They are still a very inconsistent team and Salah is also playing like that. Maybe he was very impressive against Manchester United but this still doesn't change this fact.

PSG are speculated to be interested in him for now but let's see. If he joins PSG then maybe they wouldn't even renew contract with Messi. Or one of the other members of the trio would leave his place for Salah. In that case Neymar would be likely for it as long as Mbappe doesn't leave for Real Madrid.
Mohammed Salah even at age 30 plus has so much he could offer at top level at any league so if PSG can get him to join them it will be a good addition to the team as he will add experience good finishing quality to their attack. If Kylian Mbappe or Neymar has to leave then bringing in Mo Salah as a possible replacement would be a sensible thing to do.

This time Messi seems to be likely to be offered an insane amount of money per year by a Saudi Arabian team.

The offer is said to be around 220 million euros which is really an amazing deal of money for Messi. I wonder how willing he would be to join a team there. Ronaldo chose money and joined Al-Nassr already. He doesn't even need to show a huge level of performance there. He can just enjoy his time but Ronaldo still seems ambitious to win though. However I'm not sure about Messi to sign a deal with such team already now. I think he would like to play in Europe at least for one more season. I think his priority would be going back to Barcelona.

I don't think he is going to do the same thing as Ronaldo for about the same amount of money. Why would he? He now is the GOAT and has everything he ever wanted. I think he is more the kind of guy who would now try to distinguish himself from Ronaldo rather than being put into the same category with him when people in the future talk about the GOATs.

The only possibility in my opinion is if a Saudi Arabian club goes even more nuts than Al Nassr and they offer Messi like a billion for 2.5 years or so. Or maybe even for three years and then he still has the future in front of him and can earn more money. But at what point in life is it still about more money instead of morals and political statements?

It is no surprise to me because I know Mbappe's decision to extend his contract with PSG was to win the Champions league but with PSG getting eliminated again this season it feels like many have lost faith in the club's champions league ambitions and are now looking to leave the club in search of greener pastures. It will be my delight seeing Kylian Mbappe make a switch to Real Madrid, PSG is just one over hyped club.
Mbape will have no choice than to leave to Madrid. But real Madrid in the other hand is an unpredictable club for stars.
While some stars move there and become very successful for some seasons and thereafter leave to another club, some only go there to meet injury and bench till their ambition diminishes then they get sold out in big amounts.
I am praying Mbappe doesn't fall a victim. But seeing that he is quite a talented player who has a burning desire to make records, I think real Madrid will be good for him just like his icon CR7

Pep Guardiola already knows Julián Alvarez's talent he has been a long-term part of Manchester City so the contract extension is quite long even though he is more on the bench but Pep Guardiola can still play a few minutes in important matches, because now we know the current main squad of manchester city still in good shape so Pep Guardiola is more of a player than Alvarez but I'm sure he will get a lot of minutes for a long time.

FC Bayern is already scouting Benjamin Pavard's back-up if he decides to leave the club. There are plenty of rumors that Bayern is interested in signing 21 year-old Ajax Defender Jurrien Timber. However, a transfer of Jurrien won't be easy, because of several reasons. It's not only the pretty hefty price tag of €40-50 million, but also the competition among other top clubs. Especially ManU seems to be interested in signing him in the summer.

Ajax defender Jurriën Timber (21) could be an option for Bayern in case Benjamin Pavard decided to leave the club. Bayern scouts have been watching the Dutchman for years and his profile is interesting for the club. Timber would cost at least €40-50m.

Bayern would face big competition for Timber, especially from his ex-coach Erik ten Hag and Manchester United. Nevertheless, things between Bayern and Timber are not concrete yet. The club's priority at the moment is Benjamin Pavard's future.

I have already written it several times: As a Bayern fan, I would be pretty happy if Pavard extended his contract. He is a top player and makes the Bayern defense clearly a lot stronger. However, if he really wants to leave, he shouldn't be stopped tbh. I prefer players who really love the club, rather than those who want to move to another club for the money or a new experience.

This is Erling Haaland's first season and in his first season he has adapted very well and even scored more than 30 goals in all the competitions he has participated in with Manchester City, it would be very strange if Pep Guardiola wanted him to leave with the glorious form he had show this season. He is still very young and it is not easy to find a young player who has the abilities of Erling Haaland.
It's very strange if they let go, I don't think it will happen anytime soon. Indeed on some social media I saw Halaand enter the players Real Madrid wanted, including Bellingham.
I don't think they will take Haaland off. They still want UCL and Haaland to be the most rewarding players. Just look at Haaland managed to make five goals against Leipzig.

I would not be surprised to see that if he was happy to stay even longer in manchester city. Even though he was not regularly playing in the main squad but his salary in the new contract gets doubled. I think that you do understand what i meant.
Alvarez has been rumored to leave from the club since he was not able competing with haaland as a striker. Since city didn't wanna let him leave from the club and he was making a very hard choice to accept the new contract by city.
Alvarez was so hapy caused by he was received more salary from manchester city although he was doing nothing for the squads.

He deserves to be rewarded with such a big salary with the way he has put performances so far for City. He is a backup option for Haaland and he is comfortable with that. He is playing for big club and he won't want to lose that. He can win lot of trophies and get achievements under his name playing for City so transfer to other clubs seems widely off the mark unless it is related to some big clubs with same level like City.

The market value update for EPL players who have experienced an increase so far is the name Enzo Fernandez who took first place, followed by Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho. As for the players whose market value decreased, there was Cucurella in first place, followed by Kante and Koulibaly, all three of whom were Chelsea players.

I think maybe it's because Rashford and Garnacho have put in consistent performances so far for Manchester United that the market value has gone up as well. Meanwhile, Enzo Fernandez, because he is an important player for Chelsea and often makes a real contribution to the development of Chelsea's game, has made his market value increase. However, Cucurella and Koulibaly, who have experienced a decrease in market value, may be due to their poor performance so far, and especially for Kante, perhaps due to a very long injury, their market value has also fallen in this update.
