Pochettino is closing in on becoming Chelsea's next manager right now. People are discussing what he can do for Chelsea of course. I'm quite positive about his future here truthfully. Because first of all he is already familiar with English football. Secondly he hasn't been a bad manager either. However when it comes to his achievements things are a little interesting.

Because he has had only 3 titles in his manager career so far and all of them are with PSG. He managed Tottenham for like 5 years and there weren't any achievements. However Tottenham have been like this like all the time on one hand. Chelsea are the opposite of them so maybe Pochettino can be really successful with them.

Pochettino had good days in PSG and he is known for his good performance he can be a good option for Chelsea but I think since Potter got fired weeks and ago Lanpard is working there, Chelsea got much time to choose a better coach, and since there are many other unemployed coaches like Luis Enrique and maybe even Nagelsmann to work in Chelsea.

I think this cannot be compared especially when talking about EPL and Ligue 1 because they are obviously very different.
3 Trophies in PSG is already like a reasonableness but in this case in the EPL it is obviously very difficult to make sure if he will be the same as Potter and Lampard at the moment or not.
If Poche is really in Chelsea he will definitely revamp this squad again and of course this could be another problem.
On the other hand, I don't really see a good chance for Poche even though he has been in Tottenham but I still judge him to be quite average even though the position increase for next season is still possible and commendable but when the competition for the champion is still a little difficult for next season.
Mauricio Pochettino might not have won the best of football trophies in club football or is one of the highest profiled managers in the world but he still got a lot of positivities to offer at Chelsea.
Looking back at the performance of Pochettino at his former clubs, one could was see how organized and together he does bring his teams. He'll certainly do well at Chelsea from my own point of view.
Still, when he was in Ligue 1, I don't think he can be used as a model. although it is true that what you said about some positive things from his training could be true, but it will not have a very big impact in my opinion. Raising Chelsea's performance in a better direction than this season may be possible but when the competition is going further, especially the trophy, I think it is still very difficult.

well, the transfer market close to its opening. if i'm not wrong it will open in the first or second week of june, many big teams but that had a lot of difficulties this season i'm talking about: manchester united, real madrid, liverpool. chelsea, juventus even saw them talking about big signings to reinforce their attacks, in the case of chelsea who made a lot of purchases in the past, he should sell all of them in this opening of the market and then they bought other players, but the issue is not so simple because chelsea paid dearly for these players and no other club will want to pay higher or the same price and as a result chelsea will be at a loss if they sell all the players they have recently bought

but chelsea's problem doesn't end there, if chelsea's new coach agrees to work with the same squad then he will fail like all the other coaches before him, so what will the new coach do? it will not be an easy decision that the chelsea team will have to make. in the case of real madrid the problem is in the attack, vinicius and benzema are doing their best, they just need two more good attackers and midfielders and defenders. in the case of liverpool they also just need to improve the midfield and defense. but in the case of manchester united they need to improve a lot in attack. now talking about juventus they need a coach, strikers and improve the midfield. but strange that these teams are not making big moves

It is going to be a really big transfer market and a lot of money is going to be spent by big clubs. I am actually interested to see the transfer that Newcastle United is going to make. I am expecting some big moves.

Chelsea will bring in some players. And Chelsea of course has to bring in a good striker. I am genuinely interested to see which coach will actually accept the offer from Chelsea. Right now it is going to be hard work to manage Chelsea and be successful.

Manchester United has shown good improvement. So I believe the coach will want to spend some money and there will not be much restrictions on that from the authority.

Expecting some big changes from Real Madrid as well. Because the performance from them in this season has not been good, to be honest.

According to ESPN, Chelsea have made an offer to sign Dusan Vlahovic. And the amount is said to be 80 million euros. In that case Juventus wouldn't even make any loss in his transfer. Especially after having a not very convincing season it would still be great for Juventus to sell him for that amount. Because I expected his value to drop more after this.

He is actually a really decent and skilled striker. This season just wasn't the best for him but he is still very young. If he joins Chelsea and adapts to football in England then I think he can be very helpful for Chelsea for even long years.

At the moment, managers are rejecting Chelsea and you can't blame them because the owners are putting too much pressure on the coaches and expecting them to deliver immediate results just because they're pumping cash into the transfer window but they forget to understand that's not how football works.  If Mauricio Pochettino accepts Chelsea managerial job, we shouldn't pressure homt o deliver trophies immediately.

First we need to regain our stand in the top four positions (that's the most important thing so we can get bacyour champion league football and attract better signings). Wining trophies at Chelsea is very easy because we're a cup footballing club and there are many cups that can be won in the England. Other managers has come over to Chelsea and won cups in just their first session in charge of the club while other managers have won in their second season as well. Mauricio Pochettino can win trophies with the current Chelsea squad but he needs to motivate them first but that'll take some time.
Todd Boehly is financially secure, the Blues require a statistical and experienced coach, Frank Lampard has no idea how to control the players, he's not fit for the job at hand, and the players are not putting in their best effort to secure a good winning result for the Blues. Chelsea are interested in a new coach; fortunately, Pochettino Mauricio is a deserving manager with extensive game experience; he can lead the Blues, after all, he understands how to deal with Premier League clubs. Chelsea is a top club in the English Premier League, despite a terrible record and reluctance in league games this season, and I'm convinced they'll bounce back next season.

That won't be a hard deal to negotiate and with him having intentions to be united the deal will be sharp
Yes Man United for a top level is good for a player who has proved himself at Italian league
Man United need just a point for the champions league they will get there

As per the Sun, Kim's move north is 'practically done', after Italian news outlet Il Mattino confirmed that the 26-year-old was preparing to leave the club after helping them win their historic Seria A title in May.

Great news for manchester united fans. Min jae will come in summer. Min jae is waiting for the summer transfer season to be opened before he will able move from napoli to the manchester united. I hope that if manchester united will be trying to bring some new defenders. It's caused by the defensive line is always becoming the main problem that has not yet solved since the previous seasons. I hope that if the new defenders will able to build a solid defensive line.

The competition will become even stricter from time to the time. It has been reported that if min jae is now in manchester and he was looking for a new house.

Manchester United will be happy if a deal for Min Jae can be realised in the summer window because with Harru Maguire said to be departing in the summer Min Jae will step in immediately as a suitable replacement in his position. Manchester United are short in numbers in the center back position and Min Jae will be a good addition.

You actually can't blame them, with the way and manner in which Chelsea have been sacking coaches, it’s normal for prospective managers to feel insecure taking on a job at Chelsea. Mauricio Pochettino is brave enough to step in for this challenge, I really hope Pochettino can bring the much need change to the club next season and not get sacked half way.

Firmino is a number 9 and for many years has played in the centre role leading Liverpool's attack. His departure will cause Liverpool to find a natural number 9 to fill in that position, someone like Cody Gakpo or Darwin Nunez will have to step in to fill in that position for the coming season. Gundogan is a versatile player and has the ability to play in different positions and so will be a good sigining for any team he finally joins the club.
Firmino's statistics in the Liverpool squad this season are very bad even though the salary he receives is quite high. rumors, milan and one of the turkish clubs are interested in buying him in the transfer market later, I think milan won't make a profit if they buy firmino, it's better to just look for other players

It's true that Chelsea's management system was so bad in my opinion after being left by the previous owner Roman Abramovich.
...

I admit that Abramovic raised Chelsea's level, but I think it was Mourinho who made that team legend. It was Mourinho who took the initiative in transfers and put the team in a completely different mood (https://youtu.be/kERLy3YEvQI). I think they couldn't go back to their old days after Mourinho left the team. Today they need a manager with a strong character who takes initiative without fear and does not hesitate to implement his plan. Also, they need a football player who will remind us of Drogba's performance.

Gündogan isn't a replacement for Firmino. They play different positions or please correct me if I am wrong.

I don't think that Manchester City will let him go just yet and instead present him with a better offer than the last one. He developed even further this season and I believe he could still build the strongest midfield in the Premier League with Kevin De Bruyne.

But who knows maybe one day Gündogan would like to return to Germany as well and gives Dortmund another try Smiley

Graham Potter is the worst coach Chelsea ever had, I get wonder too why the owner of Chelsea would pick him to manage Chelsea.  I think from Chelsea problem is just more than a problem of coach , it seems apart from coach their its like their is someone else interfering with the management of the team.
Frank Lampard is the worst coach Chelsea ever hired. They did a good job sacking Potter, but they made the decision worst by hiring Lampard. If Lampard had come any earlier Chelsea will be battling relegation by now. Potter was bad, but Lampard is way worst.
The problem of Chelsea is not only the coach but the coach is a very big problem. He has a lot of players at his disposal and even if he cant use them to compete for the league, they should be in the Europa league spot at least.
it seems the management of Chelsea don't know what they're doing. Signing every available player is not good business, but what do I know.

I wouldn't go into the debate of which coach is worse. But I would actually want to know why Chelsea sacked Thomas Tuchel! He was doing a decent job in my opinion.

Chelsea actually fucked up by firing him and bringing in other preferred coaches who actually we are not able to do anything with Chelsea. Chelsea will have to look for someone who will be suitable for the job. Chelsea is currently not the best team to manage as well. I will say that the Chelsea squad is actually very good. But when you look at them playing on the field it genuinely feels like some zombies walking. Not knowing what they are doing at home. I hope Chelsea will be able to find a suitable coach.

But the unexpected thing was to summon two mediocre coaches after they sacked Thomas Tuchel midway through last season. It seems that from the Chelsea side they were too hasty and maybe also wanted to be considered smart in choosing a coach, but unfortunately both Potter and Lampard are the same people who have brought Chelsea far from good results. Now Chelsea have a new coach for next season, namely Pochettino and it seems that he is more suitable to handle Chelsea than the previous two coaches.

Sunday's gossip:
Manchester City are keen for swap deal with Bayern Munich for midfielder Kimmich that would allow the German club to keep Cancelo.
Great interest in Kimmich, but what will he decide in the end?
Manchester City will offer Germany midfielder Ilkay Gundogan, 32, a new deal until 2024 with an option for a further season, amid interest from Barcelona. Does this mean that Gundogan could end his football career at Manchester City?

Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/65658282

I won't give a go ahead if I was a close friend or part of his management, it does seem like Tottenham Hotspur are not really ready fo success, when Antonio Conte asked for funds to get improved and already made players. Julian Nagelsmann would do a great job for Chelsea, but it's too late already. Good tidings as he moves to the Premier League.

Karim Benzema had a drop in form this season, I real do think next season would be worse so it high time they makes moves for the replacement. Carlos Ancellotti worked with Richarlison during his time with Everton few seasons ago, he knows the player better, it will be a good move that I'm not so certain.

Kimmich to Manchester City, why am I not boggled? This is Pep Guardiola's boy at Bayern Munich, he was integrated I to the first team with the help of Pep Guardiola, the deal would be a fine move. He's a competitive midfielder.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
The whole problem stems from Todd Boehly, he is clueless about football, he ought to have just bought the club and allowed those who are more professional to the run the affairs of the team, but for no reason he fires Tuchel, appoints Graham Potter, took so long to fire Potter because he didn't want people to point fingers at him for being clueless, eventually sacked him and hired Lampard who had an horrendous run in Everton before he was sacked. The only good thing about the Todd's era is that they have now signed Pochettino, he is a good manager, he isn't going to win the EPL anytime soon, but he will bring Chelsea back to a position that is respectable.
Starting from Graham Potter who was able to lift his first team, Brighton was able to compete to be tight, so Todd Boehly fired Tuchel suddenly, then appointed Potter as his replacement, but it was all not as smooth as expected and Chelsea failed to bring Potter as team manager until finally Chelsea down.

Even after being fired, Chelsea didn't appoint a better coach, instead choosing Lampard, who was still relatively inexperienced at Everton and even at Chelsea before, why did the management trust him so much again?

Pochettino is getting closer but there is other news where several candidates have also appeared on the radar for Chelsea but it is very likely that Pochettino will be the priority.

His versatility is quite unique and it has been one of the most important aces he has up his sleeves. If you are fixed to a single position, you always have stronger competition as there are many players for one position, but he is one player for many positions. I think he is going to stay with Manchester City as he knows that there is nothing better than that team in European soccer right now. Why would he go to Barcelona? To win trophies? Probably not I think.

I'm interested in what you have to say. but for sure, we don't know what Gundohan wants with his future. imagine, he already has quite a collection of trophies with TheCitizen. Now, his contract is ending soon and no official decision has been made regarding his future.

Interestingly, does he want to win trophies, with Barcelona, or, with another club. the answer is, every player wants it without exception. the problem is, he is getting old, now he has entered 32 years. In the next season, City will still target several players, especially those who are midfielders. at least, for a potential replacement. Gundohan knows that he will not always be the main starter in the City squad especially if Pep has got the ideal player instead.

Well, then what is Barcelona. at least, rumor has it that Barcelona offered Gundohan that he would play an important role in Xavi's project. automatically, he can certainly be one of the main starters. does it make enough sense, for me yes. now the decision is in his hands, whether he will stay with City or try to adventure with other clubs especially with other league competitions and not the Premier League.

İlkay to Arsenal could be very well what Arsenal needs. I mean think about it, if City didn't had Ilkay this season and instead Arsenal had him, don't you think it would be what they needed to win the title? That "little" difference could have been what gives Arsenal the edge.

If Ilkay had played for Arsenal, I don't know if Arsenal would have won the title. But I am sure that if Arsenal had a few experienced players like Ilkay this season, they could have completed this season as champions. Arsenal have too many young players. If they had a few players who had championship experience before, they might not have experienced the loss of points they experienced in the last weeks of the league. I think they will pay attention to this in the new transfer season. That's why they can try to transfer Ilkay and a few players with experience at his level to the team.

The news of Bellingham's transfer to Real Madrid to subtitusi Modric or Toni Kroos seems to be increasing. There is a lot of news if this transfer is just waiting for an agreement on the price. Even Real Madrid will consider the possibility of including Brahim Diaz in a purchase option with Borussia Dortmund to lower the price.  Brahim Diaz has been a good player for AC Milan this season. Many Premier League clubs, including the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal, want him.
