Now that Deschamps contract was extended until 2026, Zidane won't just be sitting around and waiting for 3.5 years until he could become the national coach for France. It is plausible to me that he would become a club coach this summer, stay there for 2 or 3 years and then become the national coach.
When you say he wants a team in a perfect condition, which team in your opinion is in a perfect condition? Right now I find it hard to say. I think generally PSG is a club that he would coach if the offer is right and the players stay there and he could perhaps add a couple of new players that he wants. But if Mbappe leaves he might also change his mind again.
Would he go to Chelsea? That is difficult to tell. Guardiola's contract is also running until 2025. I doubt that it is going to be Liverpool as he might not be fully convinced of the quality of the team although that is probably not major issue. Depends on whether they qualify for the Champions League and if they do, Klopp is not going to leave.
There is Real Madrid and I would like to see what happens when Ancelotti wins the Champions League. Will he remain the coach for another year? He said Real Madrid is his last club ever. But if Real Madrid wins it, would Zidane still go there or would he think that he could only do worse the next season?
When I think about Zidane, I think about him wanting a particular team that is in great condition, which is why I mentioned Real Madrid again, the French national team, and maybe PSG.
But it is hard to know what he wants, maybe he doesn't even want to work as a coach anymore.
The Brazilian team has already tried to approach Zidane for a possible contract, but he has already denied it even before any contact.
The biggest probability, in my opinion, is for Ancelotti to finish this season with Real Madrid and then go to the Brazilian team and Zidane to take over once again Real Madrid.
And the second best probability would be for Zidane to wait for Deschamps to finish his contract with France to take over the national team.
