After one of the worst season things could be okay for the Chelsea and new management, and they will no rush for new signings because right now situation is not clear with they are now having just Premier League in next season which they can manage under new coach, but first they will check how many players will be off loaded and which players needed to be in for the long run because too much interference from management they have gone down and now paying for this as well.
I won't mind watching Chelsea play only the premier league next season but they have to do we (the fans) a favor and win it. That's the only way they can compensate the fans because we have endured enough this season. Playing in the champions league doesn't guarantee you'll win it so since we have been playing frequently in the last seasons but have failed to lift the trophy in those season then there's nothing bad with us (Chelsea) missing it. I'm not justifying the teams sluggishness this season but if that's what it takes to lift the premier league trophy then let's go for it.
The confidence the lifting of the premier league trophy will bring to the club and the interest from players will skyrocket then we can get quality players to add with the team that we will be having next season to compete for the champion league. Yes, it seems Real madrid wants to bring Kylian Mbappe to La liga but it is still not certain if and when a possible deal can be made. Rumours have it that a move to Newcastle or Chelsea for Neymar is likely to happen, I think he will fit in Chelsea's style of play and will strengthen their attack, but if Mbappe really wants to win the ballon d’or, he should play for Real Madrid, English football is very challenging and he may sustain a lot of injuries playing in the EPL. This is an interesting potential transfer opportunity for Manchester United and it reminds me of the Sabitzer loan. Sabitzer isn't a player I particularly like, but he did a good job at Manchester United. It's not yet clear whether acmilan is interesting in the offer being given by chelsea or not. The club was just giving big clause release as a wall to protect such player. Leao has become a very important asset for the club. I hope that chelsea will use its sense before try to buy him from acmilan. Leao itself didn't wanna play for the club that will not be participating in UCL next season. The chance of chelsea become even less since such statement was coming from leao itself.
