It has become obvious that Potter has nothing to offer the club, have made a lot of signings, yet no improvement as regards to their performance.
You can't say Neymar has made no significant impact at PSG, it might not be on the same level at Barcelona but definitely he has been a major contribution to the team since he joined but it seems a departure from PSG is likely and Chelsea the destination. If Ney joins Chelsea it would be a great acquisition by the team, obviously due to the way Ney plays he would become the leader of the team, at PSG he does not perform very well because they know the great favoritism they have for Mbappé, and Messi is not touched just for being world champion, he has some immunity, but if France had won the World Cup, maybe Messi would have already left PSG.
