Wow  Grin I didn't think I would see such a lunatic here.
You've spun a lot of nonsense and after your "money doesn't play football" it's obvious that there's nothing to talk about with you. But I still advise those interested in the issue to familiarize themselves with the facts, for example at least such simple ones as Mancini receiving two salaries (and the Saudi part was higher than what City paid). City is a fraudulent club, and Guardiola, who spoke on the club's side (although no one forced him to speak out regarding issues to which he has no direct relation), can be said to be an accomplice.
You know we can actually make our points without calling anyone names, as much as we are trying to make our points and show our passion for the game, we can actually keep our conversation civil. It's quite obvious that you are already bias on the city case vs the league. It might be that Manchester City is not in your good book, but the point I was trying to make when I said money doesn't play football is that, considering the money that other clubs has spent without anything to show for it. It takes a genius to be able to utilize money and achieve something out of it, and that's what Pep Guardiola is. For the past five years, look at the clubs that has spent big and what they have achieved so far when it comes to delivering titles and on field performances. Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City have all spent big money, of which Manchester City is not the biggest spenders for the past five or six years. Yet it appears that it is only Manchester City that's only delivering titles and being more successful. My point is, it is not just about spending money, rather the ability of a manager assemble great talents to deliver results after the money has been spent. If money plays football Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal should have won the league in the last five years. You can still spend all the money and fail to win a single trophy. You can call City a fraudulent club, but don't pass judgement on your own when the case has not been heard. Remember City case vs UEFA how it ended?

Of course I remember - City was recognized by the club as a fraudster and was removed from participation in European competitions for 2 years. But the punishment did not enter into force since the corrupt officials helped City to avoid it on the basis of bureaucratic procedures (without canceling City's guilt).
So, you are a person who has his own mind and the ability to think, suggest me not to call scammers fraudsters, because I have no certificate from their accomplices among officials? I understood everything correctly?  Roll Eyes
Manchester City followed a laid down priceedures in football when they were wrongly accused and punished by biased uefa officials who hurriedly passed judgement without looking at facts correctly. Thanks goodness that there was a place that every aggrieved parties could go and seek redress and clarification of doubts.  The Court of abitration for sports cleared city of any wrong doings  and they were rightfully returned to uefa competition. But it's unfortunate that you are calling officials of a legal court that wasn't consituted by Manchester City, but was consituted by Football governing body corrupt. That aside because it's just your opinion and it will change nothing. But it is on official record that Manchester City was cleared of all that they were wrongly accused irrespective of your sentiment. So as someone who has already seen Manchester City as being guilty, even without the case vs the league being heard by a legal court, it won't still make sense to you when the court eventually disappoint you again this time, because Manchester City are innocent. But the case will only make sense to you if the judges shy away from the truth and find City guilty, but that won't happen. But as Pep Guardiola has always said, the club will accept whatever judgement that will come from the court. Until then nobody has the right to call Manchester City guilty in the case. But if at the end Manchester City are found to be innocent in the case, and you are not still satisfied, you can set up your own court and sentence them on your own will. A court that won't have corrupt officials 😂

Will this be good news or bad news for Chelsea fans?
In the midst of the turmoil currently happening at Chelsea, Todd Boehly has the desire to continue investing large sums to acquire the largest share. On one hand, Todd Boehly is always blamed for the failure to recruit players who never seem to contribute anything.
What do you think about this news? Is Todd Boehly really going to buy control of Chelsea?

I wonder if Moh Salah's contract will be extended this summer by Liverpool management or will he leave as a free agent next season? because as far as I know his contract will expire in 2025, if Liverpool let Moh Salah go I think it's a bad idea even though last season there was a Saudi Arabian club interested in buying him by offering a high price but Liverpool didn't want to let him go but if they let him go free next season Liverpool won't get any benefit.

In addition, there is also Virgil Van Dijk, Liverpool's captain whose contract will also expire next summer but there is the latest news that he is still at Liverpool and will soon sign a new 2-year contract, then what about Moh Salah??

Source
We have heard lot of talk about Moh Salah publicly and many assume that Moh Salah will leave Liverpool to play with another team and there are also those who assume that Moh Salah is considering his future but has the potential to re-sign new contract with Liverpool.
But from some rumors that I have heard, it seems that Liverpool are indeed preparing for Moh Salah new contract and they still want their main players to stay and strengthen the team for longer time in the future.
What is clear is that Moh Salah and Virgil Van Dijk are very important players for Liverpool, both of them have brought Liverpool to have good performance and several great achievements so far, it is not easy for Liverpool to lose these two players in the near future because finding replacement will definitely be difficult.
Yes, I also think Liverpool definitely don't want to lose Moh. Salah for free, especially since he is a very important player and many clubs are interested in him, including PSG, who are currently watching Moh Salah and are ready to make a fantastic offer if he does not extend his contract at Liverpool. Previously, Liverpool had hesitated to extend Moh Salah's contract because his age was getting older and his abilities would definitely decline, but because of the many pressures from various parties and Moh Salah also still wants to stay longer at the club, it is likely that Liverpool is preparing a new contract in the near future, but it seems that his contract is not long, it is likely that he will soon be sold to another club, maybe Saudi Arabia has a chance to get him next season.

Jorginho the palyer of Arsenal linked to Galatasaray. Galatasaray is trying hard to hire, more superstar players and they are aiming for high. Galatasaray isn't a weak team but seeing some players like Osimhen join this team was supering for them because the Turkish League is not strong and famous, Galatasaray hired players Osimhen and Mertens from Napoli and now they want to hire Jorginho from Arsenal.
While I think Jorginho is happy in Arsenal because his performance was well enough but in the three recent games they had, Jorginho was absent in the first squad.

I don't quite understand the context correctly but then, Arsenal needs depth with the too many fixtures this season, I'd highly doubt they want to ditch an experienced player like Jorginho now. I'd give him now till the end of the season to decide because I don't see him doing the same next season. The pace of the game in the Premier League has evolved likewise changed and players like him needs to leave otherwise become useless when lined up amongst other top players.
Victor Oshime had to go, he needed a team to play with to keep fit. In between, Galatasaray was far from his first choice he had in his mind when he considered leaving Napoli. Arsenal now has enough depth in midfied. With Declan Rice suspension, Mikel Moreno out Injured and same with Norwegian Odegaard and club captain Injured, he could get a chance to play this weekend.

Forget it. It's only a rumor. Jorginho is staying much longer at Arsenal. He will not leave from there. And a move to Galatasaray is never gonna happen.

Arteta needs Jorginho now following the injury that happened to the Odegaard. So, he is needed to help his club play in midfield along with Partey and Trossard/havertz.

Arsenal know they're now in crisis due to the injury. It's impossible for them to let him leave. There's no good midfielder at their subs. I know there was Ethan, but he's still very young.

Filip Kostic actually only joined Juventus in the 2022 season, but like other players who played at Juventus last season he was also one of the players who was discarded by Motta this season, Thiago Motta really did a complete overhaul in his squad and removed every player who was considered not in accordance with the game criteria that Motta applied at Juventus at the moment,  Filip Kostic actually appeared very regularly with Juventus when he was still coached by Allegri, even since joining Juventus he has recorded 3 goals and 16 assists as a player who is positioned as a left midfielder, his loan to Fenerbache is a surprise to me especially at the moment Juventus is still not good enough in Serie A, but I think in that the loan it will actually benefit Fenerbache because Mourinho has many options in building his squad at the moment.

Filip Kostic is a solid winger, he plays out wide and is capable of creating good chances, but he is probably not fit for Motta's plans, and I get that. Motta is probably very specific with his players for his own style, and that makes sense.

I think Kostic will be good at Fenerbahce with Mourinho, as he knows how to bring the best out of players ever so often. He knows what's right to get them at the peak of their mentalities, and does things that are right for them. He also knows how to suit with any type of player, so that's sorted for Kostic as well.

Ronaldo has rejected millions of dollars because of his reputation, he has rejected alcohol brand advertisement and even ordinary Coca-Cola drink to later request for ordinary water. He has been a role model for many people but I can't say for the family aspect. Messi has been a role model when it comes to family because he is legally married while Ronaldo just recently do some paper work with his partner, though I don't blame him because women are career bender to celebrities.

It doesn't stop the fact that the two guys will remain the most celebrated players of all time. They are still the reason why football is fantastic even though one day we might not see them play again. Despite been at this age, he is still creating value in Saudi Arabia while Messi is doing the same in Inter Miami. It will be very difficult to have any duo like them soon.
You are right dear. Cristiano Ronaldo is great role model because he says no to deals that do not fit his image. But his personal life is not as perfect. Lionel Messi on the other hand is great example of good family man. Even though they are different both Ronaldo and Messi are best football players ever loved by many fans. They will always be remembered for their contributions to football even after they stop playing. They are still making difference in  sport with Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia and Messi in Inter Miami. It is hard to imagine another pair like them which makes their achievements even more special.

It's so surprising how team are splashing millions of dollars on average players these days. It would have been interesting to see how it would have been if Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Kaka, Messi and Zidane are the young players of this generation, Messi and Ronaldo specifically will be worth billions in their peak right now if players like Rice and others could worth this amount. The reason why Wenger and the rest didn't do what they are doing today is because football isn't value again.

The speculations around Osimhen is controversial than realistic, I'm not sure if there is any team in Premier League or Laliga or Germany that will accept the bid of Napoli, the guy is good no doubt but marketing in football is business and I don't think he is there, by performance he is good but strategically in marketing he is not having that hype that's why I'm not even sure if he is going to get any of the club from these regions. I hope he get out of Seria A neck for good.
These days Football has turned too money oriented, the fun of the game is slowly fading away because of big clubs can easily afford to build a formidable team and dominate their league. The lines between passion and money are so distinct because now players and even clubs are more money minded. Victor Osimhen is not the first neither will he be the last player to reject a club offer because of the wages. I don’t think he should be judged for his decision to accept Galatasaray this summer over Chelsea.

in today's era it is difficult to compare Ronaldo's reputation with other players, maybe only messi is able to compete with him. Ronaldo is not only able to play a role on the field, he can also be an icon in other fields such as raising other reputations for anyone who is able to have it.

Until now, I still haven't found a young player who can set the same record as Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi. I mean both of these players are absolutely incredible. Not just because they score a lot of goals. But their style of play and the way they look for opportunities and create opportunities is truly extraordinary. I hope there will be a next generation who can be like them. I once hoped that the younger generation like Arda Guler and Lamine Yamal could become great players too. But I see they are not as consistent as Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. Likewise, I had hopes for Vini Jr and Mbappe but well they are still not comparable to these two legendary players. But that doesn't mean today's young players aren't great. Of course they are great. But no one has been able to match the level of Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi up to now on the field when they were still young. The transfer of these two players who both left Europe initially made me a little sad. but in the end their age no longer allows them to compete in European clubs at this time.
Yeah, this is absolutely right. Today young players have not the competency to play like Messi and Ronaldo. There is no doubt that the player of today's era is also a good player, but these players do not have the quality that was found in Messi and Ronaldo. Yes, those people i.e., Messi Ronaldo, have not been considered GOATs only because of scoring more goals, but because of their unique style of play and consistent work, That's why the title GOAT has been given to them. These two were monsters of football. They know how to manage Injuries i.e., like the players of the era, they didn't get injured after every second or third match. Here is the biggest issue among today's players: they get injured quickly and take months to recover. Despite Messi and Ronaldo didn't get injured every time, and even if they get injured, they would recover quickly.

Let me add that both players are the beauty of football, but age is a factor that does not leave a person in the same condition. So, today's players could not reach the level of both of them. They perform well for a couple of seasons, after that they get injured and after that, they cannot perform well again. Therefore today's players are not even close to the level of Messi and Ronaldo.

It would be a wrong decision to let Salah leave Liverpool at the end of this season. In three games, the Egyptian talisman has scored three goals and given three assists. At 32 he still plays like a footballer in his twenties. There is no guarantee that Salah will remain in Liverpool because there has not been any agreement.

Negotiation will start, and his response might depend on the length of the contract, the club's ambition and money. Liverpool coach, Arne Slot, Chief Executive Michael Edwards and Sporting Director Richard Hughes have a lot of work to do to convince the striker to remain in the club.
Salah contract extension is closely related to Liverpool long-term plans. Arne Slot is still optimistic that Salah will extend his service at Anfield, but there is talk that it could disrupt the club salary structure. In my opinion, the management will be faced with a dilemma, on the one hand they still really need the services of the Egyptian player, while on the other hand Salah is considered a burden if he gets a new contract extension. For the Saudi Pro League Club, it is clear that this situation is an opportunity to bring him there, Salah can get a higher salary if he is willing to leave, regardless of the free transfer scenario. Another challenge is that it is difficult to find players of Salah caliber at this time, even if there are any, Liverpool must prepare a fairly large budget.

Mohamed Salah has 'rocked the boat' at Liverpool as new contract claims emergehttps://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/mohamed-salah-liverpool-contract-deeney-33621488

Stilll no contracr for Rabiot, what is he even thinking about it.
Time si going on and now he has a chance to really skip 1 year.

It will be just terrible for him, being in prime and not getting a team.

I think it is never happend before.
His manager is his mother and his mother wants a lot of management fees. She also wants a very high contract for her player, her son. Moreover, she wants it to be in one of the five major leagues in Europe. She also wants a lot of signing money. When this is the case, no team is willing to do it. There were offers from Saudi Arabia but they did not want to go to Saudi Arabia. If it continues like this, Rabiot will be without a team for a year.

Ronaldo still get the money and attention he deserve and he also had a huge contract from Saudi League club Al Nassr likewise Messi, the only difference here is more are yet to be seen and the young ones will always take over. The only thing I can boldly doubt is the young generation can not come close to the level Ronaldo, Messi etc has gone in football history also it might be difficult seeing any footballer score more than 40 goals in a season as Ronaldo did, still breaking the record.

Despite the flying rumors I have not seen any reply from Osimhen so I will keep this mute since I have not gotten much time to read sport news.

The major difference between Ronaldo and other players is that he has the influence to make things happen and to a great deal at that. I could remember one clip I watched on social media about Ronaldo and coca cola when he rejected cola drink and went for water and immediately the value of sales dropped although am not certain how true the clip was but I know Ronaldo is always that different player because of his influence and also the way he is still manage to be at his game not looking at his age.

I wish my country had a Victor Osimhen, because the players of my country are good, but they are not as outstanding as him, for me Nigerian football is far superior, the truth is this player contributes in an incredible way, I say something, if Galatasaray is the happy creditor of this player, only success will come to him, because in Npaoli Osimhen he was and is a star, for me he is the icon of the team to do things well, I could see this player in UCL and maybe they can make the difference, this player has great potential and many clubs want to have him.

I was ranting here last week when he finally moves to Galatasaray and I concluded that Napoli are not only going to regret what they did to him, they will pay heavily because what has Lukaku done in his previous club before making ways back to Napoli? He is good though, no cap but he is not enthusiastic about performance when it comes to carrying team on the shoulder, Osimhen took Napoli on his head and made mistake of renew his contract blidnly only to be trapped.

Galatasaray has been into the Champions League last seaskn but couldn't go far but unfortunately they couldn't make it this season but they made it to Europa League, they should be able to break head and toes to lift that trophy and it's something I can assure Osimhen can do without doubt and if they luckily win the Turkey domestic Sl league, it will not only increases his chance or going to big club but also brings more bid from other clubs.

Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the best players not only in active football but also in all time. If they were to say the three best players who have ever played in the world, I would say Pele, Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo. That's why he is one of the players who will be at the highest level in the world in terms of reputation. I can't see any rivals for him. Even going to Saudi Arabia increased the level of Saudi Arabian football.

i doubt if Arsenal was willing to pay that much for Osimhen, they are known to be a team that can’t pay much for players.
This isn't the first time arsenal is been linked to Osimhen so if you're doubting Arsenal's ability to pay for Victor Osimhen under Mikel Artheta then it's obvious you're one of those that still retains the mental scope of Arsenal during Arsene Wenger's era as manager. The signing of Declan Rice for a whooping  £100 million plus £5m and add-ons elucidates that Arsenal is nothing like it were under Wenger, he Artheta is all out to win the EPL trophy and getting the services of players that would make that possible wouldn't be a problem for him if the player fit in his interest and playing pattern.
Seeing from some rumors and statements from Fabrizio actually if you look at the conditions Arsenal are always linked with Osimhen but they are not really in that scope because they are aware that Osimhen is too high for the release clause so this rumor is actually just exaggerated to increase media traffic so that they always find material to become their headline.

https://www.justarsenal.com/fabrizio-reveals-that-arsenal/375054

This also shows that in the end, Osimhen's future is not very certain from the start because every club will definitely think twice if they have to spend 130 million or more for Osimhen with all the problems he has.
Indeed with his achievements and age maybe this can still be considered but of course the price must be below that and the most is 100 million. If in the end it is greater than that then any club will find it difficult to agree to this difficult clause from Napoli.

In another scenario, I will look at it that inflation has caught up with football also that’s why players are now being sold for higher prices than they used to be less in before market. Just like you said, if this was the era of Messi, Ronaldo, Kaka, Ronaldinho and Zidane, they would have worth more and that’s not because the current players wages are much but because inflation could have caught up with it and they’ll be forced to pay more for them.

Napoli are making it difficult for the player to be marketable and attractive to other clubs that have interest in him. He’s a good player and his potentials cannot be overemphasised after his victory with Napoli two years back when they won the Scudetto for the first time in their history. He might still get a good offer from one of the top clubs in Europe’s league and what he does, it won’t be a thing of surprise at that time because he’ll be worth it more at that time than he is now.
