He is a very good acquisition by watford, at the age of 21 he is already taken leadership mantle in watford and with watford not likely to been promoted to top flight league this season. He will be in a club that actually nurtures players in his position and with the current squad lacking a proper center forward, both Welbeck and Undav are finding it hard to Neil down that position.

Honestly, him being outside of the top 10 almost always eventually comes down to having players like Lionel Messi on the same team. He almost always lived in the shadows of Messi. Yes, of course they will really consider the next coach candidate for Chelsea this time. Now there has been some news about him joining Monza.
