James Maddison seems to be a target for Manchester City according to rumours. But not for the winter of course. They are reported to be planning a move in the summer.

Leicester are already likely to lose many of their significant players in the near future. This horrible season must have made those players really disappointed. They can't waste their career there in the end while there are better options. Maddison would more likely be a substitute player at Manchester City though. But it all depends on how he will perform when he has the chance. Maybe he can be a permanent member of the starting eleven later.
would be a terrible signing for Manchester City. Maddison is a good player but he is similar to Jack Grealish that he will cost a lot of money to sign and he is not good enough to start for Manchester City. Instead he will warm the bench on big wages and end his career. Arsenal is going for Youri Tielemans and I worry that Manchester City will swoop in instead because he could start for them and would not demand as many wages as Maddison.

Thomas partey has been  part of the team, and there's no way jorginho Will replace him immediately, I think Arteta has a lot of decision to make in the team starting up.
Jorginho was brought in to help ease the workload off Thomas Partey in the Midfield. The number of times that Sambi Lokonga has been tried, he has proved not yet worthy to share the load with Partey which Elneny was doing. With Jorginho we now have an experienced midfielder that can be depended on in the case that Partey cannot play, or he is removed from a game, or a game where we need our midfield to be solid, the coach can play both of them as said already. My biggest hope however for him is that he adapts well to the club.

We have really spent less this Transfer season, but made good signings in some key positions. We got Trossard for 21million Euros, Kiwior for 17million euros and Jorginho for just 12million Euros, just a total of 50million Euros. We have done good business again.
Yes I agree with you. On the other hand, Arteta is really Wenger's true successor, doesn't want to buy expensive players. Buy cheap players as needed, don't want price wars, Jorginho's transfer is really cool. He is a top player, a genius in the middle, cheap, good at penalties and experience.

This is quick decision from Ten Hag because before Eriksen got injured Manchester United has decide to stopped buy more players this winter but everything was change after Ten Hag seeing Eriksen recent condition which is probably he will be absense until May early

And i have to say Marcel Sabitzer performance during with Bayern was not so impressive even this season he has 15 times to play with only a single goal and he has lost to compete with other players on midfielder position and my question is could he will be able to takeover Eriksen position and performing well because i fear this is only panic buying because Manchester United have no more time to find another players because of deadline winter transfer will be happened today
Christian Erickson's injury is a blow to Manchester United as he has settled in very well in the squad and has contributed about 3 goals and 10 assist so far in all competitions this season. Marcel Sabitzer will not have an automatic shirt but will have to fight for his place in the squad just as every other United midfield players. ETH during a press meeting has urged Fred to step up and fill the void left by Erickson which I still think is a mind game.

Arsenal signing jorginho can as a surprise to me , but the coach Arteta knows what's he want,  Youri Tieleman would have been a better signing than Jorginho because of what he brings to the team defensively, arsenal are leaving no area of the squad unattended to as they are improving every aspect of the squad with quality additions, Jorginho will try and settle things in midfield in the coming games.
Arteta wants to have a quick replacement for Thomas Partey in the defensive midfield position because Partey needs a substitute, which is the main Arsenal problem because Sambi Lokonga has been loaned out and Elenny, who is supposed to be his replacement, is also injured, so the signing of Jorginho will help because Partey will be able to rest in some games.
He becomes a worthy replacement, especially with the ability and experience he has, this is clearly very profitable for Arsenal. On the age side, he can still be counted on because regardless of anything, 31 years old is still very capable of competing.
They did lose a few players in recovery and this is a very good addition of course for Arsenal.

Now we just have to wait to see if Arsenal will sign another player as the rumors of an upcoming midfielder for Arsenal still exist at the moment for the nearest.
I understand that Jorginho is the wrong side of 30 and cannot replicate Thomas Partey’s role. But with Mohamed Elneny facing an extended injury layoff, and Sambi going to Crystal palace, Arsenal remain short in holding midfield. It’s not really a replacement for Thomas Partey, but bringing in another midfielder to thicken the depth. Honestly, it’s a good signing, €12M for a proven EPL player that brings in depth and experience to this squad isn't too bad. And it's only a short term fix as the contract also suggests.
Arteta is building a title contender team, with the jorginho arrival to the team is a boost to the team.Arsenal is playing impressive game and a team to  beat, Thomas partey will partner with jorginho in the midfield, Arteta can adopt two defensive midfielders using Thomas partey and jorginho.
Thomas partey has been  part of the team, and there's no way jorginho Will replace him immediately, I think Arteta has a lot of decision to make in the team starting up.
Jorginho was signed by Arsenal to add depth to their midfield and bring his wealth of experience to the team infact he has a bit better records than Moises Caicedo though older than him and far better than Elneny who is out till April, however Arsenal will play Europa matches thus Jorginho will have opportunity of playing those matches while Arteta rest either Thomas Partey or Xhaka for the league, I think this is best short term option for Arsenal till summer transfer window, the race for the title is hot and Arsenal wouldn't afford to lose this golden opportunity of winning it this season.

I won’t lie, I wasn’t expecting him to sign for Arsenal, it’s better to sign someone than bringing no one, Jorginho is an experienced, proven player who’s going to bring something in the dressing room and on pitch. He is an addiction to the team and not necessarily Partey’s replacement. Arteta has always lauded the importance of getting another midfielder before the window closes because Mo Elneny is out injured while Sambi Lokonga hasn’t been performing really well in that role. Arsenal need some experienced legs to sail through the remaining part of the season.

with Chelsea spending so much, and when they haven't had a great run of results this season. Of course, it's not just an evaluation, maybe the Chelsea owners have to act quickly to save their club.
it's not just about achievements and good team play. this is also part of the business. and without achievement, the business they run could be bad.
The club is passing through hard times presently but with the arrivals of new players, they will start winning games with multiple goals. Graham Potter will be familiar with his new players and pick the best player at his peak. Chelsea are mapping out tight position to strengthen this season with Todd boehly making good chances of every little opportunity he has in the transfer market. The blues flex their muscles on the last day of the transfer market with signing Enzo Fernandez and other players on their rader.

It looks like they have too much money. Hakim Ziyech don't join Paris Saint-German because Chelsea sent the wrong documents...three times. SG failed to register Ziyech at the French league association LFP. The correct documents were sent after the official transfer deadline and Ziyech was rejected as a new PSG player. So when there is so much money involved, they don't make mistakes like that.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
They looked panicked. So they buy players at a very high price in my opinion. Perhaps this is Potter's request, because indeed he is the coach chosen by the new owner of chelsea. Although I fondly remember him not having had any major achievements coaching the club.
So with the current state of the players they should be able to improve and get into the top five at the end of the Season. If this does not happen, Potter should be evaluated.
Chelsea's total spending is quite a lot and it is clear that Chelsea wants to return to a better team. I can't believe that the money spent is not in line with expectations, but right now Graham Potter must be able to make more solid efforts for the new players who are brought in so they can play more impressive with his new team adapting faster and bringing Chelsea to a better ranking.

Indeed, he should be able to enter a proper standings until the end of the season, although this is not an easy task I think Graham Potter's challenge here, can he bring Chelsea to the top again in the sense of being in the top 5 or top 4?

I want to see how Mudryk and Felix work together and in midfield with Enzo Fernandes.

If you look at the history of Chelsea's transfers, you will see that they have always spent very large amounts, I recently read an article that their spending over the past two years has approached half a billion. So they always spent a lot, it's not because Potter came, it's just because the Chelsea management has a lot of money and can afford it. Only now the results do not correspond to these expenses, being in the middle of the standings is not what they expected.

I don't think it's too much for Chelsea to do, but it's a shame if these players don't make a difference for them, that's the worry. If that happens then all they do is waste money. Graham Potter seems to want to have a player that is indeed his choice, I hope that what he is doing is positive for Chelsea's game in the future, don't let what they are doing go to waste.

Damn, Chelsea finished the transfer window with 570 million euros net spend.
Enzo Fernandez is a good player but 120 million seems way over the line.

8 new players in this transfer window alone - somebody's been playing too much Football Manager.
I wonder where will all these players get playing minutes if Chelsea misses out on European spots.
With this the Chelsea dressing room seems to be experiencing a bit of commotion, of course every player wants to get more playing minutes. Especially with several of his players currently injured and if they all recover, how will they manage these players? will this player who has just recovered from injury be sold to another club in the transfer market next summer? It seems that Chelsea is too greedy in the transfer market this time and doesn't want to know about the fate of its players in the future.

Liverpool are thinking possibilities to gets N'Golo Kanté from Chelsea and his status will be free transfer this summer because possibly Kante will not gets contract extension and if Chelsea gets Enzo Fernandez from Benfica i think there is no reason for him to stayed at Chelsea and Liverpool indeed currently lack of midfielder but i don't know Kante will be the right solution for Liverpool or not because he was often to gets injured and indeed Kante used to is great midfielder but with his injured history some people are very doubt Kante will performing well again and i wish Klopp will considering this factor before bought him this summer
I think that the question can't be answered. I meant chelsea also wants to give him a new contract. AFAIK, it's not only Liverpool. Real madrid has been reportedly interested in kante too. Kante is such a great player for Chelsea. Kante has been getting so many trophies since he was coming to Chelsea. I think that kante is very close to fully recovering from his injury. I hope that Chelsea will give him a new contract since he was very important to the club. Kante is as good as reece james.
Liverpool should hunt for another midfielder, ngolo isn't leaving chelsea, if he was to do that, Real Madrid would have been preferable, which also is not hapening. I hope to see Kante play again in chelsea squad. Already Gorginjo has been given out, it will be of a big loss to see Kante work out.  Chelsea's midfield proved deficient ever since Kante's injury, I'm just praying that Enzo plays up to expectation because the amount that is been spent on him is quite too much and I think chelsea is only doing this out of frustration.
Yeah, Chelsea wants to give him a new contract. This could be short term contract but I'm sure that kante will be agreed to the new offer by chelsea. Kante is a veteran player that has so many experiences in football. I think that kante will be so good to be a leader once he will able to recover from his injury. Jorginho hopes he will be able to go back to chelsea again some day. enzo has not yet been announced by Chelsea but so many people are feeling so excited to see his performance with the blues.
Chelsea has been doing deep analyzation before take the decision to buy enzo from benfica.

Don't you remember if newcastle bought 9 players last season? The different thing is almost all of the players bought eddie howe have very cheap price compared with Chelsea. There are chance for Chelsea to come back later. Chelsea won't miss European spot.

Chelsea aren't Newcastle united, they both can't be buying players at the same price so sure, Chelsea will definitely be buying players much higher. I bet those players been bought for that cheap price by Newcastle, if it was Chelsea coming after them then they'll be priced higher than what Newcastle paid for them. Lets not forget, Chelsea tried negotiating for Enzo Fernandez fee but the club didn't want anything less than the release clause and also don't forget that Chelsea aren't playing all the fees upfront. They only paid about €40 or so, there's that's also good business.

Chelsea tried delaying the negotiations until the last days to see if any chances will be made but it seems Benfica weren't going any lower and Chelsea were now desperate for a replacement since jorginho has gone to arsenal and there was a void to be filled which the coach wanted Enzo Fernandez to be the player to filled that void. I think the Coach will find a way to make all the players happy especially the new players and lets not forget, many players will be leaving at the end of the season.

I think some players will be sold in the summer window. in depth the Chelsea squad is inhabited by players of high quality and even the arrival of Enzo will make the Chelsea squad strong enough for the rest of the season. Todd Boehly has spent quite a lot of money in changing the Chelsea squad to be stronger but I think the signing of Enzo can do the best for Chelsea this season.

indeed some of their core players are absent this season due to serious injuries, I think the players at Chelsea will continue to compete for the main place in every match.

Agreed, it shall be around less than 100 million but it's all decided by benfica. Chelsea has no other choice than get him as a new player. I meant Chelsea was also having caicedo as an option but it seems potter prefers to get enzo rather than caicedo considering both have been tagged with big prices by benfica and brighten.

I cannot deny that Mykhailo Mudryk is one of the best players who have a lot of quality...
We hope the expectation we have of him are not disappointed and reduced watching play his first game which will be against Liverpool, because I watched Wout Weghorst against Crystal Palace and he did not impress me at all, He was too slow. Many supporters of the club say he was impressive because he was constantly taking the attention of defenders from other players, giving them a chance to score like the first goal scored by Bruno Fernandes, but I do not agree, Felix had and impressive debut, Weghorst did not to me. Maybe it is just because it was his first time playing with the team, but against Arsenal I expect to see better if they are going to win, else just get Rashford and Garnacho back to that position for them to win.

Well, Mykhailo Mudryk is a pretty good player, but it also depends on the team. If the team gives him the corresponding support, it is something that I would say can make a difference, because if a team plays in favor of a player and if he is not selfish, they can make the most of it. and Mourinho applies that thought, he always gives the place to all the stars, and if he knows that he can solve a game, he has no doubt that he can put him as the best against the team and that the team will score the goals or play for him. Let him score the goals, it's something like the Barcelona team when Xavi and Iniesta were there, they gave Messi the whole game to score the goals.

and.... Sergio Ramos:

Quote
Sergio Ramos’ future is up in the air as the veteran defender will become a free agent on June 30 when his contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires. As of now, the capital club has yet to offer an extension.

Nonetheless, Mundo Deportivo reports that Ramos will have two destinations should PSG opt to move on from the Spanish defender. The first could be Al Nassr, the team that recently signed Ramos’ former Real Madrid teammate, Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Saudi Arabia-based team wants to launch a mega project and one of its objectives would be the Spanish defender. But another destination that is also waiting for Ramos is MLS.
