Even though Kendry Paez is one of the players from Ecuador who won the best player title at the NGT tournament in 2022, Chelsea doesn't really need him.
This decision is whether useful or not but in my opinion a waste of money.
At the moment Chelsea have pretty good players like Enzo Fernandez,
Mykhailo Mudryk, Raheem Sterling and Kai Havertz so that for now Chelsea needs a coach who is really able to take advantage of some of these great players to be able to give a good game and a win.

I don't think Chelsea has any problems with the players they currently have, I mean they can hire better superstar players and there are some players linked to this team like Barella, Páez, and Matos but I don't think even if all these three players will help this team because Chslea needs better coach than Lampard and then they new coach should start seeking for better players.

That's what Borussia Dortmund has always done, when they have young players at a low market price and they can develop their talent, when the players have a high market price and offer they will sell them for a profit. Is not it dortmund's habit? i meant dortmund was always looking for cheap young talented players and then the club was developing these cheap players to be sold for a high price to another big club. This football business has been run by dortmund since a long time ago.
Dortmund is always waiting for the best offer but as far as i know real madrid has been preparing so much money for him. It seems like that bellingham has more probability to join real madrid rather than another team.

Real madrid has become the most potential club for jude bellingham. As long as jude will able to perform so well with real madrid and i think that the chance for him to be the next superstar is big, he can also become next CR7.

Real madrid will not sell Tchouameni. I think that it's quite clear that the rumor about him being included in the shortlist to tell of real madrid was not true. that was also ending the speculation about him as well. Liverpool already given up with jude and real madrid is the best option for him.

The biggest issue for Chelsea is to unite the players and identify the key problem areas so that they can be remedied. Adding additional players or even changing managers won't solve the problem. The important players require possible backup players who can step in for them if they become injured. For example, if N'golo Kante becomes injured there's absolutely no potential player who could step in to replace the Frenchman. Chelsea cannot reach their peak because the season has already ended. The players and the board should work together to prepare the team for the upcoming season. They should make room for growth and encourage strong teamwork among the players. .

Chelsea don't need any more players, they just need a good coach to make use of the players available, the management are the problem, they lack football experience. I never supporter them hiring Lampard again, when we have good coaches . Lampard can't coach these players, they need an experienced coach to build and unite the together. This season is over for them, I pray they escap relegation zone because I don't see them winning any match soon.

It's been a disaster, let's be honest. Todd Boehly has made Chelsea significantly worse since taking over from Roman Abramovich. The club was already stable. He de-stabilised it. Just because you spend big money on players doesn't mean they are going to turn out to be good. So many flops. He's made a mess of it, should never of sacked so many of the people behind the scenes so quick. It has long been the case that Dortmund has had some amazing scouting success, but by now I feel the scope for success in scouting could become more narrow as other teams have become aware of that strategy as well. Haaland was a bit of a different case because he had that clause implemented as a condition to go to Dortmund. But it's true that they have found players that nobody else had an idea about. Lewandowski came from Lech Poznan at the age of 21 I believe and a lot of doubters were there. But then the same happened with him as with all the other great talents: stay for a few years and say goodbye. Dortmund always made good money at least, but if they don't start winning trophies, they will forever only be this interim club for good players who want to take the next step and then leave.

Declan Rice's next team could be Arsenal in the summer. Newcastle are also after him these days but I don't think they would stand much chance against Arsenal. I mean this would be the case especially if Arsenal make it to the league title at the end of the season. Even if they finish the league at the second position he could pick them over Newcastle anyway.

The reason why I think like that is Arsenal's being a bigger team now. Their squad quality is also much higher than Newcastle's. Newcastle need to increase the strength of their average level squad this summer. Qualifying for the Champions League is really important to do so easier.

But look at how often new chances arise for players. It can be due to injuries or also due to new transfers or even if the coach changes. Especially when we talk about Real Madrid, it is not unlikely that Ancelotti will leave the club at the end of the season. I also don't know about Modric's situation, but even if he stays for longer he might soon not be the 90+ minutes guy per game anymore and hence a substitute is needed. Sometimes it can be the right decision to stay and try, but you don't always have the circumstances in your own hands. Perhaps if another club borrows him for a season and he can still come back, but once you leave Real Madrid how likely is it that you will get another chance to go back?

my friend is a big fan of chelsea, he is really frustrated to see chelsea's current performance and even he really wants chelsea to return to abrahamovic's hands. sacking tuchel was actually a big mistake by boehly, he didn't give tuchel a chance. The latest news is that Chelsea are eyeing Gavi in the July transfer market, but we don't know if Gavi wants to go to Chelsea, it seems that in the transfer market we will again see Chelsea spending money in vain.
