Chelsea seems not yet stopped for hunt the new players.

Transfer-mad Chelsea are reportedly close to striking a deal for Arsenal target Dominik Szoboszlai.

The deep-pocketed Blues have already splashed out over £500million on transfers since Todd Boehly's £4.25billion takeover, hijacking Premier League rivals left, right and centre to complete their transfer business.
It seems like that chelsea is always aiming the player that being targeted by arsenal. The rivalry between arsenal and chelsea are not only in the field but in the effort to get the new player. Will this become another hijack from chelsea to the arsenal's target?
Jude bellingham has also rumored to be interested with chelsea https://twitter.com/MailSport/status/1633189759798460418

Osimhen seems to be a target for Arsenal also now. Him and Declan Rice are both Arsenal's transfer targets for the summer actually.

About Rice their chance is not low that's for sure. Maybe there would be some other big Premier League teams like Chelsea and Manchester United also in a race to sign him. But still Arsenal's hand would be stronger than theirs as long as they finish the season as the champions in the Premier League. But as for Osimhen their job is really difficult. Because Osimhen is a target for some other big teams also. I mean not only teams from the Premier League but also from other big leagues. If a more prestigious team intervene this deal then Arsenal might have big difficulties.

That's interesting news because right now Arsenal has a good balance within their squad and the players they bought fit well into the team and the system that Arteta wants them to play. Arsenal also got a bunch of new players before the season and in contract to Chelsea most of them harmonize perfectly with the rest of the team. That is the big difference for now.

Osimhen would also fit well into the Arsenal team. He has great players around him there who could assist him and the team plays with a lot of speed and Osimhen certainly doesn't lack speed. That would be another great addition for Arsenal during the summer. If they win the Premier League this year they do have some extra money available and are qualified for the Champions League with a squad that they are potentially strengthening even further in Summer.

The question about who will be coaching real madrid for next season has not been answered yet.

As a Madrid fan, this is always an interesting topic as I have been following this team since I was a little kid. Except Mourinho and Ancelotti, Real Madrid, especially Perez, always getting a coach from non-European-big teams e.g. Lopetegui, Solari, Pellegrini, Schuster, Lopez Caro, and Luxemburgo. In case Ancelotti leaves Real Madrid and Zidane doesn't feel it's the right time for him to come back, I'm really curious on who the next manager.

Another name's appearing recently and that's arteta from arsenal.

Quote
Zinedine Zidane has been linked with a possible third spell in charge at the Santiago Bernabeu, while Mauricio Pochettino and Real Madrid Castilla boss Raul Gonzalez are also potential candidates. However, a new one has emerged in the shape of Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta,

https://www.football-espana.net/2023/03/08/real-madrid-lining-up-shock-move-for-arsenal-head-coach-mikel-arteta

There are so many candidates that have been linked to the real madrid. That makes me feel confused to pick which one that will be the most potential coach for real madrid. A bit surprised that if real madrid is linked to him since the chance is quite small caused by arteta is still coaching its favorite club even since when he was playing for arsenal.

With all these stats that currently he have ... would be perfect for arsenal to keep themselves on top form if they could get osimhen service , psg .. manchester united and even chelsea are interested to sign him as he is in the sharpest beast mode this season with napoli.

Would be pricy as well as napoli invested a lot of money back in 2020.

This is a welcome development and a goodnews to Manchester United fans. I read that Osimhen met Ighalo for advice about Manchester United move and Ighano encouraged him to make the move.
CryptopreneurBrainboss is saying that Drogba was supposed to do same work Ighalo is doing. But if you look well, Ighalo is closer to Osimhen than Drogba. Because both Ighalo and Osimhen are from Nigeria.
Osimhen is the best scorer and one of the best players in Serie A. He shined with Napoli and I doubt he will continue there and for sure Napoli will not keep him since they will earn a fortune once they sell him.
Napoli still have another good player that needs more attention which is Kvaratskhelia. This player has a brilliant future too at a point Napoli fans warned about letting him go.

Will MU try to buy him with 100millions price? That's very interesting news to be waited for.
It's possible, considering the huge contribution that Kane will make to Man United later, one of the things that makes Tottenham quite productive is Kane's presence and currently he has scored 18 goals,
I really think Kane is passed his prime and the price that they are likely to ask for is too much, besides with Eric ten Hag in the driving seat I don't think players will be bought at such exaggerated prices knowing very well that cheaper guys with good skills can be found in other leagues.

Kane should have left the club a long time ago because if he had stayed at Tottenham he would have only to will be possible to equal Alan Shaerer's record as the Premier League's top scorer but the trophy will need a miracle if he stays with his current club.
Kane missed his transfer opening way back, now his assignment objectives has changed which is the time to help the club finish strongly probably secure that top four finish as the league looms closer to its end,and should transfer talks come again Spurs will likely put a high price tag to stop the sell from happening as his services are needed more than ever!

I agree Woodie that Kane isn't a player for the future. Perhaps he is a player for two seasons, but he is not the type of player that you buy in order to build a squad of the future around him. I didn't even know that Manchester United is among the interested clubs now. The last rumor I heard was all about Bayern and that there is something going on behind the scenes, but Bayern would never pay the transfer fee that Tottenham asked for. I thin when Manchester City wanted him they asked for something around 150 million, which is way too much.

If Kane goes away from Tottenham I don't even know whether he'd be interested in joining Manchester United. He also has a pretty well paying contract with Tottenham. It won't be easy to find another club willing to pay the signing fee and the salary he is asking.

It seems like manchester united and chelsea have been preparing biggest bid for osimhen. It seems like that that already made by osimhen if he was saying EPL was his big dream has been triggering some big clubs in EPL to sign him.

They have a close relationship, but they are both alphas with a very good understanding about business in general and how the soccer universe works when it comes to playing your best poker to get the best possible contract. Perez knows the value of Zidane, Zidane knows Perez' value for him and they each know their own value. Wink

Zidane had such an amazing run at the beginning of his career as a coach that afterwards he could more or less dictate what has to be written down in his contract. Cheesy

But I also think that Zidane is always a good option for Real Madrid and he isn't that old. He also isn't interested in extreme long-term contracts like Potter has with Chelsea (5 years) as Zidane knows it could be over after one or two years anyway and it wouldn't even be against his own interests. He doesn't come across as a coach who wants to stay with a club for a decade. That's why Real Madrid is the perfect address. Tongue

But I would like to see Zidane as a coach again as soon as possible, but hopefully for a club other than Real Madrid. Would be cool to see how he will do in another league like the Premier League.

As the most respected figures in Bernabéu and parts of the club history, Zidane and Perez respect each other. But when Zidane took part as the team coach, there were always some tense discussion between them in every transfer window, and when the team lost their way to win a cup, because of obvious reason, Perez always demands one major trophy per season on the coach. Now it's a hot seat for Ancelotti since their way to LaLiga becomes tougher and the 1st leg of Copa del Rey didn't go well. If Real Madrid got beaten by Liverpool in their 1st leg of UCL, it would be so close for Perez to fire Ancelotti right after their 0-1 lost against Barca. For now his spot is still safe, and it'll be determined later after the 2nd leg games of UCL and CdR.

Yes but I also see it from the perspective of Ancelotti and I think he is very calm and doesn't care. He is in a phase of his life where firing him doesn't put him under pressure anymore and in genera, he understands how the industry works especially when you are the coach of a club like Real Madrid. Ancelotti will stick to his own strategies no matter what someone else would say. If Perez were to interfere with Ancelotti's player choices for a game, Ancelotti wouldn't care at all. He would rather be fired than to give in to Perez and let the players play that Perez wants.

Zidane is the same kind of guy. He wants absolute authority over the squad. He doesn't care if it is Perez talking to him or someone else from the club. By now Zidane can do that even more as he is the most successful coach in the Champions League that Real Madrid has ever had. Because of that he also has a certain standing among the fans. They respect him a lot and it is not as easy to fire Zidane or even Ancelotti as it would be with many other coaches.

I expect Didier Drogba to be doing his agent work by now in trying to convince Victor Osimhen to come to Chelsea. He's our African ambassador and has been talking with players to choose the club over others, Victor Osimhen is the next Didier Drogba and even the special one Jose Mourinho has said it himself. Osimhen will be a big name in Chelsea especially as we have everything sorted out right now but don't have a typical number nine and obviously a coach that I think we might get next season. African players has a history of doing very well in Chelsea especially the blacks one and we have a very huge fan base especially in. Nigeria the hike country of Victor Osimhen.
It's a dream of every Nigerian international player to play in the Premier league, that's like winning the grammar in football over here so it's just a matter of time before this becomes a reality. As for the cash, will Manchester united be willing to spend? Because I know Chelsea aren't afraid to do such. We could easily sell some players to fetch money for his big money move as anything that has to do with Victor Osimhen at the moment has to involves lots of euros since he's currently at the top of his games and in the news with his constant goal scoring runs that's on, at Napoli.

Osimhen is the story of the town right now. Every team wants to bring Osimhen into the team. And it seems like they are also ready to pay a huge amount of money for that as well. If right now Osimhen gets an offer from both Chelsea and Manchester United, of course, he is going to choose Chelsea. That is what any normal person with a brain is going to do.

But in the end, it will come down to the amount of money that they are ready to spend. Of course, Napoli is going to accept the biggest offer regardless of where the offer comes from. That is probably the only reason why Osimhen might actually end up in the Chelsea squad. Otherwise, there is no reason for him to choose Chelsea over Manchester United at this moment.

You know that the contract of Lionel Messi's with PSG is going to end at the end of this season. So it is very possible for Barcelona to get Lionel Messi for basically free. But will Barcelona be able to afford the salary of Lionel Messi?

Lionel Messi is still playing very well. So it is very understandable if he demands a good amount of salary. But I will not be surprised if Lionel Messi does take a pay cut just to play for Barcelona. After all, it was supposed to be the club which was going to make him a one club player.

I don't think this is a free problem or not because even if Messi is brought in for free, can they still pay Messi's large salary.
currently Messi's salary at PSG is around 31.5 million euros per season and this is definitely a big number for a player even though his performance is still very good and can suck up some lost sponsors but I think it's still a little difficult for Barcelona with the management condition that is still random.

Sometimes it's not just about money, we all know PSG got a good financial situation and they can afford to pay enough salary Messi and even they can even increase his salary because of the money they got but if Messi rejected the offer this means he cares about something other than money and I think he is even thinking about returning to Barcelona where he actually belongs to.

Of course, I think the same as you, and as I have said before, Messi should consider going to Saudi football, in particular I would like to see CR7 and Messi facing each other in that league, I am sure that worldwide all the attention would go to that side of the world, because with Messi there, wow, it's another level. There are very good players, there is Mappé, Haaland, among others, but they still do not have that shine that CR7 and Messi have given us over the years, that is something that I still see from afar, that is why these players, no matter how old they look For me they will continue to be the best.
This news surprised me today about Messi: https://www.goal.com/en/news/lionel-messi-barcelona-return-back-on-joan-laporta-confirms-meeting-with-psg-star-father/blt562136eff1991425
Since Messi is not interested to stay in PSG and his destination is still unknown most people thought he will join a team to just receive a goal salary there but now according to some news If Barcelona sends him a good offer to get Messi back to Barcelona he won't say no to his previous team.
I would guess that it shouldn't be a shock for Messi to go back to his old club, he wasn't really happy leaving neither anyway, so it should be fine for him to get back. However, lets realize the fact that Barcelona can't offer him some insane amount of money, he would be getting a huge huge pay cut if he gets there, and I think that would be a bit of a tough situation.

I am not saying he may leave for Saudi Arabia for higher pay but at the very least he should be getting what he deserves, not less. That is why him staying at PSG could be a better deal for him, he never really accepted Barcelona offers years beforehand when he was there too, so I think he may actually stay at PSG on the last minute as well, like Mbappe did.

He is not too late to leave Tottenham, at the age of 29 he still has the opportunity to shine again in other teams. But is he willing to do it? because I am sure that if he is given an offer to extend the contract he will agree. If he wants a prestigious trophy in his career, leaving Tottenham might be the answer to the trophy itself, because at Tottenham it was very difficult to get it.
Tottenham are currently being hit by difficulties because of some current news conditions. Seeing from previous statements, Kane has said that he will still focus on Tottenham until his contract is completely finished but on the other hand this is also not a real guarantee for Tottenham to be able to keep this player.
Kane himself said that until now there has been little talk between him and Tottenham about what his future conditions are like in the midst of a contract that will soon expire.

"There's not been much talk if I'm totally honest," said Kane in January.

This is a bit of a problem if Tottenham don't do much because he could leave really happen later.

So far we don't know for sure, the club Messi will go to next for his future. although many rumors link Messi with several clubs, including a club from the Saudi pro league who dare to pay the same fantastic salary as Ronaldo. but in fact, there has not been any official statement from the star. Even now, PSG is still waiting for confirmation regarding his contract extension. however, rumors of Messi leaving PSG were already very intense even before the 2022 world cup started.

But if Messi returns to Barcelona, this is great news for Barca fans. at least, Messi can end his career with the club that raised him.however, I agree with what you said.the question is, can Barcelona pay Lionel Messi's salary. except, if Messi doesn't mind if his salary is adjusted to Barcelona standards.
other rumors, after the PSG vs Baryern Munich match was held in the second leg. reportedly, Messi will determine his future. well, let's wait.

My prediction is that PSG is going to lose this match on aggregate. That will give Lionel Messi the final push to leave PSG. And there is a high chance for Lionel Messi to go to Barcelona if possible. Because his old teammate Xavi is the current coach of Barcelona.

But if that does not work out, I see Lionel Messi going to Saudi League. Personally, it is going to give me a lot more thrill to see Lionel Messi playing in the same team with Cristiano Ronaldo rather than watching Lionel Messi play against Ronaldo or in Barcelona right now.

I am almost 100% sure, that Messi will not return to FC Barcelona. First of all, no Barcelona can not afford to pay the salary for Lionel Messi. That was the reason why he left Barca in the first place. Barca has more than 1,3 Billion € worth of debts and there is no way they can afford to meet Messis salary demands.
I also don't think that Messi would be willing to take a significant pay cut, just to play for FC Barcelona again. If money is not important to him, then he could have stayed at Barca becaues he did not have to leave. He wanted to earn very big money though and that is why he went to Paris. I think he will stay at PSG or he will go for the huge money like CR7 did.

Bayern are known for being conservative and for signing players at the expense of their big name, but they need to accept reality and the sooner they do it the better. 100 million is not a big amount, but just an ordinary (or even small) if we are talking about top clubs and top players. No matter how hard Bayern try, they will accept a new reality in a season or two at the most. There are too many competitors with money on the market and getting top players cheap is simply unrealistic, even free players claim a huge signing bonus (and they do it right).
It is not correct to call 100 million Euros small money.  In the football market, 10 years ago, a good club could transfer Prime Ronaldo for 100 million Euros.  Looking at the current order, they give 100 million Euros to players who don't deserve it.  This shows that there is an unnecessary football market.  I don't think astronomical money should be spent on football.

Oliver Kahn is that you? Friend, we must live in reality and not in "10 years ago, prices were different."
Football is now a wild market and while there are those who are ready to pay space money for players, those who are not ready to pay them will be without these players. Everything is very simple. The situation is aggravated by corruption and oil money, but it is unlikely that Bavaria is able to defeat this state of affairs (at least alone), which means they must adjust.

TBH, i believe with what already reported by romano as it was coming from laporta itself as a president of barcelona. Laporta will not bring back messi in barcelona soon. FFP is the main reason. He was thinking about how to make its club become even better without messi. Messi was just old stroty for barcelona.
Because that's why they forced it. The condition of Messi and Barcelona can no longer be together now.
There are a number of things that cannot be forced here, such as when looking at the financial condition which is still not fully recovered and Messi's condition also, in terms of price, it is definitely expensive in terms of salary.
On the other hand, even though Messi is still good, his contract obviously won't be long considering his salary, so there's no need to force things that shouldn't happen.
I think Joan Laporta's words are not that important, I think he has to let Messi go and doesn't need to bring up old things like memories of his time in Barcelona's uniform. Let Messi be happy elsewhere and he will surely be happy with his future now or then. What I'm afraid of is that if Messi returns to Barcelona there will surely be uproar one day and that's not for the club and not for the players either.
Regardless of what he is the owner of the strongest decisions in Barcelona, but indeed if you want to bring Messi, this is clearly one of the things that I think is a little wrong for him.
Although indeed in this case he is one of the legends of Barcelona but with the current conditions with those who still have a job looking for more than 100 million to balance the books, I think it is indeed too pushy.
