The football played by De Zerbi is definitely good football. The offensive direction draws the image of a team trying to play more effectively. Shakhtar did the same. He will now do so in Brighton. His first match will be against Liverpool. He will give his first test in a difficult match. I hope he manages to prove himself.
There is no other choice but to adapt quickly because time is always moving and De Zerbi must be able to understand all the players at Brighton to find out the right position and formation to face Liverpool at the beginning of the month, we all know that Liverpool are one of the teams that are quite strong and hard to beat so De Zerbi must think hard to give his best contribution at Brighton.
when de zerbi was still coach of sassuolo, the team actually didn't look that impressive, but don't know if de zerbi's strategic abilities will have improved. brighton was left by potter with a not so bad performance, hopefully in the hands of zerbi, brighton's achievements improve greatly.

No doubt De Zerbi is a good coach. His time in Serie A, he developed an exciting, dynamic team who earned some notable results and achieved consecutive eighth-placed finishes in the league. I think it will benefit this Brighton team more because Brighton has a young squad and he is a manager who knows how to bring the best from the younger members of his squad. Since his football system is almost the same with Graham’s, there won’t be problem of adapting.

I personally am not sure that de Zerby is such a good option for Brighton, he can not be said to have worked with big clubs, and where he worked there were no big results. His work in Shakhtar was also not very good, I would say it was a residual result of Fonseca's work. Therefore, I assume that de Zerby in Brighton may not stay long, as soon as the decline after the departure of Potter begins, they will immediately look for a replacement for him.
This is a difficult time, especially a time to seek for a suitable manager to carry on after sacking the former coach. I don't know so much about Zerby but according to side talks and how others rate him I'm beginning to think he is worth the try. Potter was very impressive for Brighton I was impressed how well Brighton played from last season and even after selling out some of their star players in the summer they still got replacements and still play good football, I really hope Zerby would carry on this good form and improve the team even better.

after bayern munich and newcastle united, manchester united is now reportedly interested in benfica striker Gonçalo Ramos - who could then move to the club in january

looks like United wants to sharpen their front line. are they still not satisfied with Rashford's performance?

This rumor has not yet been continued in negotiations. but United did say they were ready to buy the Benfica striker. even the media coverage was so exciting because there was hope that the Benfica striker would become Ronaldo's replacement.
I'm sure, if United were serious, it would cost a lot of money.

As a result of the rumor, the Red Devils are preparing a £25 million offer for Benfica's Goncalo Ramos. There isn't really an effective striker for United at the moment. It would be interesting to see how United handled Ronaldo's replacement even though I am not confident enough that the Benfica striker could replace him. Anyway, It will be one of Man United's greatest signings, a great improvement. So far, no contact has been made about this rumor in negotiations.

I think that their current situation has nothing to do with Nagelsmann. He is managing the team in the way it must be.

The main problem of the team is not getting any striker after selling Lewandowski. Bayern Munich have been accustomed to playing with a forward who can do everything in the attacking line for years. After selling him they are like they don't know what they are doing. Nagelsmann tried Sane - Mane duo as forwards against Augsburg but this formula also didn't work at all. They even lost there. This scoring problem can be solved by only signing a striker like Lewandowski. When we think of the alternatives, Harry Kane is the only way out for them. However Tottenham would be stubborn about not selling him. Kane might also want to stay as he is having really good days with Conte.

They write in the news that Nagelsmann has a complete lack of understanding with the team and this takes on an acute form. It seems that after the defeat from Augsburg, the team is unhappy with the fact that he put all the blame on the team without taking even part of the responsibility. The fact that he tries different formations in the absence of a clear center forward and does not get success is more his fault than the team's.

How can see his achievements if in the last 5 seasons he has managed 4 clubs including Sassuolo Calcio. It will be difficult to see his quality and achievements because on average Roberto De Zerbi only last 1 to 2 seasons at each club.
To improve the quality of the team it takes more time than that, even a coach like Mikel Arteta who previously was an assistant at Manchester City need time 3 seasons to bring the arsenal to what it is today.
Brighton could become the rulers of the EPL if the club sponsors De Zerbi with unlimited funds to bring in high quality players like Barcelona did, but I'm not sure Brighton will do that.
You are indeed very correct my friend, nothing comes all of a sudden, everything takes gradual process before it will be perfect.Mikel Arteta took time to scatter, reshape and rebuild his team before they can get to this position today.A club like Briton will struggle first, invest heavily and sign the appropriate players they need before it can get to the point they want. They are currently doing well, and if this new coach should add his experience to what they already have,I think Briton will do wonders.

After Graham Potter left Brighton, the coaching bench was officially taken over by Roberto De Zerbi. Brighton's management said Roberto had shown undoubted ability in his coaching career in the Italian and Ukrainian leagues.
and what he has achieved with Sassuolo, of course, is extraordinary. however, I'm not too sure he can immediately bring his new squad better than Potter. he is completely untested in the premier league, as the new boss of Brighton.
Roberto De Zerbi will be making his away debut against Liverpool. this will be a challenge for him, especially if he can win the fight. so, let's see.

Go back watch some replays, you will see more progressive passes are not made to Sadio Mane like it was with Lewandoski
I don't know why it seems to me though but that is how I analyse it
They have had Harry Kane as number one target to replace Lewandoski, next season will determine, but if they continue with this way they are not winning the league.
As you are saying sure few tricky things are happening around here and look like big changes are coming because as right now situation is going most chances Bayern Munich could be not in good position to hold their command in Bundesliga which is not acceptable for fans and management if Nagelsmann fail to bring changes in coming few matches then surely we can feel Tuchel is coming and after this Harry Kane is also coming in next season because he was already their top target but due to some commitments between Conte and Tottenham this not happen in last season but surely can happen in coming because he is currently quality striker which is surely can bring good replacement for Robert Lewandowski which is now at Barcelona and having good time with his performance.

It shouldn't be all too difficult to set up the squad the right way. It is not as if De Zerbi has to start from zero and has no chance to see how Brighton might function very well. He has all the material required to make the correct decisions for the team right from the start.

Also keep in mind that he is not overtaking a team that is fighting for the last four ranks. He is actually overtaking a team that is surprisingly well positioned in the table right now and has delivered some great performances.

But with that might come a threat that exactly now they start crashing and everybody would blame him for any bad performances and a negative turn around making them drop. In a best case scenario he can at least start well with a first game and not lose.

Finally Brighton have sealed and officially announced the deal with Roberto De Zerbi as their new head coach who will become the second Italian coach in the premier league. I really doubt the new manager will be able to maintain the level at which Brighton has improved, I will really miss Graham's tactics and strategies and how well he has improved the team.
He’s a good managerial record. He was Brighton's first choice to replace Graham Potter. De Zerbi will inherit a squad full of confidence and operating to an effective plan. From Sassuolo and Shakhtar Donetsk I know that Roberto's teams play an exciting and courageous brand of football, and I am confident his style and tactical approach will suit this Brighton team.

Hmm that's pretty interesting to see that. Based on his experience and he doesn't have impressive history in managing the club. Brighton has a good performance with graham potter but it seems like that he needs to adapt with the club again. I think that brentford can't perform so good even with the new coach. Players need to know the new strategy that will be used by the new coach
Brighton moved quickly find a new coach to fill the newly upgraded void (Graham Potter) who opted to move to Chelsea to replace Tuchel. The main reason Brighton appointed Roberto De Zerbi as the new coach was because Brighton officials were very impressed with the Italian coach's style of play. Before officially becoming Brighton coach, Roberto De Zerbi managed to help Shakhtar Donetsk win the Ukrainian Super Cup in 2021, previously De Zerbi had managed several clubs such as Palermo, Sassuolo and Benevento. De Zerbi debut with Brighton was not easy, as he will be immediately tested by Liverpool on October 1, 2022 at Anfield.

Brighton has been one of the teams that has been good and consistent this season, and they have chosen to carry on a run of form even as this new coach was announced to be the man managing the team, and no doubt,he will be continue from where the other coach stopped in ensuring that Brighton will be one of the dreaded team in the EPL.
Its good to see the kind of confidence that this people possess, and the kind of winning mentality that they have in the team at the moment.
Brighton considering been a small team interms of performance but they are really doing their best to maintain consistency in their games. The seagulls have a tough game ahead and only consistency can make them either draw or win the games. Brighton have only record just one defeat this season and it was against Fulfham. Their last game in the premier league was against Leicester city which they thrash 5-2. The new boss will enchance the team to his fullest capacity and players will work hand in hand with him inother to achieved their targets this season.

long contracts have been signed by both parties. at least Roberto will coach Brighton until 2026.
Brighton this season appears quite interesting. they even performed better than Chelsea and Liverpool.
it will be very interesting to see how this team develops in Roberto's hands. I would be very surprised if Brighton could end the season in the top 4 of the Premier League.
