James Rodriguez has signed a long-term loan contract with Olympiacos from Al Rayyan. The unveiling of James as an Olympiacos player will take place today. Number 10 will be his shirt number. As a result of this deal, two best friends, James and Marcelo, can spend more time together. I am very happy about the reunion. It's great to see you back at European Football and at Olympiacos, Rodriguez. Olympiacos is now my favorite team, so I can stake my money on them!
I'm excited he finally got a move abroad since the EPL was no longer favourable for him. James Rodriguez is one player I admire especially in his time at Real Madrid when he played good football, too bad he had to go through that rough times in his career when you have to battle with getting back to top form and fighting for a first eleven spot. He has a new challenge now, a new team, new manager and a fresh opportunity to rewrite his story and live a mark to be remembered at Olympiacos.
It baffles me to hear James Rodriguez a talented young player was playing his football in an Arab league, a league synonymous as a place of retirement for players who had reached the peak of their career, he couldn't get a regular playing time in Real Madrid because of the club was star-studded, thereafter Rodriguez brief stinct at Everton couldn't yield any positive improvement in his career neither after Carlos Ancelotti signed him, I hope his return to Greek league with Olympiacos and team up with Marcelo his former teammate and possibly rekindle or revive his dwindling footballing career and get a better chances or offer to play in a big league he is a player I admired alot.

Talented, but apparently not needed by any team. If he was really considered talented, then some top club would have taken him to their club, but alas, that did not happen. It's a shame, of course, but at least in this league he has playing practice, which is probably a priority for him. Plus the salary isn't bad, why not play if you don't have other options?

Ronaldo's market value has decreased by 10 million to become 20 million euros in three months.

The main reason should be his not having much chance after starting to do his best to leave Manchester United. He hasn't played properly in the starting eleven for some time until the Europa League matches. I still don't expect him to be in the starting eleven in their next Premier League match. Actually his market value would still decrease slowly because of his age above all else. But his ineffective performance is helping his value to be lower quickly. Depending on his recent performance he has a less chance to find himself a club that is in the Champions League. So he needs to show a better performance to help Manchester United be a part of it next season.

A great transfer season is over. I think the Haaland transfer was the biggest thing. He recently scored a sensational goal in the Champions League. In the opposing team, Darwin Nunez can't even start the starting lineup.
Ronaldo is no longer in the Champions League and has scored his first ever Europa League goal. I think if he signed with an Arab team, he would break the salary record  Smiley
Well with pep guardiola at manchester city .. it's become the biggest influence on how haaland finally choose manchester city over the other big clubs , pretty upset that he didnt think about chelsea though , could be the greatest transfer of all time , im sure about that.

Ronaldo still has desire to create records in champions league , he might looking for champions league clubs next season and in 3-4 years he might get the highest salary at the arab clubs/chinese clubs.

But I think 150 million euros is impossible. for that price, Manchester City can get a better player than Leao. Maybe next year, when his contract left 1 year, the clause contract will change together with him. The city still has Haaland and Foden on the front, but if we talk about a tight schedule, substitution is needed for them and they need Leao to fight in the champion league.
I don't sure with Manchester City want to pay above 150 million euro for young talented player Rafael Leão from AC Milan, he has consistent performance at least two season with Milan and success bring his team get Serie tittle. But what achievement from Manchester City spent under 70 million euro for Erling Haaland looks not realistic City want to pay 150 million euro for Rafael Leão.

Rafael Leão have contract with Milan until June 30, 2024 and become warning for Milan if want to give higher values above 150 million euro, all team prefer waiting until his contract ended or left one year to make Milan have difficult choose with giving under 150 million euro or waiting Rafael Leão become free transfer player.
Manchester City are big spenders huge in the transfer window, they have made some big money transfers in recent years, it won’t be a shocker anymore if they splash the cash once more for Rafael Leao from AC Milan, he’s looks promising and it will be risky to wait for him to see out his contract cause many other teams are also interested and will come running for him.

Manchester United don't need Frenkie de Jong anymore in fact. Because they have already signed Casemiro for the defensive midfield position and I don't think they need to sign another player who has a similar role.

Casemiro was pretty much a late minute signing though and De Jong is a versatile midfielder so Ten Hag could probably have a different plan for him. Depending on how it goes, Casemiro is not even playing for full 90 minutes yet which totally show that he doesnt really fit in yet with Ten Hag's strategy therefore Manchester United could even try to approach De Jong again in the winter transfer

It is a pity that Frenkie de Jong ultimately stayed at Barcelona. He also seems to be a kind of 2nd choice there and will often start on the couch. At Chelsea or United, he would certainly have become a base player. Maybe another attempt in December, but since it didn't work out recently, I don't think it will work in the winter either. He wants to stay at Barcelona at all costs because Barcelona still have to pay him a lot of money. Unless a club wants to take over that debt.
Frankie De Jong rejected Bayern Munich and Manchester United offers and now playing into Barcelona as second choice because he didn't want to leave this club, and secondly he has issues with his salary errors which was on Barcelona side, and they are not paying which is pity but right now both parties working on this issue which can solved in coming days and most chances he will join German Giant Bayern Munich even right now all just personal views or having some unauthorized news but still things can happen in winter transfer or coming season because he is not fitting into Xavi system.

Barcelona's management is also not happy with him, and they want to offload him in coming season, but as I mention the biggest problem is salary errors which needs to be settled as this is surely hurting Barcelona reputation as well.

I think you are right. The biggest transfer in the EPL Haaland,  I wonder if Haaland was not signed into Manchester city, Manchester City could reach this far. Haaland is an extra ordinary player. The transfer of Gabriel Jesus is also a good one arsenal..
In laliga my favourite transfer and the best is transfer of Lewandoswki to Barcelona,  Lewandoswki has played a vital role for Barcelona in laliga, although his performance in the Champions League when Barcelona played against Bayern Munich was not impressive but I know he is very good for Barcelona.

Haaland is a goal machine and a prolific goal scorer who knows how to score goals and gives constant threat to defenders.Currently,he is one of the best attackers in the world, and has a good scoring mentality. In other words,Gabriel Jesus of Arsenal is also regarded as one of the best signings of the summer because of his contribution and threat on defenders when ever he is on the pitch.
Lewandowski is a blessing to Barcelona because of his goal scoring form and his ability to relate well with his team mates on the pitch.

Because they have already signed Casemiro for the defensive midfield position and I don't think they need to sign another player who has a similar role. However Chelsea might make a move for him as there have been rumours relating him to them as well. We might see a move by Chelsea in January maybe. Maybe they are thinking of replacing Kante with him as soon as possible. As you know, Kante has only one year left on his contract.

On the other hand, Xavi started to give so much opportunity to Frenkie de Jong in the starting eleven lately. Therefore it might cause de Jong to be eager to stay here rather than leaving.

Yeah there is no need to push now as Barcelona are asking a big sum for the player and besides player wants to stay at Barca so not really need to push for him. They have got enough players now and even if they are looking for someone then try looking for some other midfielders. Kante to United? I would say there will be lot of clubs after him as he is world class defensive midfielder so it will be very hard for United if they are planning to get him.

It is rumored that Arthur will come back to Juventus this January.

It seems his adventure with reds is already over.
I was shocked when I heard this news. Do you know what is behind the rumors regarding Arthur returning to Juventus? because Fabrizio Romano also said the same thing on his twitter as I quote below.

Quote from: Fabrizio Romano
Liverpool are not planning to send Arthur Melo back to Juve in January, despite rumours coming from Italy. Arthur is working hard to find the best condition. 🔴🇧🇷 #LFC

Stories have been denied on both club and player side — Arthur, 100% focused on Liverpool.

If it really happened in January, then Athur Melo could be Liverpool's fastest signing out of Anfield without doing anything for Liverpool since his arrival.

His chances at Liverpool to become a regular player are indeed difficult because so far he has only played once wearing the reds shirt and that too had to give up on Napoli.
Actually he was on loan for a year but there are several sources who say that there is a clause that allows Liverpool to send him back to Italy early and it is reported that in January he was back at Juventus.

In terms of seeing the potential of young players, of course, dortmund cannot be underestimated, so far dortmund has succeeded in nurturing young players which are bought quite cheaply and they have developed so that they have a very high market value, but unfortunately the greatness of dortmund is not accompanied by their championship achievements so far and making fans quite angry because dortmund is more focused on business than trophies, nowadays many clubs are trying to buy Bellingham from dortmund and just like Haalaand of course if there is a club that dares to pay high then Dortmund will not hesitate to immediately release Bellingham later.
Before Erling Haaland transfer to Manchester City, Dortmund have building another business by several star player transfer like Jadon Sancho to Manchester United, no doubt with Dortmund more focused with business than trophies. Almost ten years ago with last achievement Bundesliga trophies and until nowadays Dortmund still consistent with runner up position under Bayern Munich. Many time Dortmund buy young player with cheapest values and give senior debut until become star player before selling to other team with higher transfer values. Next business for Dortmund is Jude Bellingham have waiting for with higher transfer values offering from several team.

Manchester United doesn't seem to have succeed in signing de Jong, although news of this interest has been circulating in the last few months
This allows us to see de Jong continue to play for Barcelona for the next few seasons
And in terms of signing alternative players, I think Casemiro's arrival is an alternative to Manchester's failure to bring Frenkie de Jong to Old Trafford.

With the kind of confidence Bellingham has build since last season, I see him leaving Dortmund next summer. Premier league will be his preferred destination and with the holes in midfield of some English clubs like man United, Chelsea and Liverpool. Although I will fancy his to Man united due to his composure and that's what United lack

Update from Romano says otherwise: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1570774988785094663 . Possible that they might send him back by the season end but right now reports are he is not going back to Italy. He has a good amount of time to prove himself before Klopp and make a mark there now. So far he hasn't made a good impression but Klopp might have seen something in him otherwise they wouldn't have gotten him.

Why would they even sign Jude Bellingham for such a price
He is a good player and very Inflencial for Dortmund in middle
Liverpool will have tap on him rather than man utd, who ten Hag wants is De Jong
Those team wanna waste their money for that especially for MU. De jong didn't wanna go to MU and so waiting for him without any interest to join with MU will be actually worthless. I think that you must aware if MU needs to sign alternative player.
De jong is good but once the player didn't wanna go to the MU even laporta was also suggesting de jong to stay in MU and what can MU do? The only thing is to find another player which have the same quality as de jong but EPL club was always pricing the player with non sense price.

Manchester United doesn't seem to have succeed in signing de Jong, although news of this interest has been circulating in the last few months
