Rafael Leao is indeed a good player and he has the potential to get even better because he is still very young. But 150 million euros for a Leao would be a waste of money.

I agree with you, with that amount of money Man City can get better players, and I don't think Guardiola will act recklessly either. The big name and financial condition of Man City, is indeed an attraction for the majority of players but it also becomes a boomerang because every player that Man City glances at will be fortified at a high price by their respective teams.

If at all Leao still has close to 4 years contract left with Milan that 150 million will not be ridiculous considering how money is been splash on players this days but since its just a year left I think they will get him for far less than that. Man City on the other hand will not be able to spend more than 100 million on any player considering the financial fair Play right.

Manchester city wants to sign every good player, and they are always willing to pay any amount of money to get the player they want no matter the cost, remember they bought Haaland for a whooping amount,as long as the player is very good and worth the money,so if they are after Leao, there is every possiblity that they can get him,and if the player hears that Manchester city is coming for him,he will definitely leave Milan.
And any club the player signs for,he will be a blessing to that club because he is so gifted and talented at what he knows how to do best. Therefore,I agree with you that Milan will struggle to keep him if Mancity comes for him.
But I think 150 million euros is impossible. for that price, Manchester City can get a better player than Leao. Maybe next year, when his contract left 1 year, the clause contract will change together with him. The city still has Haaland and Foden on the front, but if we talk about a tight schedule, substitution is needed for them and they need Leao to fight in the champion league.

Did you say that Manchester City spent whooping amount of money for getting Erling Haaland? How much was Haaland bought, I think roughly above 70, and that is not what a player like him should cost. It is just that contract clause of Haaland favoured Manchester city for getting him. The big spending that I know is that Manchester City did in recent times  is transfer of Grealish and not that of Haaland.

Antoine Griezmann just causing controversies with the two club. If Athletico madrid had retain him when he wanted to push a move to barça, all these wouldn't have happened. Diego simeon using him in games and Antoine might play more than 60minutes time coming because the boss really wants him to even start games for them. Barcelona sueing athletico, will soon be executed and if athletico madrid value the Frenchman, they should pay barça off and stop all the tendering problems and argument.

It is not Anthonie Griezmann that is causing the controversy. It is the two clubs and their controversial arrangements that is causing it. Whatever they have to sort out should be done and allow Griezman to concentrate and play football. He is no longer a young player and nothing should hinder him from prospering.

True, Barcelona had prepared a lawsuit against Atletico Madrid for Griezmann's condition, Barcelona demanded an immediate payment of €40 million. But after Griezmann has played at least 60 minutes for Atletico Madrid this season, Griezmann will soon become a permanent player for Atletico Madrid. Now that Barcelona and Atletico have reached a very close agreement, Barcelona will receive €25 million from the sale of Griezmann.

This is a business, who can set the strategy then he makes a profit. This may sound the same as the previous Lukaku and Pogba although there are slight differences but the point is still going in the same direction Cheesy
Hopefully with this Barcelona can make a better strategy with the transfer of players because in this case it is clear to say that their loss is definitely a loss.

He becomes very cheap. How smart atletico madrid to use any opportunity that available. I hope that griezmann will be moving toward atletico or become permanent. It's caused by there's no place for him in barcelona. Barcelona has bunch of striker available in the team. Keep following barcelona will put griezmann's career into the bad thing. Im sure that barcelona will be agreed with it.

Apart from the problems between Atletico Madrid and Barcelona regarding Griezmann, I honestly like Griezmann's style of play.  he is a very impressive player although not as popular as the other stars, but as you say. he will have no future if he returns to barcelona which incidentally barcelona has many strikers available for the team, both main starters and second tier players.
On the other hand, griezmann has a close relationship with Diego Simeone it is clear his career will be better with ATM than returning to Barcelona, I am sure these two clubs will reach an agreement regarding Antoine Griezmann.

This is why it's called as business, if they can get Griezmann with cheaper price, why should they need to spend more? I believe you're also want to buy Bitcoin at $3,000 rather than $69,000 lol.

Atletico Madrid doesn't done anything wrong, Barcelona need to accept the truth due to their poor rules and agreement. Both of party doesn't wrong, but Barcelona is just like a childish club which asking more money when they're not 100% correct.

AFAIK there's an article said Barcelona doesn't want to keep Griezmann more longer since they need to pay him the salary and no one want it except Atletico Madrid. Why Barcelona doesn't thank to Atletico Madrid?

The transfer clause for Antoine Griezmann is likely to be reduced from $40M to $25M between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid. As On and Off the Field, Atletico have proven to be the masters that Barcelona thought they could outsmart. Whenever Atletico trades with Barcelona, it gets the best deal. It is possible that the agreement will be reached at the end of the 60th minute substitution.

Barcelona have just fenced off one of their young talents with a long-term contract, Barcelona are well aware of the quality that Gavi has that they don't want to lose any of the talented young players they currently have. Barcelona already smelled the smell of interest from other clubs to hijack Gavi, but Barcelona moved quickly by offering a new contract valid until June 2026. After Gavi signed a new contract, his salary was also increased and Barcelona also included a fantastic buy-out clause (1 billion euros). This figure is extraordinary for a young man who is still 18.
This strategy where you put players who are a bit veterans (like Lewandowski and a few others) and also put young players like Gavi and pedro all together to make sure that you are both good and ready enough with experience, but also have a core for the future is a great idea.

Real did this like 5 years ago, they started to realize that their midfield and striker position is getting older, so instead they got some players, right now they could have a midfield with average age of 35 or 20, and that is the method Barcelona is following right now. Both teams needs a good striker to play upfront, both Lewandowski and Benzema are getting old, but they can do that after this season ends.

The race to sign Rafael Leao is getting more serious as it seems. Manchester City are also rumoured to be after him from now on. Chelsea have already been after him for a long time but Milan haven't been leaning towards selling him yet. These teams will most probably need to pay more than 100 million euros to have a chance of signing him. I don't expect any transfer to happen in January but it will be difficult for Milan to keep him in the summer. Especially Manchester City's interest might cause Leao to want to leave the team to join them.

Rafael Leao is one of Milan's young stars since his arrival from Lille a few seasons ago
But something was different last season, where Leao had an influential role in replacing Ibrahimovic behind Milan's success in winning back the Serie A title with 11 goals and 8 assists from a total of 34 appearances.
I'm sure it's 100 million euros for this young player, but I don't think Milan will let him go unless it's confirmed that Ibrahimovic will be ready to play in the middle of the season.

I have no doubt that Manchester City will invest heavily to try to take the Portuguese away from Milan... The club's idea is to build a powerful attack that would have, in addition to Rafael Leao, Phil Foden and Erling Haaland.

Leao is one of the players that Pep Guardiola likes the most at the moment and is a piece that would fit perfectly into the club's idea of the game.... a vertical striker, with good dribbling and definition, in addition to being ready to play in the Premier League.

I doubt Milan will be able to hold him.

I will advise that you should not expect much from Costa, because the Costa Wolves bought is not the same Chelsea and ATM Costa you used to know. There is a factor called age that is  no longer his friend. Costa will not be that fighter you anticipate him to be and even when he fights, he fights for a big team with big players, so we cannot say Wolves is a big team. Don't expect much from him, but it doesn't mean he cannot kick the ball at the back of the net, but it means he cannot compete with Haaland.
Sure, everyone won't expect Costa to compete with Haaland. It is something impossible or not realistic.
What people expect is "Costa will improve the performance of Wolves", and "dream to lead Wolves to top 10 on EPL". It is the only reasonable hope that people think about Costa. We know that Costa is no longer a young player, he is already 33 years old. But he still can play well as a striker. So, it is natural if we expect Diego Costa to bring a positive improvement to Wolves because of his previous good track records. I assume nothing wrong with that hope!

It's too far to compare this and I don't think this can be compared in any way Grin
His qualifications are too far to compare these two players now because it can be said that Costa is now over in his golden age and that is a fact because in any case after he left Chelsea his career is over and now at Wolves even though he can still be counted he is still not a rival for Haaland.

I just admire the managerial skills of Ancelotti his calmness during matches even even when his team is losing a match and his tactical prowess in taking decision as well as making substitutions eventually changes losing games to winning ones thus such a manager deserves a long term contract extension by Real Madrid management, I don't think there is any manager close to his level in Europe now,
Of course, he deserves to get a long-term extension on his contract. Ancelotti is very successful in managing Real Madrid, it is not only the first time that he successfully manages Real Madrid. Ancelotti also ever managed Real Madrid previously, and he also successfully leads Real Madrid to get titles. Yes, Ancelotti is one of the most successful coaches in the world, not only in Europe. I think his level is the same as Guardiola and Zidane if we compare him to other successful coaches in the modern era.

Ancelotti is one man that makes me see the value of an elderly experience in football. He is very calm, coordinated, friendly and experienced. I can say that his experience is because of his age and his exposure in football. He must have seen many generations of footballers player, he must have understood how everything works out of his experience. He should also know player behaviours and how to handle them because he knows how to manage individual players. His experience will always tell him a match that is likely to be lost and he will make nice changes.

He also has the ability to manage different generations of players, from old schools like Modric, Kroose, Benzema to the current boys and the future like Vinicius, Camavenja, Rodrygo etc.  Real Madrid has no option than to extend his contract.

Costa will be felt during the weekend displays against Manchester City. He was a deadly weapon for Chelsea not until Antonio Conte forcefully asked for him to leave privately through text. Poor from Chelsea management to let go of him though.

The English Premier League is getting more interesting and tougher with the new players that the clubs are signing and with the arrival of Diego Costa to Wolves, it's going to be a war this weekend because Diego Costa is one striker that keeps defenders awake till the referee blows the final whistle in a match. Wolves playing against Manchester City is going to be an interesting match to watch because one-man squad Costa is going to be in the game and we are going to see a war between him and defenders as he's known right from when he was playing for Chelsea as a radical striker that makes use of every given opportunity to score. About his exit to Chelsea, I think he was not in terms with the then-Chelsea coach Antonio Conte I believe his relationship with the man made him work away.
