Caicedo has been making a statement if he wanna leave from brighton and take opportunity to play in the bigger club like chelsea and arsenal. Brighton must understand if caicedo wants to determine his own future. It's clear that if he was feeling so desperate after his club rejecting some big offers for him. 60 millions was a lot of money for brighton.
Moises Caicedo dropped a statement about his decisions to leave and also having the fans in his heart. He loved been in the club and he's time is up and he want to search for new opportunities elsewhere. He had dreams to pursue as he visioned to be one of the decorated player in Ecuador and have triggered record for the transfer fee in Brighton Albion. He's still young and got the strength to played in any club that meet up the bids for the player. Arsenal leading in the race to sign him but Chelsea also in the race, means a tough competition for gunners because the blues always end up with the players they desired.
It really feels good seeing young and talented players jumping at every chance to play for Arsenal, first it was with Murdryk before a disappointing move to Chelsea and now Caicedo pushing for a move away from Brighton to join Arteta. Hopefully the second bid will be considered and accepted by Brighton. £65million is enough to get the player from Brighton, I hope Brighton will take this opportunity.

Saturday's transfer gossip:
United'sinterest in the 19-year-old. Many clubs want Bellingham including Real who see him as a replacement for Modric. How will this football saga end and what will Bellingham decide?
Nottingham Forest are interested in signing Costa Rica goalkeeper Keylor Navas, 36, from Paris St-Germain on loan. There were a lot of rumors that Navas would go to Bayern as a replacement for their injured goalkeeper, but it seems that no agreement has been reached.
France forward Ousmane Dembele, 24, wants to extend his contract with Barcelona beyond 2024. This is very good news for Barcelona, especially considering Barcelona's current financial difficulties that prevent them from bringing the highest paid players to the club.

Jose Mourinho back to Chelsea ? He's caused so much chaos at Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur already, why return back to Chelsea ? Lol. Toddy Boehly is the man, he knows what he wants.

Manchester United should back of from Jude Bellingham, he already said no to em a long time ago, what's best for Jude Bellingham should be to represent Real Madrid, this is a golden opportunity, I will be so sad if he misses this.

Bayern Munich already signed a goalkeeper, I don't see that happening, Navas will still be a Parisan player e currently has no agreements for him to leave. Dembele fits in well, recently read he will be absent for thr game against United during Europa league.
Jose Mourinho has served the blues family two times in his coaching career, no one will believe he could want to go back there again. I know his only reason for eyesight on Chelsea is because of the changes he has seen. Jose Mourinho knows what the club is or will be capable of doing, maybe this season or next. Mourinho is a good coach, but I don't see him be the right person to manage Chelsea even though fans are happy to hear the news.

Galatasaray bought Kaan Ayhan. Frankly, I was happy about this because every season his name was mentioned with Beşiktaş, but he never came. He was a player whose career was in decline. Even in Sassuolo he couldn't find time. Playing in multiple positions is his plus, but overall he's a weak player. A suitable transfer fee of 2.8 million Euros is for Galatasaray. If it was 2-3 years ago, his value would have been much higher. I guess that explains some things.

I think Chelsea shouldn't think of bringing Jose Mourinho ever. Because I believe this team need to be more effective in offense first. But if they bring Mourinho in the future then his system would be the opposite. He likes to use defensive strategies a lot and it wouldn't be good for Chelsea after signing really good attackers.

I don't even think they should rush things about sacking Potter at the end of the season. There is no meaning in parting ways with a manager you have just brough to the team. In this way the team will have to adapt to a new manager by short intervals. This isn't healthy for any team actually.

They already lost this season. They saw the bottom. They have nothing to lose any more. Even Graham Potter can keep them in the middle of the league. Therefore, they need not rush to fire Graham Potter. :)

I agree with your point about Mourinho. If he comes back to Chelsea, he will probably aim to play defensive football again. However, I am sure that he will make better transfers than the current transfers (https://youtu.be/_0sNUU5vaog). :)

McKennie is basically gone from Juventus. for 1.5+35 million.
He will do his medical with his new team tomorrow.

The American will leave Italy without leaving a good impression, he always played in a mediocre way, nothing special.

Good Luck Weston.

Saturday's transfer gossip:

Roma manager Jose Mourinho is keen to return to the Premier League for next season and his ideal job would be a third spell in charge at Chelsea. We all know how much Mourinho is connected to Chelsea, but is this a real possibility or just someone's wish?

Many clubs want Bellingham including Real who see him as a replacement for Modric. How will this football saga end and what will Bellingham decide?

Now that's some big news. I think he would be perfect there. They have been spending so much money and they are still terrible, which means that they are going to sack the manager if they end up badly, which is nearly guaranteed at this point unless they go on a huge winning streak, if they win like 10 in a row then nobody could fire the manager, but I do not see that happening anytime soon.

Mourinho on the other hand is a great manager who had some bad luck until Roma, and here he provided proof that he is still a good manager and that gave him some amazing chances to get another shot at premier league. I believe he could be better than Potter for sure, will he be enough? I don't know, but at least better.

Do you think the situation is still salvageable? The fans wouldn't agree with you, even if they won all their remaining games. The coach needs to be changed as soon as possible, otherwise the team won't be able to finish the season even in the top 10 of the standings. I personally can't think of anyone in that position yet, even those personalities that are talked about as the most likely...

Not for the near future, maybe 2-3 years old he's just trying to retire or go to a league that can take him. At the moment he is still quite good with PSG, he can still show the best ability and make it difficult for the opponents.
Lionel Messi is 35 years old, I think he can keep playing until 38-40 years old. Sure, it depends on his fitness/health.
If no problem with his fitness/health, we can expect him to play for the next 2-3 years. But if he has a serious problem with his fitness/health, he may retire before he reached 38-40 years old. Lionel Messi has nothing to achieve, he already achieved any prestigious titles. What he does now is to enjoy playing before he retires.

Maybe uniting Ronaldo and Messi in one club is the dream of many clubs, but I think it's too difficult.
It is something impossible. I don't think there is a club that can ensure both Ronaldo and Messi play together in the same club. Moreover, Ronaldo focuses on Saudi Pro League, while Messi focuses to play in Europe. Both players have different plans for their future career.

Manuel Neuer has a serious injury. Bayern Munich have spent a long time on the goalkeeper transfer. Keylor Navas was one of them. But in the end they transferred Yan Sommer. So the prospect of Keylor Navas being transferred to Nottingham Forest is realistic news. Playing in the Premier League will be a nice detail for him to add to his career. He is 36 years old. But he is a very experienced goalkeeper. I think he can perform well in the Premier League.
Not really bad with optional moving to Nottingham Forest as English Primer League team, current standing right now still far away from relegation zone and have opportunity for Keylor Navas during his age above 36 years old keep exist with highest competition. I think better move to small team with most competitive league as English Primer League than keep extended as second choose under PSG goal keeper.

Have little problem with Nottingham Forest I think due Keylor Navas contract expiry until June 2024 and need to pay fees, I don't know how much price possibility to sign Navas from PSG actually he was not important goal keeper there.
Keylor Navas may benefit from a transfer to Nottingham Forest, an English Premier League side, at this point in his career, IMO. Even if the squad is presently not in the relegation zone and has a reasonable chance of remaining there, Navas would face a greater level of competition than he does at PSG, where he is not a regular starter. It is unknown how much it would cost Nottingham Forest to recruit Navas, whose contract with PSG ends in June 2024, since his deal with PSG expires in June 2024. Overall, it seems to be an excellent opportunity for Navas to continue playing at a high level and earn a starting position for a squad that can contend in the English Premier League
With his current age it is very difficult to survive. He has reached his time at big clubs like Madrid and PSG now and at 36 it looks like he can still compete at Nottingham especially with Dean Henderson currently injured for Nottingham he is definitely needed.
It is reported that currently Nottingham and PSG have a little more to do with the agreement, hopefully this can be realized quickly.

In any case it looks like it will just be a fantasy for Mou seeing as he has failed 2 times before, I don't think there is any reason to continue to push his luck here.
He failed 2 times in the Abramovich era, does he still want to try again in a new era? But when it comes to Todd something like this is possible it can still happen, but will Todd be willing to revolutionize again by looking for new players like what Mou wants later and of course spending a lot more money? I think this needs further consideration.

I have never been interested in Arab football and I don’t know how they are doing, but it’s amazing that they are ready to inject such a huge amount of money into older players. It will be interesting to see the next phase of this expansion when they start buying young talented players. Even if they can't poach the bulk (because ambitious players want to play in Europe) they will still inflate player prices even further from their current insane levels.
They have been doing that in other nations so far, they are just taking it back to their nations now. Arab world has purchased teams all around Europe for the past 10+ years, and they injected so much money into those clubs and built great teams to win games, which was definitely ok by the fans because who cares about their human rights violations when they can get Messi to your club!

However, now that they are taking stars out of those big clubs and back to their nations, they started with older stars with a name, but believe me if they offer 300 million or 500 million a year on some super talent that is young? They will start to convince stars that are younger too. That's when fans will start to be mad.

Yes, this could be the end of European football as we know it - all the best players play here. In general, it would be quite interesting to see how events would develop if the sheikhs (and other "businessmen" with endless money) would initially develop their leagues and not buy clubs in Europe. On the other hand, there is nothing to worry about, since European football has long been outdated and its reform is a matter of survival. The Superleague appeared just because of the fact that European football needs tough reforms.

but I'm sure retirement is not something that Messi will achieve shortly. after the news he didn't want to extend his contract with PSG, it seems that there are many rumors about Messi with other clubs. it was even rumored that Arab clubs were also interested in bringing Messi. and if it does, it will be good business for the Saudi league.
Not for the near future, maybe 2-3 years old he's just trying to retire or go to a league that can take him. Maybe uniting Ronaldo and Messi in one club is the dream of many clubs, but I think it's too difficult. Indeed I've read that coach AN Nassr likes Messi maybe he can bring him in. But nowadays there is a lot of news on social media, if Ronaldi there is just ruining the game that the coach has formed. Many say Ronaldo has not been able to play to his full potential.

Keylor Navas, at this juncture in his career, would be wise to join Nottingham Forest of the English Premier League. At PSG, where he doesn't normally play, Navas would have more competition than he does on a team that isn't in danger of relegation. The price tag to sign Navas is unknown given his contract with PSG does not expire until June 2024. Navas appears to have a strong chance to continue his strong play and gain a starting berth on a Premier League team

sea will stick with Graham Potter, at least until this season ends. Even though Chelsea's performance has not shown any improvement but the Chelsea Board doesn't seem too bothered by it. So rumors about Mourinho wanting to return to Chelsea is just a speculation from the media, where Mourinho felt he was not fully supported in the transfer window and it was associated with his desire to return to England.

Yes^^, I also don't think they are gonna sack him this soon. Everyone is aware of the situation of Chelsea and they do need signings right now. No one can work with a squad that is behind in certain areas as one of the big teams of PL. It is very hard with the pressure also so unless they get the signings that Potter needs and he still is unable to manage Chelsea well then I think he will be sacked and Chelsea will be on the search for a new manager.
With what Chelsea is currently showing, it has not been heard that it threatens the position of Graham Potter, which means that maybe Chelsea still entrusts it to Graham Potter. Until when they will continue to believe, I think it's only them who knows. Because if Graham Potter cannot answer the trust given by Chelsea, then management will feel desperate to continue entrusting it to Graham Potter, in the end maybe we will hear the news of his dismissal.

This is a fantastic deal for him, and he made the correct decision by agreeing to sign an extension for another 4.5 years. He is a fantastic player, and the club desperately needs him to stay for a longer period of time. I believe he has a better chance of staying at Arsenal now that he has improved under Arteta. He is well-liked at Arsenal but, in my opinion, underappreciated in the Brazilian team.
Gabriel martinelli extending his contract with the gunners is such a great idea for the Brazilian international and also good news for the fans who are happy to see their favorite team on the table. Mikel Arteta included Gabriel Martinelli in his project this season and he's one of the active player in the team. Despite playing under pressure, he always delivered his team when they need him the most. He's good winger with more skills with the ball and also good with accuracy interms of goal scoring chances.

Chelsea have made a lot of signings but the current squad is not close to Mourinho's playing style. If Mourinho returns to Chelsea, they will have to continue transfers. They are in a really bad situation. I'm sure it would be much better for them if Mourinho came back, but it will take a long time for things to get better again because their squad planning is so bad. On the other hand, I think Mourinho would definitely want to come back to Chelsea because there were the best days of his life. Even the possibility of experiencing the same beautiful days again will be enough to make him happy.

There is the latest news that Gabriel Martinelli has signed a new 4.5 year contract extension with Arsenal. In the previous terms, Gabriel Martinelli's contract was valid until 2024 and it seems that Arsenal want to secure one of their key players so that his contract will last until 2027. Surely this is a breath of fresh air for the Gunners to see Martinelli continue to be at the Emirates Stadium.
