I don't know why you can link him to Manchester City or PSG lol, because Manchester City already have Haaland which is a monster while PSG already have 3 musketeers that wouldn't be replaced as long as they're not injured.

Actually there's a news where mention Enzo Fernandez would move to Liverpool [1], the reason why Liverpool would sign Fernandez is they're lack of strikers right now. Their best strikers: Luis Diaz, Roberto Firmino, and Diogo Jota are injured, so they only have Salah and Nunez. Liverpool need to find a new strikers ASAP since they have FA Cup, Premier League and Champions League.
