What are your bets for the next team he will play for?

Some sort of club in MLS if he is lucky to get into it then spend another next 3 years playing there until he announces his retirement. He was a decent player but yeah its just suck that this came done to it. The fact that Aston Villa would put him in their transfer list this January means they want to get rid of him and there is a decent offer waiting for him

Manchester United believe they have a chance of finally signing Frenkie de Jong in the summer, but feel Barcelona are trying to increase his value by saying the Netherlands midfielder, 25, is not for sale. Will the clubs come to an agreement in the end? This de Jong saga is going on too long?

Smiley I've to admit it, I've missed all of your transfer updates, I think you stop prior to the start of the FIFA World Cup, good to have your updates back.

Before the start of the FIFA World Cup, I saw from a source of how Pep Guardiola has been handed a €100m or more to get any player he wish too get especially if he does scouting for the right player that suits his style, it's a good coach, I wouldn't him ( Bellingham ) to have double thoughts bout it despite Liverpool also tracking him, like Man! Go sign the contract signed. Sure thing is, he'll nkt sit no the bench as I expect Gundogan leaving soon.

Erik Ten Hag wants more options on the flank but everyone says his a Central Attacking Player but no, he is a good player for the flank but not for the CA position, Manchester United shouldn't hesitate to get the deal sealed. Good fighter. Three great goals at the World Cup, he'll be a good pair with Rashford, Anthony and Martial.

Good Luck is all I wish Cristiano Ronaldo wherever he decides to go, my Idolo 🐐 I'll crazy miss him since he's no longer gone be seen across the big European screens.

Manchester United should stop making plans for a player who doesn't want to fight for the club, Barcelona also playing hard even if they need the cash splashed on De Jong so they can solve some financial issues. Whatever happens next, I'm blank. LOL

Thanks for the information.

Juventus wants to sell him with cheap price and it has not yet meet agreement with MU. It seems like arsenal has the biggest chance to get him. His contract will be expired very soon with juventus and juventus didn't wanna let him to go out with the free transfer status and try to sell him as soon as possible with another club. Rabiot has been performing so well during world cup. He might become under rated player with very cheap price at this moment.
Last season Manchester United almost signed Adrien Rabiot but were hampered by a salary request which is considered too high
If indeed Adrien Rabiot will be released in the next transfer window I think Manchester United will try to negotiate
Apart from that Chelsea is the 2nd club to want him I haven't heard that Arsenal want him.
Arsenal wants also to get him caused by his cheap transfer and salary consider his achievement in the world cup was so good and he has been contributing a lot to the club. that's why arsenal was also seeing him as a potential defender to be bought from juventus. I think that you can even check the latest news about him and arsenal has been leading the transfer to get him. Juventus didn't wanna sell him for free that's why juventus wanna try to make an agreement as soon as possible.
My first time to hear that if chelsea was also want him from juventus. I never heard that before but MU may also try to sign him a part from arsenal's effort.

Arsenal is trying to sign this player really badly. This player can strengthen the midfield of Arsenal very well. He is the center mid who does not cost too much money and his salary is also not something crazy like some other players. He is also not too old. Manchester United wanted to get him, but the talk between him and Manchester United did not go anywhere. So now Arsenal is trying to get him in the team quite desperately. We also have to remember that Arsenal have some injury problems in their team. So they will have to make some transfers very quickly. But is Juventas going to let him go?

Most other teams will also be like that if their players have more achievements at the international level. They will release the price of their players at unreasonable prices, including Benfica at this time who wants to let go of Enzo Fernandez if there is a serious club buying him for 120 million euros. It seems too pushy but benfica doesn't want to lose the opportunity to earn big money.
Another advantage for Benfica is that this player is now in demand by more than 1 big club, so with conditions like this, they will definitely insist on holding that price no matter what, especially fans of Enzo now are not an ordinary team because rumors are now not only Liverpool but Manchester City. , Madrid and Even PSG reportedly want to bring in this young player which makes this a blessing in itself for them.

Unfortunately Coutinho was one of the best players of Brazil, but he got injured and missed the World Cup, probably his last chance (30 years)
He did a great job on Liverpool and Barcelona, but after that the level of his footbal decreased.

The media is talking about Corinthians (Brazil), but I have some doubts, I think he will try to stay at Europe for a couple of years more, because after that will be almost impossible to get back.

Indeed, the world cup event has raised player prices, including Benfica itself, but the price of 120 million euros is too high just to take advantage of these conditions. There are still many choices of players who have prices below that. I know Enzo's performance at the World Cup has attracted attention, but Liverpool's offer was also agreed at 100 million Euros. Benfica even increased it to 120 million.

The hunt for players is increasing plus a club like Liverpool needs more development.
It seems like that benfica wants to farm money from selling enzo. I don't know why just caused by the world cup and the price of him already increased more than 9x. it doesn't even make sense for him to see the increase of his price.
You can get a player with so many great achievement with such fund. The football business become even more over rated by giving a non sense price tag for someone who didn't have lots of achievement.
World cup has not become main aspect to determine whether such player was good or bad.

Mendy rejects ‘disrespectful’ six-year Chelsea contract over ‘low’ wages, According to the Sun, the Blues have offered the Senegal goalkeeper a new long-term deal in a bid to keep him at the club, two-and-a-half years before his current contract ends, but he has rejected it because he feels the club is not showing him enough ‘respect’ over wages.

The 30-year-old reportedly earns £100,000 a week but he wants a sum close to his rival Kepa Arrizabalaga who is said to be earning almost double.

I think Mendy might be making one of the biggest mistakes in his career, if he was demanding this during his reign as the first choice keeper under Thomas Tuchel, that would had been understandable but currently he's been benched for Kepa and chances are he would be dropped if Kepa regain fitness.
If he had had a great outing at the world cup, I would have understood that he deserves a raise seeing that most players who had a great outing in the world cup have seen their value go up so much. His current wage of 100,000 is still pretty decent to me also considering that Goal keepers are not always on demand too, If he is refusing the deal, It is very likely that he likes to leave the club. If he leaves wants to leave Chelsea, I am wondering which other club will be willing to pay more than his current worth for him.

Isn't 100,000 pounds a week too much?  I think Mendy is demanding the salary too much.  As far as I know, he is currently receiving 90,000 pounds.  With the new contract, I don't know how logical it is that the fee still remains at this level.  There were goalkeepers who performed very well in the world cup and I think there are many alternatives.  Still, Chelsea can give Mendy the salary he wants.  They probably want to continue with it.

I don't blame with Enzo Fernández performance in World Cup 2022 and success bring Argentina become the winner, but seems most expensive values have to pay more than 120 million euro due his achievement with national team only. He less experience with European team and still not have excellent tittle with Benfica. I think not ideal values for Enzo Fernández comparison with national team performance only without see his consistency in Benfica.

Seems most expensive offering from Liverpool with 100 million euro although still not reach agreement with Benfica want more than 120 million euro, most crazy with transfers values last several player after World Cup, their consistency performance have questionable after World Cup over and realistic or not spent more than 120 million euro with their performance later.

Unreasonable price for a midfield player class. I admit, Enzo Fernandez is a very talented player. However, at a relatively young age, it is priced very expensively. I know, he has advantages in terms of very accurate long balls. however, are Liverpool willing to pay for it at a fantastic value. other rumors, Real Madrid dared to exceed the price offered by Liverpool. so let's just wait for the continuation regarding this player in the January transfer.

On the other hand, his teammate, Goncalo Ramos, is also priced at a fantastic price. Ramos' slick performance is reported to be monitored by several top European clubs. Manchester United are reportedly one of those interested in securing the services of this young striker.  The Express claims that Manchester United have a new obstacle for this transfer, because Benfica has increased the selling price of the young man in the winter. after this world cup performance event. Benfica is one of the clubs that has benefited greatly from the sale of its players in the transfer market this winter.

Quoted from Football Espana: Plans to bring in David de Gea are in the spotlight in Spain.

This is related to the age of De Gea, who is now 32 years old. His performance had also slowed down. MU itself has not offered a contract extension.
But now at the age of 32, his footwork has weakened and is not ideal as the team's last bastion. That is why coach Erik ten Hag does not want to continue De Gea's contract.
Erik Ten Hak was said to have played a role in the case of whether or not David De Gea's contract was extended, because the coach was still considering several reasons, David De Gea made several fatal mistakes in the first half of the season, Erik Ten Hak can be said to be quite brave in making decisions, Cristiano Ronaldo and Maguire is a big example of what the Dutch coach has done. Another weakness that goalkeepers have, especially not being good at playing the ball with his feet, is the basis for the coach's evaluation in determining the future of David De Gea.

As we know that David De Gea's contract will expire in June 2023, Manchester United's management has not made a decision to offer a new contract or will end it this year, although The Red Devils still have the option to extend the contract for another year
The management of Manchester United and Erik Ten Hag are more focused on extending the contracts of other players, while David De Gea has not been discussed in this regard, but there is a possibility that Erik Ten Hag does not want to extend the contract again and is more looking for other players as a replacement indeed, David De Gea's performance has always been going up and down and sometimes making more mistakes from his blunders doesn't make him the one who will last a long time with Manchester United, and it's true that this is still an evaluation material going forward by spending the rest of the season now maybe Ten Hag will see De Gea's performance again going forward his.

Saturday's transfer gossip:

Manchester City are determined to win the fight for Borussia Dortmund's Jude Bellingham and believe the England midfielder, 19, will turn down a £100m transfer to Real Madrid or Liverpool to work with City coach Pep Guardiola. So it looks like another win for Manchester over Liverpool and Dortmund sends a great footballer to Manchester again.
Manchester United have opened talks with PSV Eindhoven about signing the Netherlands winger Cody Gakpo. Gakpo was excellent at the World Cup in Qatar and would be a great reinforcement to Manchester United.
Al-Nassr are hopeful they will complete the signing of Portugal forward and free agent Cristiano Ronaldo, 37, before the January transfer window opens. Are we looking at the most expensive football pension in history?
Manchester United believe they have a chance of finally signing Frenkie de Jong in the summer, but feel Barcelona are trying to increase his value by saying the Netherlands midfielder, 25, is not for sale. Will the clubs come to an agreement in the end? This de Jong saga is going on too long?

After he played well and got the trophy world cup, many clubs want his service now, I do not doubt when PSG and Man City scramble for him, but when I heard the other news, Chelsea have a 200 Million budget to recruit Enzo to Stanford. Of course, when heard that money, Benfica will make 10x profit. Benfica just bought Enzo for 16 million from River Plate, if 200 million happens, the club will be got a lot of money and can build a better team than before.

I would always be careful and be also very hesitant to hype up new players so extremely fast after they have played one good tournament. Obviously he played a very good World cup and he achievement the biggest possible success their with the victory in the final, but it is also true that this was an exceptional performance of the Argentinian team as a whole and not of a single player. Fernandez played a great world cup because his team enabled him to do so and because he was carried by the passion and patriotism for his country.
We have to wait now how he performs in the "normal" games again when there are no emotions involved. I doubt that Chelsea would be so stupid to pay a transfer fee of 200 Million € for him.

It looks like Enzo Fernandez's price of up to 200 million euros will not happen, considering that there are two players whose market value has skyrocketed lately Mbappe with 180 million euros and Haaland 170 million euros. Of course, the two clubs don't want a player whose transfer value exceeds their flagship player.

It doesn't even make sense to priced enzo up to 200 millions euros. He has not even so popular like haaland and mbappe. Who the hell stupid team wanna try to buy him with a non sense price like that? His performance with benfice didn't so good. Liverpool has offered 88 millions for him but benfica rejected it. The stupid team who wanna try to rob money from another club. enzo didn't have a lot of achievement too. I would prefer to pay hundreds millions dollars for legendary player that can give huge value and benefits to the club rather than used to bought midfielder from portuguese team.

While everyone is talking about Ronaldo and the transfer of big stars, let me give you a small piece of news. Olympiakos had signed Marcelo for left-back but they are canceling his contract. Marcelo is returning to La Liga and is very close to signing for Getafe. Marcelo can play well again in Spain and keep Getafe in the league. The Greek league was not for him. Olympiakos will loan Masuaku from Beşiktaş until the end of the season as a replacement. Masuaku actually started well, but his performance fell short in the following period. Beşiktaş is looking for a more effective name at left back. These transfers seem to be good for all the mentioned teams.

Interesting. If the termination of the contract was the initiative of the club, what was the reason? And in general, I wonder why Marcelo continues to play in Europe (and play football in general) if it requires him to go to such a low level. Just last season, together with Real Madrid, he lifted the Champions League cup over his head and now he will fight for survival in an outsider club.

His performance in the world cup was very good so it's really not too surprising if the market value of this player has increased dramatically and of course there are several clubs that want the services of this player but for PSG and Manchester City like this it's just a rumor that has been raised because I really don't feel they need it Enzo this time but indeed Liverpool are still possible and they are one that seriously wants the young Argentinian's services.
But in this case the heavy clause must be passed. Liverpool's first offer of 88 million has been rejected and there are reports that Madrid wants to bring in 90 million. but a few hours ago I also read that Benfica refused 100 million from an unspecified club.
Instead of PSG and Manchester City spending money on Enzo, now their squad is composed of the ideal composition of players. Liverpool deserves to need it much more because their performance is determined this season. Apart from being required to improve the performance of the Liverpool team, it can still be said that they have not been able to deal with the front lines properly. If you see the possibility of Liverpool entering the top 5, it is still quite doubtful. So it is necessary to buy players who can really provide a strong impetus to stay afloat early next month.
Now there are two strong choices for Liverpool because they are also still in very strong rumors with Jude Bellingham even though both of them clearly have very fantastic prices.
Liverpool's condition is clearly in stark contrast now when compared to last season because it seems that at this time they are still difficult to be in the championship zone and the best for them is now in the top 4 because indeed this will also save Klopp from being sacked. at least this season the target of the top 4 and being in the Champions League they can still maintain.

Enzo Fernandez is also among the players who are targeted by big teams these days. I have seen a claim like an unnamed team has made an offer worth 100 million euros to sign him. However Benfica are not willing to sell him for less than his release clause which is 120 million euros. I wonder what team it is to offer this much money to sign him. Teams like Real Madrid and Liverpool are also interested in signing him and it looks like these two have a new rival in the race to sign Fernandez from now on.

I wonder if it could be one of the Bayern Munich, Manchester City and PSG trio. I don't think some other team would be okay to spend that much money for him. It should be one of the rich teams in Europe. We might add Newcastle to this list as well.  Grin  Because after having a great run so far, they'd like to go for bigger transfers.
When this kind of news surfaces, there is only some names of clubs that will come to mind immediately, Real Madrid, PSG, Bayern Munich or Manchester City, definitely one of these top rich clubs and I wonder who could it be or even Newcastle but so far they haven't spent that much on any player, I have little doubt it could be Newcastle. Enzo Fernandez had a great outing in the world cup but 100m euros is a lot of money for his services.
There were some rumors some time ago about Benfica even turning down 100 million because indeed they were holding on to 120 million. but the problem is whether it will be worth it for this 21 year old player?
Indeed, the names you mentioned at this time clearly have the same desire in bringing in this young player, but on the other hand, in the end, this is the same as they took out Nunez, when the biggest offer comes, they are the ones who can bring in this player.

He should not also forget that he was jobless just few years back and without Chelsea signing him no one who had known about him. Chelsea is already over paying Kepa and they can't do the same for Mendy, not now that he's out of form.

His contract isn't over yet and they're trying to renew it for him (thereby putting him in the clubs long term plans) and here he's rejecting, imagine how low his value will drop if he doesn't regain his number one position and Kepa keeps been as impressive as he has under Graham Potter.
