There are lot of managers in the market. One with the PL experience will be much better.

I don't believe Klopp is leaving Liverpool, at least not at the moment. He has given Liverpool quite a few successes, culminating in winning the Champions League a few seasons ago. At the moment I still haven't seen any news about this but there are some who say that at the moment Liverpool are a little more assertive because they are threatening to sack Klopp if they can't finish in the top 4 this season.
