Its actually kinda fair considering that Southampton hasnt been getting any significant result ever since Ralph took over. His managerial win rate with Southampton is only at 34% and the best position that Southampton ever got was 11th, ever since that their position has been at the bottom with close call to the relegation zone for the last few season

Well I think he has been given enough chances and also they need a change so that they can bring change to their performances and get out of relegation zone and I am not surprised he has been sacked. Saints are a good squad but this season they haven't been their best. They have some good talents and now they need a good manager who sees those talent and give them chances and also playing out the best squad with the options he has.

There are lot of managers in the market. One with the PL experience will be much better.

Apparently Barcelona probably won't spend a lot of money to get new players as the replacement of Pique this because they still have financial issue so that's why their target lists is the players with free transfer status and Inigo Martinez name indeed appears as the most possibilities player who will arrived to Barcelona even before Pique was decide to retired Barcelona already put his name into their watchlist since months ago even Martinez almost arrived to Barcelona this season
There was a rumour Barcelona and Iñigo Martínez already have personal deal and he will be arrived to Barcelona at the end of this season and besides Martinez other name such as Diogo Dalot also appears as Barcelona watchlist player this because Dalot contract will be expired on June 2023 and his agent will looking for new clubs and the rumor is he offering Dalot to Barcelona
Pique retiring will definitely leave a space in the back for regular starting defenders. It is necessary and important to find a replacement immediately for the departing player. Barcelona opting for Inigo Martinez is a good option to replace Pique in the heart of the Barcelona defense and for a club like Barcelona it will be difficult to say No when they come calling especially at this stage of his career.

Chelsea and Manchester United both are rumoured to be after the signing of Rafael Leao.

There are some rumours like they are both ready to pay around a 105 million-pound transfer fee to sign him. Chelsea have already been after him for a long time. They were after him in the previous transfer window but Milan weren't eager to discuss terms with them. As Manchester United would also make use of a talented attacker they have also joined the race seemingly. He has really impressive statistics so far. His contract ends in less than two years. So Milan should focus on extending his contract before next summer. Otherwise they might be really likely to lose him.

BREAKING:Southampton have decided to sack Ralph Hasenhuttl.

(Source: The Athletic UK)

I know that many English clubs will begin to sack their coaches especially as Emry just arrived Aston Villa and got an immediate result.
EPL is full of competition this season and it is also full of surprises. No one is safe.

Will Klopp be sacked in the end?
As far as I know there is a possibility that Klopp will be sacked but not because he is bad at managing the team. It's just that Klopp's moment and grip on the team is nowhere to be seen. Losing to Leeds and Nottingham Forest is proof that a club as big as Liverpool has experienced many setbacks. Again not because Klopp is bad at team building, but it looks like Klopp has lost the support of Liverpool's top brass. The management team did not provide the players Klopp needed and only relied on the remaining players. If we look ahead Liverpool will find it difficult to compete with several clubs such as Man City, Chelsea and even Newcastle because they have good enough finances to supply the purchase of players. Meanwhile, Liverpool are currently moving away from the top 5 positions in the standings.
Liverpool don't have any reason to sack their coach because what happened to Kloop at the beginning of the season can also happen to anyone.
Liverpool is doing well in the Champions League and they are not too far from the top four in the English Premier League.
What Kloop needs is support to enable him manage the club till anuary and they will make some good signings
I don't see Liverpool as an easy team to sack a coach. Moreover, I agree that their performance in the Champions League is still very much for Liverpool management to consider. Yes, although they have not really got an opponent who is said to be very strong for Liverpool. The international break will be an opportunity for Klopp to improve themselves even more. And also now I haven't heard any rumors that Liverpool will end the partnership with the 55-year-old coach. So the possibility of him still being retained by Liverpool is very high.

In Champions League, Liverpool is having some remarkable success. They have not lost a single match in the last five Champions League matches.

But they are not performing well in the English Premier League. I really don’t know if Liverpool has good enough success in the Champions League will it be a good enough reason to keep Jürgen Klopp?

I think he should finish in the top six in the Premier League and win the Champions League title. That will probably make people believe that he is still worthy.

I agree with @Sterbens that I have not heard anything about Liverpool sacking the coach. I don’t think they are thinking about that right now. I believe they are giving the coach some time to fix the problems that they are facing.

I actually don't agree if Liverpool sack him. Firing him will only add to the trouble. I think at this time they should give support in the winter transfer market to make additional strength.
I think actually Mane's departure also leaves Salah with no  friends on the front line. DIa seems to work alone. While the big hopes are actually on Nunez, but right now he's even worse. He hasn't been able to adapt quickly to the EPL game.

Nunez is performing worse than expected.  Compared to Haaland at the beginning of the year, Nunez was completely overshadowed in the EPL.  Liverpool, on the other hand, is more lonely on offense than last year.  Salah saves them in today's match.  In this case, firing Kloop will only injure Liverpool.  I think they should be more patient.

I don't believe Klopp is leaving Liverpool, at least not at the moment. He has given Liverpool quite a few successes, culminating in winning the Champions League a few seasons ago. And last season they also made it to the final. There are plenty of clubs that would like Klopp, Ajax could use him well because they now have a mediocre trainer. But Liverpool really don't want to let Klopp go. I think Liverpool better invest in innovation on the pitch than get a new coach. There are hardly any better trainers imaginable than Klopp? Or at least where do you find one that is available?

So what happens when you get Jurgen Klopp sacked ? You want to bring in who to fill the coaching job ? That should be tagged a foolish move from a club like Liverpool.
The right player's for the club he asked for where they made available during the transfer window for Jurgen Klopp ? Then, there is no need getting him sacked, he's still got what it takes to lead them back on top.

A win tonight will boost them to a level, bet Tottenham Hotspur will cause them harm, they have been a defending side more with Conte.
I also hope Antonio Conte splashes the cash during transfer window.

If Jurgen Klopp leaves Liverpool today, he can find a team in the Liverpool classification, but Liverpool will not find a manager as good as Jurgen Klopp. I don't think they will be champions this season, but they have a chance to win the league second place and I think it's not a bad result for them. Mane's transfer to Bayern Munich, Nunez's adjustment problems and the injuries suffered by the midfielders have had a significant impact on Liverpool's position this season. I don't think they have big problems that they can't solve. I don't think there's anything that requires them to give up on Jurgen Klopp right away.

Right. Liverpool should think twice about sacking Klopp, Liverpool decline in performance can still be controlled without having to take decisive action. Firing Klopp will add new problems for Liverpool, Klopp deserves to be given the opportunity until the end of the season to reorganize the Liverpool squad to be more solid.

The problem Liverpool faces is in defense, they concede more often even though they are dealing with weaker opponents. Liverpool's attack line also needs to be considered, Mane's departure makes Salah seem to have lost his enthusiasm for playing. The presence of Nunez has not been able to contribute to Liverpool, Nunez who is expected to be an ideal duo with Salah has not been able to adapt well.
The purchase of new players in the January transfer market must be done by Liverpool to strengthen the depth of the team, Klopp needs several new players, especially in the Defense and Attack lines to bring Liverpool back to compete in the top four.

It's no longer a matter of defense or Nunez who can't deliver on Liverpool big ambitions. But it all stems from the lack of support from Liverpool top brass towards Klopp, which Klopp wants additional players. And this season's transfer market Liverpool did not spend much. Felt as if Mane's vacant position would be covered by Nunez. If that's all, then still think Nunez is competent? Klopp needed new players and he never got what he wanted, while the wishes of the Liverpool bosses continued to be fulfilled by Klopp.

Klopp is not a bad coach, because Klopp's contribution to Liverpool has been extraordinary and there is no suitable coach to replace him. But this is a matter of the satisfaction of a coach who is not supported by buying players.

At the moment I still haven't seen any news about this but there are some who say that at the moment Liverpool are a little more assertive because they are threatening to sack Klopp if they can't finish in the top 4 this season.
Of course this will be something that will be crucial in the end because indeed with their current form compared to last season it is clearly very different and Liverpool did not expect something like this.
They in the last few seasons have always been a subscription to the top 4 so it will be a setback if this season they are thrown out.

Xavi is not a bad coach what is happening to Barcelona had already happened to Manchester United.
Barcelona fans are measuring Xavi performance with a mind of what Barcelona used to be five seasons ago.
Barcelona is not used to playing in Europa League and they are not used to losing big games .It is that same mentality that they are using to measure the present Barcelona.
I think that he need a little more time to adapt to the present Barcelona and make the club a better one.

But statistics have already been cited where it can be seen that Xavi's performance at the end of 50 games is at a very low level. I would not compare the fall of United and Barcelona - in England the level of competition is excessively high and if you fall from the top, then you are not in second or third place, but immediately in 7-8. If there was a similar level of competition in La Liga, then I'm not sure that Barcelona would have kept a formally "decent" lag with Real Madrid.

About center-back Xavi will look into January transfers there are several candidates but that has not been decided yet as it will wait until after the world cup is over. Of course, after losing Gerard Pique then Xavi is here moving quickly to fill his position but he says Iñigo Martínez is an existing target.
https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1588511651003006977
I hope Xavi will consider top center backs, Iñigo Martínez seems not strong enough. I think he is still an average center-back, he won't add an instant impact to improve Barcelona defense line. I am sure Milan Škriniar and Niklas Süle are better options for Barcelona, they are stronger and have the ideal height as central backs. Barcelona needs a strong center back because their defense looks rather weak, Xavi should be aware of the current weaknesses of his squad.

Yes, as you said. Xavi is not an incompetent coach, the problems that happened to Barcelona players started after the international break. bad luck that befell Barcelona is not just a financial problem, not half-hearted after the international break. some of the main players got injured after returning from their respective national teams. 3 out of 6 injured players must be rested for a long time.

in the end, it had an impact on Barcelona's performance. however, in some ways Xavi made a mistake. especially, for champions league and El Classico matches. apart from the mistakes of the strategy, plus the players who were used as the main starting line-up played very underperforming.
the result as we see it today, it is natural that the President of Barcelona is not happy with this result. in the end, if Barcelona is not able to win any title this season. it is certain, Xavi Hernandez's career with Barcelona will end.

I don't think that there is any need to even discuss about a possible manager change for Barcelona in the near future.

Because Xavi is already a good choice for the team actually. I know that they aren't successful in the Champions League still. But this isn't a problem that they cannot leave behind. Xavi just needs to create a different solution for the big games there. Otherwise they are already doing very well in the La Liga now. I think the board would continue to believe in Xavi to make this team become much better than this in time. It is better for Arteta to stay at Arsenal while doing a great job as well.
Xavi is a good coach, every team at one stage go through this phase of having bad games and performances, It will definitely pass only if Barcelona can be a little more patient with Xavi to try and turn things around soon. Xavi is a good choice for Barcelona and I'm sure he is the right man for the job and can turn things around, this isn't a problem that cannot be solved, they are already doing well in the league sitting second place below madrid with a point gap so it is not so bad after all.

World Cup ends in December so I think there is no reason to change the period of the transfer window. I still think we are gonna have some good transfers but not much of notable players. There are lot of players whose contract expiry is getting near and possible that other clubs might contact them and hopefully we will be able to see some good transfers.
Not any rumor yet about transfer window period change after World Cup held on not habit time, actually World Cup play on June or middle years but this time have to play at the end this years or near close with window January transfer open. I think could be great opportunity with World Cup ended at the end December and few days later window transfer open, have bigger chance for scot talent watching their interested player and have top perform at World Cup with their national team.

Some players have contract over at the end this season or June 2023 still not have new negotiation with their club about extended contract or not like Messi. I think many player have the only one focus with their national team and want to get great achievement at World Cup.
