It depends. Xavi's experience with Barcelona as a coach is quite short and building a team requires a lot of patience. Obviously, repetitive defeats aren't acceptable. I assume he will be forced to leave once Barcelona fails badly in Europa League. They are one of the favourites teams to win it so losing early or badly by big score might affect his future. Winning La Liga in the other hand might save him.
For Arteta, he had many difficulties with Arsenal previously before getting a team that made City suffers to try get the first place.

Arteta is indeed a successful manager this season. But it is really difficult to know what he can do with Barcelona. Because Arsenal is his first job experience as a manager. He was an assistant manager at Manchester City before as you know. I'm not sure if Barcelona would like to take that risk by signing a manager like this. Arteta has a nearly three-year experience with Arsenal though but like I said there is only one team in his management history.

Besides, I don't think that Barcelona need to change their manager. Xavi is another not very experienced manager maybe but at least he knows Barcelona very well. Definitely, he is perfect for us without a doubt. Jesus was having a good time at City before leaving the Cityzens. He was scoring lot of goals for them but City had other ideas with getting Haaland and offloading Jesus. Arsenal signed him and got a great player. He has a great movement inside the box and positioning which makes him a bit stand out from all the other strikers in PL. Team game is much more important than solo play and Arsenal are playing a great team football and I think that is one of the reasons of their success in PL so far. I can understand doubting Jesus as he hasn't been scoring but if he is setting up his teammates and helping Arsenal win matches then he is still doing one hell of a job.
