Erik Tan Hag staying at United means a lot, because it will give him one more season and he has something big to show. If he does well enough this season then yeah he is going to be considered a good manager, just one bad season (bad season with fa cup) will not be a reason for him to be considered bad, but if we are talking about a situation where it is clear that we are talking about another bad season?

Then in that case, it would not only be bad for him now, and he would be fired, but it would also mean that we are talking about something that will be quite terrible, we need to realize that. He could never be hired by any big club ever again if he does bad this season, his life would be lower and lower level of teams after this.
Personally, I also speculate about Ten Hag future fate if he fails to achieve his target with Man United again next season. This is an opportunity as well as a big challenge for his managerial career, his quality and strategy will be tested to the limit of his abilities, how much genius Ten Hag is in managing Bruno Fernandes and his friends. Ten Hag certainly realizes that he has to work harder to repay the trust of management and club officials, amidst the competition for trophies becoming more competitive next season. The pressure Ten Hag faces will be heavier, and it will be very difficult to realize his ambitions if Ten Hag does not completely control the dressing room.

It seems that Ten Hag has to change his approach to players so that harmonious relationships can be created within the team, giving full trust to players without favoritism. Without changing his approach, it will be very difficult for Ten Hag to encourage his players to reach their best level. Fortunately, last season the Man United dressing room was not too chaotic after Sancho departure. If Ten Hag fails again next season, of course only a few clubs will want his services, maybe Ten Hag could return to Ajax if he is kicked out of Old Trafford in the future.

Manchester United is a team at that level and the target of winning is the most natural thing when they spend a lot of money to recruit quality/new players, but this is not easy, everything requires a process and Manchester United is going through that process with Ten Hag.
Manchester United management has changed coaches in the last few seasons so there is no reason to look for a coach and expect instant achievements. Everything needs a process and in my opinion what Manchester United management is currently doing is correct.
Now Ten Hag only needs a few additional quality new players to fill the squad and I think Man United under Ten Hag will be much better next season.
Things like this are also not easy because after all, seeing from the situation that occurred, especially the stinginess of the club officials where the Glazer sometimes did not provide money for the purchase of players, things like this became complicated, especially with Ten Hag's wrong view of bringing in players making this a waste of money in the end.

Some great players such as Mount or Amrabat did not have much influence at the club because Ten Hag's vision was not observant or indeed the style of play from him with the players made the players who were brought in look unable to adapt which made money go in vain.

This clearly must be a lesson because after all, spending money on unnecessary things apart from making the club wasteful this will certainly not have a good impact on performance.

I think Manchester United does not have any worry about what is going to happen with Ten Hag in the future. He has already brought in a very bad result for Manchester United.

By the way, I cannot trust a coach who has problems with the players in the squad. And it is not one or two players. He has problems with multiple players. Players also have decided to leave Manchester United just because of him. So I do not understand how the Manchester United authority is not concerned about this. Are they keeping him as the coach just because he was able to bring in the FA Cup? Undecided or did they take this decision because they do not have any other better coaches right now? Huh

I also spent a few minutes thinking about what the Manchester United management has in mind, what goals they have. because it seems to me that it is not in the interest of the management of Manchester United to win the Premier League and win the European Champions League, because when you look at the current level of Manchester United, to be honest, it is not a level capable of winning the Premier League , even if they keep Ten Hag and sign more players, in my opinion Manchester United will continue to be a disaster of a team, only when the Manchester United management hire a good coach who has great experience in the Premier League, someone like Guardiola when his contract with manchester city ends or if they hired xavi, ex barcelona coach, we would see manchester united become a very strong team capable of winning the premier league

I have also been thinking how Manchester United just dropped form for some seasons now and have not been able to wake up because they are never title contenders for some seasons now and it is bad for a team that was flourishing under the management of Sir Alex Ferguson just started declining in performance ever since then and that made me believe that a coach have impact towards the success of a club.
It's not even that Manchester United are lacking in finances to say that the reason, they are financially alright but not being able to hire a coach that understands the club's football ethics is the problem they have and until they find a coach who could fit in so well to manage the team the better for them. Xavi is a good option for Manchester united but for Pep Guardiola, he may not like to coach any other England team after his contract expires at Manchester city.

A difficult period may be beginning for Real Madrid. In this case, Ancelotti will have a big job. Ancelotti must manage Mbappe's ego well. If this will cause unrest within the team, they may even leave him on the bench. No one can be the main player of the team. This situation varies depending on the environment you are in. I see Mbappe's joining the team as positive, but they have to overcome these problems as well.
On the contrary, Ancelotti job will become easier and it will not be too difficult to control Mbappe. It's different when Mbappe was at PSG and now at Madrid. It is clear that Madrid is not the type of player who is filled with ego, at PSG you should know that since there are Messi and Neymar and then Mbappe, 3 ego players will be increasingly difficult to control. But Madrid has Vini, Rodrygo, Bellingham, all of whom while at Madrid did not show selfishness. Honestly it's all just a worry for rival fans who think that Mbappe will be difficult to control but in reality it's easy for Ancelotti. Believe me in Madrid you will feel a harmonious squad.

if Mbappe is really egotistical, we still have quite a long time before the season starts. With enough time everything will be under control. Mbappe first appearance will be against Atalanta in the Super Cup and in time Mbappe has fully adapted.
The only thing Mbappe is probably thinking about right now is the European championship. They will play successful matches for France in this tournament. I'm sure of this because France is one of the strongest championship candidates of the tournament. Ancelotti will also follow this closely, because monitoring Mbappe and integrating him into the team more accurately should be the most important thing he thinks about right now. If Mbappe behaves without ego, it will make Ancelotti's job much easier, but if he behaves with ego, then Ancelotti will try to maintain balance.

Ten Hag will perhaps play the most critical season in his career. He has given performances that cannot be considered successful so far. If he remains at the head of the team this season, he will be involved in important decisions. If the team is successful, he can save his own career, but if the team fails, we can say goodbye to Ten Hag. That's why player selection is more important than ever. I don't know who Ten Hag will add to the team, but he should choose the players he will add to the team carefully.

When you team has a good defensive players but lack attackers, they will suffer in many of their matches and that is what I see in the situation of Manchester united, they need new attackers. Just imagine if a team doesn't have a good attackers, when they can't make a single shot on target for 45 minutes Ina tough match, there is no way there attackers wouldn't get tired, that's why many times they more often of defensive games instead of attacking games.

They should invest in a one strong attacker particularly a striker who can give them a strong hold of any defenders or build two wingers and one tapping man just like Guardiola did with Manchester City, he used Haaland, Fodin and Kevin to distribute attack on enemies and it's working for him when they need them the most, with such strategy Manchester united don't need to spend money on a new coach if that's what they want but a new coach will go a long way.

Ten Hag added many actors to the cast. Anthony came especially of his own accord and we all see how unsuccessful he is now at Manchester United. Amrabat is also one of the players who is not productive. If you say so, he had a terrible year considering his transfer budget. I don't think they will succeed under Ten Hag. Manchester United should first change the coach.
Manchester United has ensured that if ten hag's position is still very secure as a coach, currently of course Manchester United has given full confidence to ten hag to re-build their squad next season, although actually the squad they have this season has spent a lot of money on them for build in the last two seasons, ten hag has previously asked Manchester United to bring in some of his mainstay players while still coaching Ajax such as Antony and Martinez, although both were bought at a fairly high price, but Antony was not able to deliver the performance they had hoped for so far, as well as other players who were mostly requests and also Ten Hag's choice to fill the current Manchester United squad but strangely ten Hag continued to blame his squad poor performance when they suffered defeats and failures this season.

I think what you said is true, it shoulder if Manchester United is looking for another coach who is indeed better and able to lift Manchester United performance than keeping Ten Hag, I don't know what Ten Hag has been thinking all this time which is indeed very difficult to admit his own mistakes in coaching but is quite proud to consider himself great when Manchester United won the FA trophy,  this season Ten Hag continues to blame each of his players when they lose every game and even player injuries are the reason they failed to penetrate the Champions League zone this season, without wanting to correct their training patterns that often make players injured.

⚪️⚫️ Official, confirmed. Thiago Motta, new Juventus head coach on three year deal until June 2027.

“I’m delighted to start this new chapter in a top club like Juventus, thanks for their trust and I can guarantee I will give my best to make Juventus fans proud”.

It seems like Juventus would start up something new from next season after confirming Thiago Motta as their new manager after transforming Bologna to be better than they were before taking the job, can he do the same to Juventus? We all know how poor the old ladies played out last season even with the deduction of points the season before they played better now they have a new coach I just hope for the management will back Thiago Motta to get the right players to prepare for next season challenge.

To me, I feel INEOS made a very good choice in retaining Eric Ten Hag, he might not have been very successful in the concluded season but winning two trophies in two years is something worth giving him a second chance, if you notice, he's currently the most successful coach post Sir Fergusons era in Manchester United and with the right recruitment I think he'll do better this coming season. Like you said Manchester United is going through a process and with Ten Hag and the new recruited teams in the board level, including a new medical team and restructure of the training ground, not leaving out new recruited players next  season, i believe they'll be successful and would probably challenge for the EPL trophy and qualify for UCL but I expect them to be one of the top contenders of the Europa League next season.

spending large amounts of money to bring in quality players and getting big contributions to get success every season, maybe that's fairer.
but the problem is that spending large amounts of money but not getting satisfactory results is one of the bad things that a team like Man United will experience, which for me last season spent large amounts but was not able to get satisfactory results and in my opinion even though Ten Hag can still given trust but I believe more that Man United will be more successful after Ten Hag was fired from Man United and try to find a new coach who can make a better contribution through a strategy that can always provide a little improvement.

I don't doubt Ten Hag but for 2 seasons I have tried to believe that Ten Hag can give the best for the team, but next season will be the last season I believe in Ten Hag and if it fails, maybe I will never believe again and no matter how much I will ignore the huge trust of Man United fans because Ten Hag has been given many opportunities and the coming season will be the last season to prove that he is truly a reliable coach.

Let’s hope so because things have not been really the way we hope it is. Ten Hag have spent a lot of time in ManchesterUnited and we all hope he would have improved the condition of the team from the way it is before now. He his now going to be given another chance to prove his worthiness and to keep his job, I hope he won’t fail this time around. Since he joined the team, he’s the most successful manager after Pep Guardiola with four trophies and he has two trophies so far. The league performance of last season may not have been great for him, but he did well by winning the FA Cup. I think with that, he’ll be considered for a new contract extension which I hope he’ll deliver well this time around. Any changes he wants should be done in order to put the team at an advantage during the league.

West Ham, Aston Villa and Tottenham are said to be after Tammy Abraham. But I don't know whether Roma is keen on selling him these days. Because the other options in the centre-forward position are likely to return to their main teams soon.

I mean Lukaku and Azmoun both have been loanees. For now Roma hasn't extended their loans as far as I know. Dybala can also play there though. But the number of options is getting lower now. This might be a reason for Roma to decide to keep Abraham at the team. He had a really long injury period on the other hand. He was out for nearly a year. But if Roma doesn't sign anyone else then I don't expect them to let Abraham go.

Well, so Sir Jim Ratcliffe and his colleagues decided to trust Ten Hag because they thought that no one else was more suitable than this coach to continue leading the Old Trafford team. It seems that ending the season with an FA Cup and participating in the Europa League has helped Erik Ten Hag score points in the eyes of the Board of Directors. However, there will be a big change coming that Ten Hag will have to get used to. Coach Erik ten Hag had to accept a change in role at MU after being retained by the club. Another important reason why MU wants to continue sticking with coach Ten Hag is because they have not found a more suitable coach. A new contract is being drawn up and a new era has begun.

Maybe it's time for Barcelona to let go of one of their players and this time Newcastle are interested in signing Ferran Torres. Newcastle offered a fee of 20 million euros including bonuses for Barcelona but I think this offer is quite low considering Ferran Torres' market value is 30 million euros. Maybe Newcastle can increase the fee a little more so that Barcelona wants to let him go.

On the other hand, Barcelona certainly knows this is an opportunity to increase their increasingly poor financial resources and at least they have the funds to buy players under the tutelage of their new coach Hansi Flick. Moreover, even though Ferran Torres has recently been getting quite a lot of playing minutes, his overall performance is still lacking.

So far, No finalization in the deal between barcelona and nike regarding the renewal of their partnership contract. Selling some players can become alternative ways for barcelona to raise some funds. Even though summer transfer season is still very long way to go, barcelona must be also preparing some money to lift the ban given by la liga.
Barcelona may have no other solution other than selling him. I remember that ferran is the first request of player signing by xavi when he had signed as a coach for barcelona. Barcelona paid €50 million to the manchester city for him.

Selling ferran for €15 million is obviously a big loss for barcelona. I must also recorrect his price. It was not €20 millions. The correct offer from newcastle is €15 million + €5 millions as performance bonus.

It means barcelona will get additional €5 millions as long as ferran's performance will meet club's expectation.

This is actually really good to see. We know that Xabi Alonso does not have a lot of money to spend right now. At least not like Bayern Munich or other very rich clubs. So Alonso is more interested in bringing in young talents who are not going to cost a lot of money and will still be able to perform well. I personally do not see any big problem with the defense of Leverkusen, especially when I look at the matches that they have played in the Bundesliga.

But when I see the performance from them in the Europa League final, I start to think that maybe the defending needs to be better. And that's probably what Alonso has also thought. That's why he has started to make the defense stronger. A young player like Jeanuël Belocian playing under a coach like Alonso, it's going to turn out to be great for this kid.
I have to be agreed with you about this all with this signing we have good thing about Bayer Leverkusen they are trying to manage things for the long run because investment like this surely are going to give them good return, and they will be able to sell him after development as well because he is still U21 player and have good career ahead of him with playing here in Bayer Leverkusen give them good confidence and experience which is going to work.

Even they were on mark for the last season but as we all know things can take changes without any problem and after having defeat in final of the UEFA Europa Cup final they need to work on this which bring problems hopefully now next season could be much better, and they will be able to have better performance in Champions League which will bring new highs for this club at the UEFA level which is much needed.

Manchester United has already opted to keep ten hag for even longer than usual even ineos has prepared a contract extension for him. You may also witness how Ineos decided to put their trust in him for another season. Ten Hag is already developing a future plan for Manchester United and he is now working on the background. There is no assurance that employing a good coach would provide positive results. Ineos has decided not to gambling on the new coach. I can't disagree that signing a good coach increases United's chances of performing better than in prior seasons but united trust ten hag now. INEOS has already made the decision that ten hag will stay for another season. The forthcoming season will feature a struggle between so many balding coaches that gonna fight each other, ten hag must fully prepare his team in order to play in UCL again. This will be a very challenging competition for Manchester United in the upcoming season following some clubs that are starting to rebuild their squad again.
Ten Hag must construct his club from scratch in order to compete with other clubs. This is the biggest problem owner by united, the club must get rid a lot of players. My only question is, how will United be able to sell many of its players? This may appear implausible, but it is owing to the limited funds available during the summer transfer season. United has announced to allocate 44 imllions for him. That's not sizable amounts of money to buy a good players.
Manchester United must raise significant funds in order to rebuild the club. This is the most difficult thing to fix. I appreciate your perspective, but Ten Hag will not leave.

One thing you need know is that, Setbacks are part of the job and you need them. Pep Guardiola faced it, Jurgen Klopp faced it and Mikel Arteta is still facing setbacks despite have double best seasons, you see? But with all of the setbacks, Erik Ten Hag is showing result by winning double trophies in two seasons.

The player was wrong for bringing things outside. Sir Alex Ferguson had issues with David Beckham, With Roy Keane and who else? Erik Ten Hag is not the first and  will not be the last one of them.
All he wanted from Jadon Sancho was a little apology and the lad had ego issues when he hasn't even done shit for Manchester United. Glad he will be sold so these disrespect do not continue.

Players like who? They should leave. I don't even understand why players who are being overpaid can't run to and fro a pitch. I envy players like Luis Diaz and what he brings to Liverpool. The last part of it is that Sancho will be sold end of discussion.
