I think so too, because if both parties don't come to a good agreement on something, then obviously any transfer will never happen. "In the future" is something that is quite tough when we are talking about Ronaldo. I mean he is already old enough, getting him next season for example would be even older player, and yes he is still decent enough but I would prefer if they got someone younger. I get that they lost their chances for Haaland, but there are other strikes in the world that they could get and take advantage of their young age.

With Ronaldo that is maybe 1-2 season covering the issue, maybe not even that much and he would be straight up bad for them because even if it's Ronaldo we are talking about, even he can't beat father time and he will eventually get worse.

We all know about the characteristics of Cristiano Ronaldo. He is not going to retire anytime soon. But I also agree that he does not have too much time left in his career. He is not getting enough time on the pitch because Manchester United is getting good results without him.

So, I don't think Manchester United is going to want to keep him in the team. Even if Cristiano Ronaldo has to take a pay cut, I think he should move. I really hope that he is approached by Bayern Munich in the very next transfer window. And I think I should have used "in the recent future" when I am talking about Cristiano Ronaldo, especially now.
