I kind of think that Ronaldo's behavior is quite unprofessional. He wants to sign the biggest contracts all the time but when something goes wrong (like missing the CL qualificiation) he wants to leave on his own terms. Of course I can understand that he wants to play CL, but does that justify that a player behaves like that?
Now things seems to be getting out of control anyway. The news is spread that his teammates wish for nothing more but Ronaldo to leave the club. And I must say I honestly get their point. Having a diva on board all the time while the rest is trying to drag the center of attention onto the pitch is exhausting. Not for two or three weeks, but for months at some point in time?
The Manu bosses don't want to let him leave. Maybe in secret they will let him go but don't say that publicly in hopes of achieving a better transfer fee in the end. The drama goes on...
Ronaldo drama is endless because news about him wanting to leave is always plastered in every sports media because Ronaldo news has always been an attraction for football lovers readers. So far, Ronaldo has not provided an answer to this problem, so some Manchester United legends think Ronaldo attitude can cause internal problems between himself and the coach or other players so that there will be chaos on the field or in the dressing room. Moreover, there has been no official offer that has come to him, Ronaldo should have announced in the media that he wants to stay at Manchester United and the news of his departure may soon be closed.
That's a good point regarding the news outlets seeking for Ronaldo-related drama, that's definitely one reason why his topic goes up and down in every newspaper and website.
Well, I absolutely don't expect Ronaldo to stay in Manchester at this point. I don't know whether he is really wanted that much anymore, Manchester United fans can be quite evil as we all know. They want players with passion and who give their everything for the club. Ronaldo is behaving like a child.
Maybe the United bosses stock up his salary once more so he decides to stay, but even that I think is stupid. Why can't he just come out with a clear statement? It's because he is afraid about the fans going nuts when he publicly claims to stay and then leaves the club a week later. I bet he would never need to come back and he doesn't wanna risk that as that club made him who he is.
