It seems that Ipswich is still continuing to improve the team. Ipswich does not only look like a team that has survived one season in the EPL. The latest news is that Ipswich have agreed for Jack Clarke. The Sunderland player will move to Ipswich for a fee of £15 million and an additional £5 million. At the age of 23, he made 27 goals in 94 matches.

It seems Ipswich is working harder to ensure they won't be relegated back to the Champion ship. They're trying to reassemble Championship dream team to compete in EPL, and buying Jack Clarke has been one of their effort to make it happen. This is a really nice signing, Jack Clarke has been one of potential talent from Championship.

Paying £15 million and an additional £5 million look so bargain for them considering they took Sunderland's potential player. And that price is the price you pay when you piss about buying young unknowns instead of investing in ready-made talent to push you on.

Ipswich, who are trying to make good transfers in order not to be relegated in the Premier League, want to bring young players who are focused on development to the team. They are right about this because young and quality players adapt better to the Premier League flow. They lost 2-0 in the first match but they do not want to be one of the last teams in the rest of the season. This transfer will strengthen them a little more.

Barcelona is facing quite disappointing financial problems and for that reason they let some of their players go to be used as a solution. From a business perspective, Gundogan's departure did not cause Barcelona any loss because they also signed Gundogan as a free transfer player previously, even from mere calculations, this actually allows Barcelona to reduce their expenses, and they now have a way to register Dani Olmo.

Now Gundogan has returned to Man City and maybe he won't be a starter that often, but his presence provides many options in Man City's midfield.
With Gundogan and Vitor Roque leaving it wasn't enough to sign Dani Olmo so how big is Barcelona's current financial crisis that the team can't sign players?
I feel that Barcelona are experiencing financial difficulties but they can't balance the buying of players and the selling of players, here lies the problem of Dani Olmo still not being registered and obviously this is quite annoying for Barcelona.

Maybe Barcelona should release some other players?
If we consider that Gundogan left the team after Roque's loan, we wouldn't be wrong if we say that Barcelona has become weaker. Barcelona must be in a very bad situation. I thought they were in a good financial situation, but 2 transfer news and here are all the facts. The bells continue to ring for Barcelona. Now they need to be careful and think about the team. Yamal is an important star but they may lose him in a year or two.

The reason for salary is not a reasonable reason everyone knows that Barcelona has had this problem for the past few years and many players have had their salaries cut and they also agree. I think Ilkay Gundogan wants to leave Barcelona because it seems that Hansi Flick did not include him the game plan so that it made Ilkay Gundongan frustrated look at Barca's first match alone Ilkay Gundongan was not included in the main squad.

Even though Ilkay Gundongan is a good player, instead of releasing this player on a free transfer to Man City why don't they just sell him to another club or to a Saudi Arabian club? even though it can increase income and profits for Barcelona  Huh Undecided
Salary and Barcelona financial issues become one of the factors. And why don't sell him to Saudi or Qatar?
Gundogan should still have 2 years in Barcelona, and finally, Barcelona let him out to Man City with free transfer and no salary for Gundogan.

Source: Flick hopeful Gündogan stays at Barça after talks

As reported, previously there were indeed some offers and interests from Saudi Arabia and Qatar. However, Gundogan was not interested and ignored them. Because of that, in order to return to Man City with the conditions proposed by Barcelona.

This is what Flick said about Gundoga, he said that he still wants him to stay in Barcelona.

Man United really needs a defensive midfielder who has the quality to stop opponents' attacks and maybe Ugarte is a good option for Man United. Casemiro and Amrabat are having problems with consistency now because maybe they are talking about age as you mentioned and Man United needs an energetic player who has the ability to penetrate in many ways when facing opponents who are much more concentrated on holding the ball.

Apart from several positions that Erik Ten Hak really needs to improve so that Man United can compete with several other teams. Onana is also not consistent because he often makes mistakes and maybe the coach needs to be firm. Like the previous season and Onana was given too much trust by the coach so he didn't learn from the mistakes he had made.

First off Sofyan Amrabat is no longer Manchester United player because they didn’t activate the buy option, Casemiro is there but just as you Said the Brazilian actually did suffer with fitness problems last season and his inconsistency did cost Manchester United a lot, i was part of those who even thought he should have been sold this summer to the Saudi league to help Forster funds for new signings but he wasn’t and with his performance in the community shield and the first league game against Fulham I think he should have this year. Manuel Urgatte is a potential and with proper management could develop into a good defensive midfielder, I got a good look at him at the Copa America with Uruguayan national team and the deal seems ok to me most especially since it is even a loan option first.

Arsenal signing the Real Sociedad and Spanish midfielder will solidify the team considering the tough matches they are faced with in the beginning stages of the season so they really need to build strong defense and midfield hence signing Mikel Merino is a good development. Arsenal have added some very tactical players to the team this season so we look forward to see a positive change in the team. €33.5 million for the Real Sociedad midfielder is a fare amount and I believe Arsenal will not regret signing Mikel Merino because he is also a very notable player Spain and Real Sociedad so he's gonna do better at Arsenal and it wouldn't take him much time to be accustomed to the team.

Finally Arsenal got their man, he was instrumental last season for real Sociedad but caught the eyes at the euros, I have always been asking for a new midfielder at Arsenal due to their over reliance on Declan rice but now a technical gifted central midfielder is a good back up, next up for arsenal should be a center forward before the window closes

It seems true that the rumor some time ago that Paulo Dybala would go to Saudi Arabia to join one of the Saudi league clubs is true and it can be seen in this screenshot that he has left Roma's training ground for the last time and said goodbye to his teammates. It feels so fast that Paulo Dybala left Europe and maybe there is no other reason than the offer of a tempting salary as a pension fund in his old age.

Despite a lot of pressure from fans to keep Dybala in Rome until now but it looks like in the remaining time before the closing begins Dybala's decision to go to Al Qadsiyah is increasingly possible to happen.

It is not wrong if the fans expect him to stay in Rome but it is also not wrong if Dybala considers this especially since Roma management also seems to give the green light for him to go to Al Qadsiyah with a proposal that can be fulfilled easily.
It is difficult indeed to withstand the power of money owned by the SPL club for now because after all, by looking at the conditions that occur now the salary that Dybala will get later is clearly many times greater than what he gets in Rome today so indeed we only have to respect the decisions he has made later.

I actually don’t understand why Barcelona let such an experienced player go for free. I mean Gündoğan was doing alright in Barcelona.
They are trying to streamline the players especially for wages because if they don't do that then they will find it very difficult to get Dani Olmo into the squad because of the unstable cash flow they have so inevitably there must be some players who are sacrificed, and it should be noted that this is not the first time that in several seasons when Barcelona have financial problems they have always done the same thing. Even Messi left due to the great sacrifice of Barcelona in order to provide stability from cash flow so that their finances avoid FFP problems.

This is a classic way from Barcelona and as long as their financial problems remain then don't be too surprised if there will be more players who will be sacrificed especially when they recruit new players so what is happening now to Gundogan is an action that I don't really like from Barcelona but on the other hand this is their way of making the squad leaner and I am a pretty good option for them to do because this is the last option they can do.

I never understood why he left Manchester City in the first place. He could have played another season with De Bruyne and Haaland and all these other pros. What more can you ask for?
It is a dream for some of these players to play for Barcelona and other big legendary clubs like Real Madrid, that is why whenever there is an opportunity for these players to join these clubs, they rarely hesitate.
Arsenal have reached an agreement for Mikel Merino who they have been on to for a while now.

Let's hope this time around things will work out differently this time around for Joao Felix at Chelsea. Many will argue that his first stint with Chelsea didn't work out very well because it was his first time playing in the premier league and it was a loan move. Now that the move is permanent and he has now gotten experience how the premier league works, the demands and ever other things, I think things will be different for him and Chelsea this time around. You know not many players will fit in very well in their first season at a new club, new league, new culture and a different atmosphere from the one they are used to. This time around he is no longer a stranger at the premier let's be hopeful that it will work out good for him. I wish him well in his new adventure at Chelsea.

But this is like repeating the same mistake again while hoping for a different outcome. Joao Felix is this player who remains a talent forever. He can help teams that are not that full of superstars. That's where maybe he can himself some kind of superstar. But if he plays in teams with big names, I don't think he can consistently defend his place in the starting team. He will end up on the bench quite often and I think that is justified as he is an average player for the money that he cost the clubs. If so much money is spent on a player, the clubs are awaiting something in return, but they are to blame since they are the ones valuing him at these prices. Atletico Madrid made the first huge mistake and now Chelsea is falling twice for him. That's even more stupid.

Gundogan boing back to Manchester City is unexpected as I didn't think that Guardiola would be agreeing so quickly to taking him back. Was it all a big misunderstanding now with Barcelona or what is Gundogan's issue. I will never understand these players when they tell the whole world what a big dream the upcoming transfer is and a few months later they are crying and want to go back. I never understood why he left Manchester City in the first place. He could have played another season with De Bruyne and Haaland and all these other pros. What more can you ask for?

In some action-based media discussions, there are rumors that Neymar may return to Barcelona from the Saudi club Al Hilal. We heard such rumors during the season when Neymar left PSG to join Al Hilal but in the end the rumors did not come true and Barcelona showed no interest in signing Neymar either. As this rumor is still heard I think it is very unlikely to be true and Neymar will ultimately stay at Al Hilal club. At a time when no club showed interest in signing Neymar, Al Hilal snapped him up for a hefty price, but Neymar was out of action for the entire season due to injury. So Neymar might stay in the Saudi league this season and want to play a full season for Al Hilal.
Hmm, that sounds strange!
I think it's fake or old news. Could you provide a reference to this news.

But anyway, let's talk about the summary. Barcelona would never sign Neymar. Because Neymar is now like a finished product. He didn't play even a single season of the years after Barcelona's departure. So now he is a finished player, even Khabi cannot play with full quality in any club due to injuries prone.

If you look at the rest, in fact, Barcelona is already under financial criticism, and because of this, many players have left the club. That is, recently Gundogan left Barcelona as a free agent due to wages. So I think it is impossible for Barcelona to re-sign him again because if Barcelona will sign him, they will have to pay almost 80% of their wages, which is impossible for a club that is already facing financial criticism.

So I think these rumors are fake. Or they have publish this news for just a fun...

I did explained in a previous post the true reason behind letting Gundogan go free.
Barcelona did actually want him to stay and continue with them but the problem is his huge salary for them and since it is hard to find a good deal then letting him go to being able to register new players is their only choice

Osimhen is now worthless by Antonio Conte, he sees his as surplus to requirement in the Napoli team because the player has lost interest in the team and no any perfect offer yet from any team due to high money demand from Napoli management.

Lukaku will be a good striker if Napoli finally get him, and from the moves they are making, it will soon be a done deal unless if Chelsea management will be selfish to include Osimhen's deal in it which was clearly stated to be a separate deal. If Napoli didn't get Lukaku, Osimhen can manage another season with them, but it might not end well because the player has already lose interest in the team, while if Napoli is not be able to sign Lukaku, they might not be in good for because they relied on signing him and failed to sign any other replacement for Osimhen; therefore, one of these deals have to happen for the benefit of Napoli.

I have some doubts about that as Lukaku has been a mercenary for all of his career and often times it didn't go well for him. Once he found a place and got along well, he immediately agreed to leave a club when some other club was offering more money and then he didn't play well. Napoli is a losing team this season, it was an exception that they had this one outstanding season.

However, Lukaku hasn't been part of the team against Manchester City, maybe he should act now and sign his last contract since he is 31 years old. It could be his last try to get something great going, but I don't think Napoli is the right club to achieve anything. I have no idea whether he has any other offers, but maybe interest is now quickly decreasing as he is getting older and isn't the reliable transfer that good clubs are looking for.

It's weird how he has been playing so well for the Belgian national team and how he had his good and bad times when he played for his clubs. He could never be consistent across all competitions and I assume he isn't cheap regarding the salary. It is a risky transfer. But since Napoli now lost the first game big time, the chance for Osimhen to stay is very low. Chelsea could become more serious now about the transfer and then Napoli would have to act and sign a substitute.

The deal is done already, seems he just denied Saudi Arabia & Qatar's lucrative offer.

I actually don’t understand why Barcelona let such an experienced player go for free. I mean Gündoğan was doing alright in Barcelona. Was his wage too high or something? I don’t know. But as a player who was doing quite good, I would say this was a bad decision from Barcelona. He had contracts left, meaning Barcelona could have sold him for a price. Letting him go for free seems quite outrageous.

After returning to Manchester City after 1 year, I don’t think Gündoğan will be as regular as he was before. You know Pep Guardiola has many players like Kovacic in his place right now. He has only signed a contract for 1 year, so he might be leaving Manchester City next year right away next year. I wonder why he left Manchester City in the first place?

Source: SkySports

we know very well that Barcelona actually has several players in the midfielder position, one of them is Gundohan. some others are young players Lama Sia. even so, Gundohan is an established midfielder and he is a player who is good at playing in several positions. honestly, it's very unfortunate. well, we don't know exactly why Barcelona and Gundohan agreed to move for free, maybe Gundohan thought it was no longer ideal to stay at Barcelona. or, the big salary constraint made Barca give Gundohan the option to move to any club. regardless, Barca has several options for the position left by Gundohan. besides, Olmo could be the one who will fill Gundohan's previous position. anyway, Barca has options even though we don't know the performance of the young players. what is certain, with Gundohan's return to Manchester City. Pep will be very happy, because Gundohan's performance is still very reliable. my guess is, Pep plans to use the system that he always relied on when there were Gundohan and Mahrez.  more precisely, the 3-2-4-1 pattern that is his mainstay. Regarding Gundohan's continuation after being with City, in the sense that his one-year contract ends, we'll see later. After all, he hasn't played once this season. So, we'll see Gundohan's role with City when playing match after match.

Breaking news.
When it was basically done between Dybala and the Arabs, the player said no and it will stay in Roma according to the Italian journal "la Gazzetta dello sport".
This is a shocking news, only yesterday he agreed to a deal of 23mil per year and now he will stay in Rome for 5 mil per year.
you can check his Instagram profile for his confirmation.
He refused a salary from Al Qadsiah of 75M for 3 seasons he wants to stay in Rome maybe there is no interest at all with the club despite the tempting offer he would rather accept a small salary but be in Rome.
That Arab Clubs always offer fantastic salaries, if the player thinks of money then it will not be long he will definitely accept the offer and not all players see with money, so we can still see Dybala playing for Roma.

We recently saw the news about PSG getting interested in hiring Osimhen from Napoli and they wanted to hire this player to fill the place of Mbappe in PSG since OSimhen is young enough he can even be a good investment for PSG too and this can be a good for them. But Napoli is trying to keep this player in the team.
Now it seems other than PSG, Arsenal is also interested in hiring Osimen for the next season. They are ready to pay nearly 100 million euros for him.

I would love that. I have always wanted him to join Chelsea but that club has got to be mentally ill one way or the other. When you look at Arsenal, you'd see what's missing and that's a proven striker. Will Victor Oshime be a perfect fit for that number nine position? Yes! That guy is a hunter and a goal machine.

That have all it takes to succeed even with Mikel Moreno joining the club today, I believe in my head that Arsenal can definitely win the Premier League Competition this season.
Victor Oshime has been left frustrated with all this transfer move from Napoli. When you look at how he helped them win the Scudetto Competition after 33 years, only for him to be disrespected last season has got to be ridiculous & inappropriate. The disrespect was just too much, he needs to leave.

I believe he can score 25 Premier League Goals next season for Arsenal.

Napoli's desire to get the services of this Belgian player is very big, they continue to try to complete a very difficult agreement with Napoli. Now they are really rushing to reach an agreement with Napoli as soon as possible.
It seems that Conte also continues to push Napoli to get Lukaku faster. Especially after their defeat in the first week of Serie A a few days ago. Osimhen is still unclear, but they are now pushing even though they have not been able to determine what Osimhen's future with them is like.
Do you think this will end in an agreement or will it fail again?
Right from the beginning of the summer transfer window, Napoli boss have publicly disclosed his admiration for Romelu Lukaku and considering the fact that the Belgian isn't on the future of plans of the current Chelsea manager, a possible move to the Diego Armando Maradonna stadium for the Belgian stadium is very likely to happen. Napoli only needs to offload Victor Osimhen from the team and it's also been reported that a lot of clubs have tendered their offers to sign Osimhen this summer but what I don't know is if any of these clubs are serious with their offers for Osimhen. Wether Osimhen leaves or not, I think Napoli is surely gonna sign Romelu Lukaku this summer
I am not sure about the transfer. Maybe Napoli can rent him for a year. There may be a purchase option at the end of the loan. I am sure they will want to sell Osimhen. Because he can provide a huge amount of money to the team. However, I do not know which teams will pay that much money. The transfer fee is very high and the team that buys him should probably not make another transfer. This transfer seems to be the biggest obstacle in front of him.
