After being fired by Chelsea, now Pochettino is reported to be returning to coaching but this is not the club he coached but the American national team that he will handle. In preparation for the 2026 World Cup, the American national team really wants an experienced coach and maybe we agree that Pochettino is the right person.

Last season was a mistake by hoping for Chelsea, even though he managed to make this team better if given more time. But at that time the management's decision seemed unilateral and did not see a more detailed evaluation of Pochettino's work. Actually becoming a Chelsea coach is a career decline and inevitably the effect is that no club is interested in him. Now his work must continue if he wants to return to club level and hopes that his path in handling the American national team can be a good thing for his career.

Giovanni Manna, the sporting director of Napoli, is currently in London trying to negotiate a possible swap of Osimhen for Lukaku. They are discussing a swap on the condition that Napoli will get Lukaku and 45m, and Chelsea will get Osimhen. But it seems that Osimhen is not very keen on becoming a Chelsea player, because the team is not playing in the Champions League.

Chelsea wants a direct swap deal where they won't pay anything which is a deal Napoli is not willing to accept. I think Napoli made things difficult for themselves. They already made it clear that they don't want Osimhen in their team any more. If they had not made that clear they would hold all the bargaining chip because it would seem like they didn't have anything to lose if they don't sell Osimhen, but now everybody knows if they don't sell Osimhen they will be forced to keep him on the bench and they don't have a replacement. The price was what made PSG back off.

I believe the deal is fair though and Chelsea should pay for Osimhen after letting go of LUkaku. They bought Lukaku for 100 million but now his value has dropped. His market value is 30 million right now so paying 45 million is a favourable deal for Osimhen because that would mean they paid just 75 million for him. Plus, Osumhen is currently a better player than Lukaku.

Sometimes it is difficult to understand what Osimhen wants, given his conflicts in the team, it seems that he is a bit of a problem player.

How can you say this about a player who has never been reported to ever have issues with any of his teammates anywhere? So if a player doesn't want to go to a particular club that makes him a bad player or causes issues in the dressing room? All of a sudden everybody has forgotten what caused his relationship with Napoli to go sour. The TikTok video made by Napoli's official TikTok mocking the player late last year has been forgotten. Osimhen was disrespected by the club so let's not act like Osimhen is to blame for this.

Dybala will probably leave As Roma for 15€ yearly offered by Saudi Arabia.
Easy to buy players with petrodollars Cheesy

Anyway, Roma is going for Boga now to replace his slot.
Ah, this is quite bad news for Roma. Before hearing this news, I was happy and optimistic about Roma this season after they succeeded in bringing in Dovbyk from Girona. But when I got this news now I started to worry that Roma would really let this player go. But it seems there is no official offer for this yet. It's just that the Arab club seems to have already carried out negotiations regarding Dybala's contract. And Dybala reportedly agreed to this. I think I will have to lower my expectations of Roma a little if Dybala leaves this club.

Napoli hatch Victor Osimhen Chelsea transfer plan amid £115m Romelu Lukaku offer

It seems that Napoli and Chelsea could possibly come to an agreement. We will probably see Osimhen in a Chelsea jersey next season. Arsenal and PSG are no longer interested in Osimhen, possibly at a cost of €150 million.

Chelsea's performances have been poor and erratic over the last few seasons. So this season Chelsea are trying to strengthen their squad. They bought Pedro Neto for 60 million. Chelsea spent 35.4 million for midfielder Dewsberry-Hall. And now Chelsea are going to spend big on Osimhen too.

If the deal goes through, both Napoli and Chelsea clubs will benefit. Conte will get his favorite player Lukaku in the squad, as well as a high price for Osimhen. On the other hand Chelsea club will get a talented player like Osimhen.

It looks like Chelsea is building another super team, which failed two seasons ago miserably. They are spending way too much. I know Osimhen is a very good striker and can be a very good addition to Chelsea. Chelsea is overwhelmed with superstars right now, who have underperformed after joining Chelsea. Hopefully, Osimhen doesn't lose the skill that he has in him after possibly joining the team.

Chelsea has already signed Pedro Neto and Dewsbury Hall, both very good players and performing. I am afraid after joining Chelsea they will also underperform. Mykhailo Mudryk and Nkunku haven't done anything out of the ordinary last season. Let's hope they get back to their old golden days. Chelsea has never been the same after the new owner took over.

I have now started to see the issue of Napoli, Chelsea and Osimhen as lingering. From rumour of outright sell to that of a loan and back to sell, we got into not interested by PSG and so on. Victor Osimhen is a big name and shouldn't be treated this way in the transfer market.

https://www.espn.com.sg/football/story/_/id/40861028/napoli-approach-manchester-united-mctominay

Napoli is interested in McTominay seriously. Great news for the Red Devils!  Grin  He is also listed to be sold you know. They want to sell him for around 25-30 million pounds instead of a loan. I wonder what Napoli's intention is here exactly. I hope they are looking for buying him. I really want to see Manchester United getting rid of the players they are targeting to sell.

I wonder why there is no team interested in Eriksen by the way. He has got old but still has lots of experience. I thought there would be an average team to be interested at least. He makes 7.8 million pounds a year but I think he can be convinced for much less.
Mac Tominay is more energetic and you feel than Erikson and he should be a good asset to any club that will buy him. He is more like a utility type of a player than Erikson. But what I don't like is the ridiculous price that Manchester United sells their players.

Napoli offer is very beneficial for Chelsea because currently very few clubs are interested in recruiting Lukaku. Chelsea can get Osimhen even though they have to spend 45 million pounds, on the other hand they can also reduce the burden on the club due to Lukaku departure. Osimhen is certainly not happy because Chelsea is not a club that can guarantee him winning trophies, Napoli must look for other options such as offering Osimhen to PSG and then buying Lukaku from Chelsea. Osimhen would be happy if he moved to PSG because he could win trophies there easily and play in the Champions League.

A big no if Tominay leaves on loan to Napoli. I'd prefer him to stay instead of getting loaned at a very cheap price to Napoli. And, after i read the whole article. You forgot to mention if Fulham and Galatasaray also have interest in him. It means there may be competition to get him. Unless, Napoli pays Manchester United's asking price for Tominay.

But, I still question whether Napoli has money to sign him from Manchester United. or will they send another nonsense offer like they did to Chelsea over Lukaku?

I think Osimhen would be happy if he went to Chelsea even though Chelsea is not playing in the UCL for this season. Even though he is at Napoli, he won't get many places because Conte prefers Lukaku. Because even now Conte always doesn't include Osimhen in every pre-season match. But this is because Osimhen is listed as a player who will be released in the transfer market.

But other news is circulating which also states that Osimhen prefers PSG as his target club. But I think right now Osimhen doesn't have much of a choice. Moreover, the transfer market is almost at the end. So it is no longer the time for this player to complicate his departure from Napoli if he is serious about leaving Napoli.

Napoli's market is conditioned by the choice of Osimhen, Antonio Conte said so, if Victor stays the team will undergo few adjustments, but Conte expressly said that it is obligatory to find reinforcements, so I think he will push to give up Osimhen and go for Lukaku and 2 other midfielders. I read about a bid from Chelsea proposing Lukaku and Casadei and 30 million to get Osimhen but I don't know how true it is

Looks like some sources suggest he wants to move to PSG instead of Chelsea[1]. Does this mean both parties are discussing with both clubs at the same time, or is this just another way for Nappoli to get a better deal from Chelsea? I can see why he wants to move to PSG if what he wanted is guaranteed Champions League match though. Especially if he get paid a lot more.

He is getting a lot of salary but he could get more. In other news, it is said that Chelsea may withdraw from the transfer because Osimhen wants a very high signing fee. It is also said that PSG has withdrawn from the race for the same reason. Maybe it would be better for him to stay in Napoli for another year and see how he fits into Conte's plans. Right now, teams do not want to add him to the team with very high transfer fees.

I still don't know why Chelsea boardor the management are not taking some, if not their senior players too serious, few weeks back they ejected Trevoh Tom Chalobah out from everything that has to do with the senior team and he has been training with the junior team including Lukaku and this is not good for business.
Now they make it look like Gallagher has a hand in the collapse of the deal to Atletico Madrid, things didn't work out well and the player played his part to make the move go through and now returning to Stanford Bridge has a punishment for him, he had to join the others to play and train with the junior team and anything concerning the big boy they cut them off which to me is too harsh on the players.
Players who are suppose to be used by the manager to build a better and much stronger team has been discarded because the owners are trying to do what exactly? Improve the team? No way, Chelsea still has a long way and they have not yet figured out their problem rather they are making things worse for the team, that's their main target, make it unhealthy for the players, too bad for the Blues.
We are all saying the same thing bro, the news owners of Chelsea Todd boehly is just busy ruining the club that it took roman abrahimovic years to build, ok let's look at these particular players in question, apart from Romelu lukaku that I think isn't good enough to stay in the team, the rest of the guy are still very good and active, what annoys me the most about all they have done this summer is dropping Trevor cholaba without giving him a fair chance as others, and taking someone as clueless as badachile to their preseason, someone that can't even put his body on the line as a defender to save a ball that was a goal bound, couple with the fact that he is an error prone defender, honestly I don't see what the manager and Todd boehly sees in badiashile that he is still at the club up till now.

And as for the case of Conor Gallagher, it actually saddens me that someone as him that loves the club so much is being forced out, and made to train with the reserve team as if he is the cause of the collapse of the atletico madrid deal, though this particular deal can still go through, but anything can still happen.

The Chelsea squad is going down little by little but at the same time is like they are doing this without minding how it will affect the team in the future, with these guys out of the main squad I feel it will affect one or two players in the locker room. Benoit Badiashile is a joke of a defender, he lacks that energy to track back and forth to make things easy for the goalkeeper and the midfielders, like this guy I saw him as a potential replacement or to be like Thiago Silva but all I see is a heavy defender that can't risk himself to save the team, Chalobah is better to be in that team but the owners thinks by sending him off is the best, and I'll say they should sell him than sending him to the junior team, talking about Chalobah.
Conor Gallagher is one of those players Chelsea need to use as an instrument to motivate the younger ones and he should be the head captain than Chilwell and James combined but see how they are making things hard for the player to even make a stay at the club, they shouldn't continue pushing players away from the team because injury may come and when they need the services of these cast away players they might not take the team serious, is the fact and Todd Boehly should be aware of this.

Infact in another news Chelsea has offered both Romelu Lukaku and Cesare Casadei plus £38.5m to secure Osimen,   Link to me this a very good offer for both clubs respectively, unfortunately inability to play in UCL is a big minus for Osimen because of Chelsea not qualifying for UCL wouldn't motivate him to accept the offer, in a related development the asking sign-on fee by Napoli when PSG tabled an offer is too high £100m plus, Osimen has to take a decision now else he may stay at Napoli and feel unhappy which might affect his performance in the club in the upcoming season because Antony Conte might put him in his plan.
Osimhen is an important player. Everyone is talking about this now. There was a transfer rumor on everyone's lips, like Mbappé's transfer to Real Madrid. Chelsea are not in the Champions League this year. This must be the biggest problem for Victor Osimhen, but if he transfers, maybe they can go to the Champions League next year. He can stay in Napoli and play in the Champions League, I'm sure Antonio Conte will make room for him in the team.

Heard now that Giovanni Manna has upped the negotiation deal by requesting for Caicedo along with Lukaku for Osimhen with an additional €50m. It's not a secret that the Italian outfit are looking for a way to ship off the Nigerian and maybe they(Chelsea) may be tempted by this offer because they need a striker and with the fact that they may face a transfer ban, this is not an offer that should be thought about twice.
Osimhen on the other hand is quite reluctant to head to Chelsea because to him it's like a step down and prefers to go to PSG who can meet up his salary wages without stress and also because they qualified for champions league and that's something he wants to be part of.
Let's just hope a club buys him out of Napoli else I feel he'd have a tough time under Antonio Conte.

Kalvin Phillips finally got new club because it says Ipswich Town and Manchester City has been reach an agreement for loan option but there was no buy clause which mean this is only one season loaned

Source https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1824017711497675056

Last season he was loaned to West Ham but because Kalvin Phillips got the injured which makes he only played 8 times in Premier league and during joining Manchester City Kalvin Phillips was loaned to other clubs several times and his performance was never makes Guardiola impress so probably loaned again to other clubs could be good option for him and just like we know Ipswich Town is promotion team and maybe with this team Kalvin Phillips can able to find his shape again
Kalvin Phillips' fate is really unfortunate, his future is unclear and he has only been a loan player in the last 2 seasons. It is certain that his mood is not so good but he must be willing to follow the club's policy if he wants to get playing minutes. He must also know that the competition at Manchester City does not give him a place at all and will only spend a lot of time on the bench.

I think Ipwich Town is not that bad even though they are only a promoted EPL team this season and maybe we are waiting for a breakthrough from them that is different from other promoted teams. Well, I hope Kalvin Phillips can lift the performance of his new team and I hope he can prove his capacity so that Manchester City can consider him in the next season to include him in the starter.

Instead of using Osimhen in a swap, they can allow his transfer. Maybe it would be better that way. I know that one of the teams interested in him is PSG under Enrique. If Osimhen chooses PSG instead of going to Chelsea, they can buy Lukaku from Chelsea with the money that comes from there.

Brighton sign a new superstar from Mainz 05 which is Brajan Gruda, Brighton is a known team that can develop an underrated potential player become great player. His statistic when he play for Mainz 05 wasn't the best, but he's still 20 years old, he can improve.

He achieved great success during his seven-year Juventus career. Szczensy could have played more in Juventus, but when Motta didn't want him in the team, all plans changed. Also, he is only 34 years old and for a goalkeeper, he can play football for another 3-4 years. I think he can now try his luck in the Saudi Arabian league where he can earn money.
I believe he will move to other Italian's teams, probably Genoa, Como etc.
Brajan Gruda is one of the players who performed very impressively last season with Mainz 05, as a winger who was able to continue to perform very consistently and impressively when he gained confidence in playing. Of course previously many teams tried to recruit him, but for some reason he actually preferred Brighton when Teams like Bayern Munich and Liverpool also want to recruit him, as a talented young player he was able to score a lot of goals when he was still playing for U-19 Mainz and I think he will be a great recruit for Brighton at this time as well as a business and investment that promises big profits in the future.

[nr]
Szczesny future is quite clear at Juventus because both parties have come to an agreement to separate, Juventus previously has recruited a new goalkeeper so it is possible that they will no longer use Szczesny services next season, but when the previous Arab team wanted them, i dont know why Juventus set a very high selling price so that the Arab team withdrew, but what is strange is that currently Juventus has the
decision of terminating the contract with Szczesny although they could actually get money from his sale. Currently Szczesny is without a club and it is quite interesting to see where he will continue his career.

Why did Nketiah’s move to Marseille collapsed? What is the reason why Marseille didn’t pay that money for Nketiah ?
However, we won't know why Marseille made that  decision. Could be economic or football reasons. Either way, I can't even blame Nketiah.
Some articles that I've read (most of them pointed to the same source) basically claims that Marseille feels that 30 million euro is just too much for him, which is why they will sign another player roughly at the same price. I guess their budget is just limited since they move quickly to find another target. I don't think we'll know much further than this. I wonder if other clubs will try to sign him on the next transfer windows, probably hoping for a cheaper transfer fee or even free transfer deal.
An agreement between the clubs was not reached. And yes, it seems like this is indeed a matter of costs that are too expensive. And Marseille have found the player they are targeting. And with this, the transfer was agreed to be canceled and Marseille have found a player they can reach more for, for example Elye Wahi from Lens.  And it seems that Nketiah is really disappointed with Marseille's failure to redeem him from Arsenal. But he still has the opportunity to leave Arsenal because it looks like there are other Premier League clubs that will be targeting him in the transfer market, for example Bournemouth, which currently needs a striker.
I think personal terms between the player and the club were duly agreed. Negotiations collapsed between the two clubs & it's ultimately about who represents the better value as Wahi is also younger & could probably offer them more value in terms of future sale.
I read Wahi is on 46k p/w, while Nketiah is on 100k p/w. So since they accepted personal terms with Nketiah they didn't want to pay more with Arsenal considering they have other options.
If Arsenal doesn’t get a club for Nketiah this summer, it’ll hinder them from signing a forward.
I can't say he performed very well last year. He finished the season by scoring five goals. Considering that his contract fee is also high, it would be better to have alternatives instead of him. Since he is 25 years old, he will definitely get an offer from one of the big teams, but scoring only five goals seems like a big negative for his career. Maybe he can be more successful in other teams instead of Arsenal.

If Napoli manages to get McTominay then that will actually be good for the player. Because I'm sure that when he plays at an Italian club he will become an important player who can be a mainstay in his position as a midfielder. And I hope Napoli get this player. Because Conte will definitely be able to make the best use of this player at Napoli. It's just that talking about Napoli, I'm still curious whether they are still serious about bringing in Lukaku from Chelsea. Because I haven't heard any further developments regarding the Lukaku news. Currently the season is about to start but there has been no news or progress regarding Lukaku. Apart from the news about Napoli wanting to exchange Osimhen for Lukaku. Which Chelsea will definitely reject. Because from the start Chelsea didn't want any exchange and wanted to let Lukaku go without any exchange.
