Conte according to rumors is not happy about the situation in Naples.
He wanted a player, he did the medical and after the medical Atalanta hijacked the situation and bought him.

He also wanted Osimhen out and Lukaku in 1 month ago and they are still very far away from the conclusion.

The season already started with a poor victory in penalty shootout versus a Serie C club, not a great start.

The possibility of a trade is of course the best option for both teams, but will Osimhen want it? Maybe he will prefer to stay in Napoli for another year instead of playing for Chelsea, who will not play in the UCL. Napoli has a very good history and with the right tactics they have a chance to win the Scudetto again. Conte may want to keep Osimhen in the team and want to win the championship. I know everyone is expecting this transfer to happen, but it may not happen.
Chelsea like you rightly said aren't gonna be playing in the UEFA Champions League this season but let's also not forget that Napoli also failed to qualify to play in the Champions League but will rather play in the Europa League competition which is one step higher that the Europa Conference League competition that Chelsea will be participating in this season. That being said, I think Victor Osimhen needs that swap deal that'll see him join Chelsea while Romelu Lukaku join Napoli more than anyone involved in the deal because Napoli boss Antonio Conte have already said that Osimhen isn't in his plan for the new season and should Osimhen fail to leave while Lukaku joins Napoli this summer, Osimhen will likely spend most of 2024/25 season on the bench.

If I'm not mistaken, Osimhen through his agent is reluctant to be loaned. besides, I didn't read the news about the player exchange option. but it could be the best option for Osimhen, Napoli, especially Chelsea as a club that wants to use his services. well, some rumors have been reported that Osimhen wants to leave Napoli in this summer's transfer window, that's why Conte didn't include Osimhen in the pre-season match and in the Coppa Itallia. so I doubt Conte wants to keep Osimhen, especially since he had stated that he wanted Lukaku. unfortunately, Osimhen's release clause makes it difficult for teams that want his services to be brought in. considering that this summer's transfer window is getting closer to closing, I'm pretty sure either Napoli or Chelsea will find a way to make this deal happen. however, lately Chelsea has also been rumored with several other players who might be their options to find an alternative to Osimhen. it's very unfortunate, even though Osimhen is one of the best strikers who can be relied on in the front line. Let's just wait, there is still one week left for Chelsea and Napoli to complete the deal. or, in the end Osimhen will stay with Napoli.

European football is seeing more and more talented coaches, with increasingly modern and intelligent coaching and management styles. Let's discuss who is the best. I will name 4 coaches that I want to discuss: Mikel Arteta, Xabi Alonso, Erik Ten Hag, and Xavi Hernandez. Personally, I think Arteta is the best, he has built Arsenal in an upward direction, with good control with a higher pressing style of play. What do you think?
Ten Hag is the best, he's the only one that can find the strongest player which is Antony. He also sign both Onana and Mount, two of them are second best players than Antony, they can fight against Real Madrid.

He's also know Ronaldo is a worst player and Sancho is over, that's why he don't mind to argue with Ronaldo and give punishment to Sancho.

If I were The Glazers, I would offer lifetime contract to Ten Hag because I don't want him to move to other team, it will be a disaster to Manchester United.
I feel your analysis is biased because I don't know how come you are using being able to sign players to rate coaches. In my opinion Arteta should be a better coach than Ten Haag based on their performance last season. Despite not winning the league last season, Arteta have been able to transform Arsenal  by making them a more attacking team than they have ever been. Through his initiative, Arsenal was scoring goals at every given opportunity unlike when we know them as romancing the ball with no result to show. Don't forget that he almost won the league if not that they ran out of luck.

The transfer window closes in two weeks, there will probably be a flurry of activity as clubs panic and try to improve their squads. Some of the big deals are usually done late on in the transfer window so should be an interesting time.

Still Liverpool have signed nobody, I still hope we bring a couple of players in but for now the most important thing is to win against Ipswich tomorrow.
Two weeks is a lot of time for clubs to compete their deals and also start negotiations with their targets. Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Newcastle United Manchester City are still in the market trying to complete this deals.

Liverpool are yet to bring in a player. The recent negotiation with the Real Sociedad Midfielder, Zubimendi didn’t materialize. I know really know the story behind it but I believe they have other options and it’ll be wise they bring in some reinforcements before the deadline day.

Arsenal also haven’t gotten the deal of the Spanish midfielder, Merino done with. It seems they need to balance the books before they can make another signing.
There are several clubs that are currently chasing deadlines to complete their currently pending transfers, such as Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea and several other clubs that are still in fierce negotiations to complete their transfers, two weeks in my opinion is not a long time to complete the transfer of a player because there will be a lot of processes going on and it will take quite a long time, just like what happened between Arsenal and Merino, in fact the transfer took place several weeks ago and even now Real Sociedad has actually got another player as a replacement for Merino, however, in fact, when the rumored agreement was only one step away at that time it has not yet been realizedz, so it shows that negotiating player transfers has not been an easy thing so far.

Liverpool is a club that so far has not brought in any new players to their squad, although currently their squad is quite balanced by relying on last season squad, but Arne slot should move quickly to get new players, especially for the midfield sector and also their defense line which looks a bit fragile. We all hope that in the last two weeks there will be moves made by Liverpool and several other teams to recruit new players to strengthen their squad, so that in this way we will see very competitive competition between teams in the league next season.

Napoli began to open their eyes and see what PSG had just experienced due to Mbappe departure, before the same incident did happen, Napoli tried hard to get some money before Osimhen contract expired. Chelsea may be the club Osimhen doesn't want to join, but if an agreement has been reached between the two clubs, he has to accept whatever the reality is. Chelsea would certainly be very happy if this deal happens because they have been very keen to release Lukaku. Napoli's interest in Lukaku will certainly not be wasted by Chelsea, if this transfer happens then both clubs will benefit each other.

Although doing the exchange Napoli still gets benefits if the price of Lukaku is reduced with the price agreement between the two clubs with this can also reduce...

Yes, for me too, Napoli exaggerated with the price, after all they are Neapolitans, they want to scam others: this doesn't surprise me at all.

Initially I thought Martin Zubimendi would be the only recruit for Liverpool and I think he is very suitable for a big team like Liverpool. But unfortunately Real Sociedad did not let him go and had to pay his own clause if he still wanted to join Liverpool. It feels unfair when there are players who want to improve their careers at a higher level but have to be tarnished by unreasonable club decisions.

Hope and opportunities are still there for Liverpool and with Arne Slot I honestly like how this team is developing for the better. It's just that he is also a coach in general who needs better squad depth to support his strategy on the field. I am also curious why no players want to join Liverpool who offer to play in the champions league and even their rivals, Manchester United who play in the European league, many players prefer to join them. but it was normal for the departure of Osimhen who in my opinion is a great player in my opinion it could really happen but in my opinion the exchange with Lukaku should not be done because he is exchanging himself for an old player who will not be able to do like Osimhen, plus losing even some money!
Although doing the exchange Napoli still gets benefits if the price of Lukaku is reduced with the price agreement between the two clubs with this can also reduce Chelsea's expenses so far Chelsea has recruited many players in total there are 12 players they brought to the club if they add Victor Oshimen will further increase Chelsea's expenses at least they can reduce some players to sell to other clubs.

Lukaku is needed by Napoli and vice versa Chelsea needs Oshimen so the exchange of both will be the right choice for each club.
The transfer news that has not yet found an agreement between Napoli and Chelsea regarding two players that they both want, there is too much drama on display. Who knows where the problem lies, and it would be very unfortunate for the careers of the two players, namely Lukaku and Osimhen, if they do not find a way to reach an agreement. They are not needed in the scheme that will be run by the two coaches, so a mutually beneficial exchange is needed for both parties. Is this Napoli's tactic to buy time?

Another thing, Napoli is exaggerating this player with a high price tag in my opinion that is excessive, Chelsea will not spend that much money, especially this summer as you said they have spent a lot of money to buy young players whose performance I think is not clear.

Injury problems are like a scourge that always haunts Man United, and because of that problem what made them so struggle in the Premier League last season. The new season hasn't started yet but, Man United has already found several of its players injured. Leny Yoro, Rasmus Hojlund, and last but not least Luke Shaw. The arrival of De Ligt and Mazraoui is definitely a breath of fresh air for Man United, at least their defensive line wasn't in tatters to start the season.

To be honest, I really hope Man United will get a new defensive midfielder soon because that is also the position that was Man United's weak point last season. Though Casemiro played quite impressively in the FA Community Shield but I doubt if he can play consistently throughout the season.
Manchester United have back up for Leny Yoro injured by signing Matthijs de Ligt from Bayern Munich and he will be ready for the first match against Fulham, I think weakness position of Manchester United on attacking line after Rasmus Højlund injuring not any new sign by Erik ten Hag as striker position. Manchester United signed two players recently Matthijs de Ligt and Mazraoui from Bayern Munich but their position as defender and Manchester United problem with attacking line position.

Current performance of Marcus Rashford at FA Community Shield, I don't sure he can plays well in Premier League and help United can scoring many goals as possibilities. Has possibility with current tactician, Manchester United will play with nine false position by moving up Bruno Fernandez as attacking line and its now really effective yet.

Joao Felix to Chelsea... Very likely to happen soon as it seems. It would be great news for Atletico Madrid and Felix both. He has no future left there you know. Chelsea will need to pay quite a lot for his fee though. I hope he would show performances proving his value.

I'm not feeling good about how ATM isn’t pushing Samu to be moved but willing to push Felix to leave from there. ATM seems to have lured us in with Samu, and they planned for him to reject the offer from us. Then, they offered us Felix instead as a replacement for Samu. They knew Conor had already agreed to join with them. They wanted to make us look bad for holding the deal up with the hope we'll agree to buy unwanted talent like Felix.

And if Chelsea is gonna fall into this ATM's trap, we will look so stupid. I totally disagreed with bringing Felix back to this club. Conor brings much more to the squad than Felix did last seasons.

Currently several clubs have improved their squads in the transfer market, in England we see that Chelsea is the team that is most active in bringing in players in the current transfer market, in fact they are reportedly still targeting several more new players to get, but what is happening to Chelsea is actually In contrast to Liverpool, Liverpool have only been rumored to recruit several players so far but in fact they haven't managed to get a single player at the moment, but in my opinion, with the remaining two weeks of course maybe we will continue to see surprises happening in the transfer market will be later, because two weeks can be said to be enough time for Liverpool to recruit new players, but although Liverpool have not yet brought in any new players, their progress in the current pre-season matches is quite perfect without being defeated,  and  contrast with Chelsea which actually experienced a lot of negative trends in pre-season matches.
At the moment and actually makes me think that Liverpool will still be able to compete next season even without recruiting new players.

Ten Hag is in charge of Manchester United, and things have gone badly. Are you excited about the books he's signing? Antony? Too expensive and not very good. Onana? First saves the ball, then lets one slip through. Ten Hag is standing up for him? We call that denial

Mount? Another Ten Hag favorite, but what difference does it make? There are lots of better midfielders out there. Don't forget about Ronaldo either. A star was too much for Ten Hag to handle, so he pushed him out. That's not good leadership

In short, Ten Hag is in too deep. He doesn't know how to deal with difficult people or put together a winning team. Manchester United should have more
The season has just started, and we still have lots of games to play. We shouldn't judge the competence of a coach by a single game. I know that the Community Shield is an important match but they lost to a better side. For Onana, I was also disappointed by his performance, especially in the penalties. He was practically diving before the ball came in all the penalties. But he is not a bad goalkeeper if the team has a good defense. Mount is a shadow of himself and needs to improve or be benched.

He handled Ronaldo's issues badly, but the striker also has a history of having problems with coaches. The coach has the backing of the management, so we have to be patient. Don't also forget that Ten Hag gave us a trophy last season, he can do better this season.

I think that financially it’s great for Osimhen, Chelsea give out ridiculously long contracts to players so their future is secure, no matter how bad they perform.

As a sporting decision it’s a really crap move for Osimhen, Chelsea are a mess.
Mikel Obi and Didier Drogba are trying to make sure that Osimhen signs for Chelsea because they believe he can really do well, maybe he will because he has a very good fighting spirit.

I was surprised from the news to see Crystal Palace loose Michael Olise to Bayern, Manchester United were pushing the race before. Olise in Bayern will be a very good one to help Kompany claim back the Bundesliga for Bayern Munich.

Osimhen to Chelsea will be very good and he will help the team but the negotiations between Napoli and Chelsea will not hold due to the amount that Napoli wants to sell the player also it depends on the player because the player also demands a higher salary and Chelsea don’t want to pay the amount he wants, mikel obi Drogba can talk to Osimhen since they are very close to him and advise him since they both want him to play for Chelsea, Osimhen can become a good player and win trophy if he join Chelsea.

About Michael Olise to Bayern Munich, Crystal Palace made money by selling Olise Because many clubs wanted to sign him and he chose Bayern Munich over the other clubs, Olise in Bayern Munich is going to have a good chance to play because of his performance in Olympic Games was very impressive and I believe with the players Bayern Munich have currently they are going to have a good season.

But, I still question whether Napoli has money to sign him from Manchester United. or will they send another nonsense offer like they did to Chelsea over Lukaku?

I don't know how good their finances are recently honestly. But if they especially agree on a deal for Osimhen ASAP then they would be able to afford many players. But first they need to make some sacrifice from the amount they want (130 million euros).  Sad  Let's say they agreed for around 100 million, it would be great for them anyway. For now they are in talks with Chelsea. There might be swap plus money deal as Napoli wants Lukaku.

but it's not the same to play the Champions League with Napoli as with Chelsea, let's face it, Napoli won't even be able to compete for the Scudetto this year because there are many teams that are coming up and want to win, so it will be a team that will have to fight for the top places in the championship at least the first year

Staying at Napoli also does not guarantee Osimhen's career will be better in the future, I think the problem is not only that but also between Napoli management and Osimhen who no longer have strong chemistry and in my opinion Osimhen is no longer wholeheartedly playing for Napoli so it is indeed appropriate for Napoli management to sell Osimhen in the transfer market this season and in my opinion it will work well for both Napoli and Osimhen.

There are many possible options to happen, an exchange or Osimhen going to another team because currently there are several teams interested in bringing in Osimhen but are constrained by the selling price which is too high set by Napoli management.
