According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Arsenal have already made an offer for the Fiorentina's talented striker Dusan Vlahovic. It is claimed that they have offered €70m. And they are ready to give Lucas Torreira as an extra too. If this is true, I don't think that Arsenal will be the only team who offer a deal for him. Vlahovic is one of the very impressive players in the recent times. He is a great striker candidate for some big clubs already. We will see whether there will be some other clubs too to offer a deal.

https://www.gazzetta.it/Calcio/Serie-A/Fiorentina/04-01-2022/vlahovic-spunta-arsenal-offerta-70-milioni-prenderlo-subito-430748019340_preview.shtml?reason=unauthenticated&origin=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gazzetta.it%2FCalcio%2FSerie-A%2FFiorentina%2F04-01-2022%2Fvlahovic-spunta-arsenal-offerta-70-milioni-prenderlo-subito-430748019340.shtml

Arsenal looks serious about this deal and Vlahovic would be a good addition to this Arsenal squad that appears to have resurrected from the dead and started winning games again that has taken them back to top 4 in EPL table. Vlahovic has had an interesting season in the seria A. Fiorentina is said to be waiting to see if more interesting transfers will pop. If none does, they'll have no choice but to accept Arsenal's bid.

too much competition for this guy, I heard about manchester city (a club that has hunted a real striker) and Juventus also wants his service. I heard about 80 million euros, a high price for the club that has a financial problem. I believe he will choose the club that have in the champion league in the next session and have a good manager who will choose him to always play.

He will go where they will pay more in salary, that is.

Also keep in mind he also has 10-12 millions plus for commissions to his manager, and that is a lot of money.

In recent days, Coutinho has been rumored to be leaving Barcelona, and Arsenal are ready to sign the former Liverpool. The transfer to be made is as a loan. There is still no further information whether Arsenal are really serious about signing Coutinho or not. Liverpool public may not expect this deal to be reached.  Tongue

Coutinho might be a good for Arsenal, and I think he would be a better player at Arsenal than he is at Barcelona.

After signing Ferran Torres, I also think they'd need to leg of of some players on the high wages and have been a unimpressive at the club.

I really don't understand what Romelu Lukaku is up to now.  Grin  In an interview with a news source, he said that he was not happy about staying at Chelsea. But a short time after this, he said to Thomas Tuchel that he was not planning to leave anytime soon. But it is obvious that he would like to come back to Inter at some point. It seems like he really liked to play there and he was really performing perfectly also. He is not as good as that at Chelsea now. But I hope to see him scoring more goals than now in the future.
The quality of the premier league is higher than the italian league. They have a lot of teams that are known around the world. It's the same in Italy, of course, but I don't think it's as tough as the Premier League. This may be one of the reasons why Lukaku is so good at the Italian adventure. I don't know if he will come back to Inter, but if he does, I think he will be successful there again.

It looks like he has an intention to go back to Inter when the time is right. He has already insinuated something about it a lot. Maybe he is not unhappy at Chelsea now but he will still want to leave at some point. Until then, I would like to see Lukaku's best performance like he had at Inter. He really shined there and he should continue to perform like that here also. In this case, he can be very successful with Chelsea also.

There is no doubt that Dusan Vlahovic is one of the hottest prospects in all of European football right now but I’m not sure if this guy has the courage to take on the challenge of the premier league. I prefer Clavert Lewin or even Ollie Watkins of Aston Villa that has been in the Premier league and averages 10 goals every season without injury. This Vhalovic guy can be a one season wonder. Never saw Dusan as a good EPL player and wont really suit Arsenal style of play. He is more like a Poacher that awaits in the Penalty area for balls. Arsenal requires a striker that can play like Lacazette, runs with or without the ball to create chances.
I guess I get that he is expensive for what he can bring, so I do agree with the fact that he would be not really worth the money he would be getting and the transfer fee, but I would also not say that he would be bad neither. Ten goals a season could be something he can do in EPL as well if you ask me, as long as he stays healthy, we are talking about 38 games, which is nearly one goal per 4 games and that is something I really do see it happening for Dusan.

The only reason why I would be against it would be the price point, if you are going to pay something like 70+ million for a striker, you could definitely get someone that is much better, probably a lot older but much better. Hell I feel like you could get Lewandowski for that price, he could play another 3-4 seasons as well considering how older players are a lot better these days.

Everton, Liverpool and Aston Villa are very interested in signing Liverpool, but until now the three teams have not officially submitted an offer to Barcelona, except for Arsenal, which has indeed met with Coutinho agent, but reportedly Arsenal offer to borrow Coutinho has been rejected by Barcelona, who intends to selling coutinho this season, in my opinion the two possible teams that will continue coutinho career, namely liverpool and aston villa, coutinho who has played for liverpool certainly really wants to reunite with his old club, or maybe his close relationship with gerrard who once played in the same team with coutinho, can be an attraction for coutinho to join aston villa, playing for everton ?, I think it might be difficult for coutinho who was once part of liverpool because everton is an eternal rival of liverpool so far.

Arsenal and Everton are club most close get deal and agreement with Coutinho but depend which one his club for this window transfer, I think he looks not happy stay and keep extended in Barcelona trough not get minutes playing and this year have world cup in Qatar where become moment for Coutinho can play more minutes with any club, I think Arsenal is the best option and we know how good connection between Arsenal and Barcelona on player transfer agreement, both team ever sell and buy player each other like Henry and Fabregas to Barcelona and many Arsenal player success move to Camp Nou last several years.

Since the disciplinary violation committed by Aubameyang, Arsenal have removed his name from the list of players in the 6 has matches played, and as a player who is still under contract with the club, Aubameyang should obey the rules that exist within the club, I think by violating discipline, of course as a captain, aubameyang will set a bad example for other players in arsenal, as an arsenal fan to be honest I want aubameyang out of arsenal now and indeed it is better for him to look for another club in the current transfer market.
Truly, he is a leader on the field and is indeed a very bad example when a captain does something that is detrimental to team activities.
I think Arsenal's decision is indeed reasonable and it is a very wise choice to let him go at this time because his presence in the squad only adds to the salary cost because it will no longer be used.
when there is a club that dares to bid on this player, why not just let it go
Recently there were few rumors about him that few clubs are interested to have him in their team, but negotiations are going ahead which is not coming openly due to his attitude without from team disciplinary violation is terrible impact about this great player with good skills and having leadership qualities.

Most chances Arsenal management allow him to leave club because now they are having some good number of players for their better future in target in next transfer window, so it's important for them to allow him for joining his next desired club for better play and in case off loading this salary cost which is having on Arsenal for some time now.

he is one striker who is still quite good and even his performances at dortmund and arsenal are still leaning towards even better actually.
but indeed the discipline of this player must be regulated. How he is now unused in his arsenal is due to his lack of discipline.
but of course Newcastle also have to be able to find someone good enough for their midfield general because now they are very difficult to regulate their attack pattern and their midfield is so monotonous

The journalist Sique Rodriguez tweeted information that the midfielder of the Catalan “Barcelona” Philippe Coutinho wants to continue his career in the English Premier League.

According to the source, the midfielder intends to move to London Arsenal. Recall that earlier Coutinho played in the Premier League for Liverpool, so he is well acquainted with the league.

The 29-year-old attacking midfielder has made 16 appearances with Barcelona this season and has scored 2 goals.

The idea of leaving Barcelona and entering the 4th club of the EPL, the strongest and most expensive league at the moment, is undoubtedly a good move. But for Barcelona this state of affairs is probably unpleasant, it very quickly lost its status and now it has to put more effort than before in order to lure/retain players.

Before the opening of the January transfer window, arsenal had been continuously linked with Dusan Vlahovic, arsenal who this season planned to sell Aubameyang and also there was no improvement in performance from lacazette, of course they will look for a striker who is quite good like Dusan Vlahovic, a deal with Fiorentina might be possible happened because arsenal offered them a fantastic price, but Dusan Vlahovic, who is currently being targeted by many big teams, will likely refuse to join arsenal, because in my opinion, if Dusan Vlahovic joins arsenal it will be the same as he is still at Fiorentina, because which is a club that neither can guarantee him to get the trophy.

I think Morata will be successful in Spain. He will concentrate better than the Italian league and will come to the matches more mentally ready. If he reflects this during the match, he will play better matches than he played in Italy. Barcelona has young players who can offer Morata good opportunities. If the transfer takes place, let's see together.
7 goals in 23 matches for a striker who is in a team like Juventus? I would call such performance very average. Morata used to perform even better as compared to his current form. Remember when he left Juventus for Real Madrid?
He went on to score 15 goals in 26 matches.

I think that 7 goals in 23 matches is not that bad i mean you can not expect every striker to score 30+ goals per season just because Ronaldo, Messi and Lewandowski are doing that for some years now. For me Morata is a great player that always showed some good performances over his career so far but he somehow never really managed to make that last step to be an absolute world class striker. It is pretty safe to say that Morata will show a good performance in spain as it is his native country. For me this transfer would definitely make sense. Barca is broke and can not just sign the best and most expensive players. They have to look for players that are performing well but are a little bit under the radar.

I don't think he is stupid and he will wait for a bigger club with all the respect for Arsenal he can end in a team who will play the next Champions League.

Sometimes players are not optimal when they are on a team that is not suitable after all, there's no point in Morata to stay there if the performance continues to deteriorate
The best option is to move and try new things with the new team Barcelona wants it because of something we just see how this scenario occurs. the news is depay will go to Juventus replace Morata..

It's not today that people speak ill of Morata, remember that in the middle of last year he said he even received death threats because of his performance?
I think they're overcharging when in fact they should let him play where he feels best, regardless of the level of the team he plays for.
I don't think his performance is bad, but I would also like to see him playing for Barcelona, it's an old request from Xavi, but the decision is up to the player.

I also think that Juve does not want to lose him. Especially after it was just reported that Aaron Ramsey is in agreement with Newcastle and wants to leave Juve. Accordingly, Morata would be another bitter loss that they will probably not accept.
As I said before, Juventus extended Morata's contract to keep their attacking power/balance. I can understand this way since it is not easy to get a central forward, especially when many clubs are in the same situation of an urgent for central forwards. Juventus management probably thinks that the competition to sign central forwards to be very tight in the next transfer window.

I think Morata will be successful in Spain.
There is no guarantee for his success in Spain although he is a Spanish man, ever played in Spain, and a striker on Spanish national team. It depends on how his next team supports him and how well he can adapt to the game style of the new team. Also, how he can fit with the atmosphere of La Liga competition.
