If they can get a player like Mbappe without having to pay any transfer fee than they surely have to act and try to get him even though they probably have to pay him 30+ million € per year as salary + some bribing money for their agents. If they go for Mbappe and really go all out for him in terms of salary then i just can not imagine, that they will also try to get Haaland because that is just to expensive and Real Madrid already has 900 million € of debts so they are in a bad financial situation already at the moment.
