Real Madrid will be compliant of FFP rules once their buying ends, they’ll sell their top players and balance their books. The rebuilding has began at Real Madrid and once these players understand each other they’ll be unstoppable, now all they need to do is to buy the final player Pogba. Manchester United are playing hardball with them but I expect Pogba will push for the transfer, and leave Manchester United for good.

Real is doing top job in this transfer window. As you said now they have to sell someone as well. I believe Bale is top of the sell list. Zidane clearly showed he doesn't see him as a part of the squad. Only problem could be his wages which are probably a bit on the high side for most clubs but it should be in Bale interest to move on as well. He is still young enough to revitalize his career.

Pogba is top player but with problematic character, shouldn't Eriksen be better signing for Real? He will give his best trough good times and bad and will not cause media problems in case he needs to sit out the match or gets a bad spell of form.

Also, how much players they can buy in one transfer summer? He already spent 300million, if he doesn't sell someone, how can buy more expensive players and stay in FFP? Plus he asking too much money for his players even if they don't play on the top level.
You have to remember that Real Madrid have not been spending so much for so seasons now and as seen in the previous transfers, they have been offloading players too at fair good prices.
So I am a pretty sure a couple of players will be offloaded and believe me they won't be cheap either so FFP will just be fine. I know Papa Perez knows what he's doing  Wink

Real Madrid confirm €48 million Mendy transfer

Lyon's Ferland Mendy has become Real Madrid's latest summer signing, joining the Blancos in a deal worth an initial €48 million (£42.7m/$54m)
Now, after spending heavily on bolstering the Blanco forward line with the Jovic and Hazard moves, Madrid have turned their attention on defence once again, bringing in the highly rated left-back on a six-year contract as the presumed heir to ageing Brazil legend Marcelo.

"Mendy will be presented on Wednesday June 19, at 1pm, in the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu."
According to Lyon, the sale was negotiated for the sum of €48m plus a further €5m in future bonuses.

Real Madrid presented Jovic Officially a few moments ago. Jovic looks really happy to be in the best club in the world. I really hope Jovic pass a wonderful season with Madrid. I also heard Hazard will be presented soon!

Another great signing for Real Madrid.
I think that Jovic will have to prove himself that he is capable of being in the first line up. Prolly he will be benched on the start of the season, unlike Hazard for example that he will join the first team immediately.
he will be a suitable modric partner in the real Madrid midfield, I think Zidane will find the perfect formation for Real Madrid next season with new players coming to this rich club.

~snip~ I think Zidane need to sell a couple of players, why keep numerous stars when they obviously are not part of your plans, ~snip~

I agree that Zidane needs to sell some players. Karim Benzema and Lucas Vázquez can be considered to put on the selling list since Real Madrid has already got Eden Hazard and Luka Jovic currently. Anyway, If Real Madrid has a serious intention to have a new revolution on their squad, I think it is the time to change Benzema with a new top striker.

Welcome to Real Madrid, Mendy  Cool Jovic today, Hazard to be presented tomorrow, Mendy next week...Now we wait for the Pogba or Eriksen official announcement in the upcoming weeks, plus, maybe Mbappe towards the end of transfer window?  Roll Eyes

Do you think we don't want to sell some players? We also need to comply to the FFP regulations but, we're just not getting any offers LOL  Grin Things are so bad regarding sells that we presented the new t-shirt for the next season with Bale!! Check out @realmadrid on twitter.

there is no guarantee here that they will win anything, even if they buy new 11 top players. I remember when Real have Figo, Zidane, Beckham, Ronaldo but he still not win many trophies.
Also, how much players they can buy in one transfer summer? He already spent 300million, if he doesn't sell someone, how can buy more expensive players and stay in FFP? Plus he asking too much money for his players even if they don't play on the top level.

when the clubs hear "Real Madrid" they automatically rise the price of the players. if Real wants to buy someone there is no money limitation.

Exactly, it doesn't happen to just Real Madrid the same thing applies to Barcelona, PSG and Man City when they approach clubs for players. This is the only why Barcelona could have ever paid €105 million for Dembelé.

I think Zidane need to sell a couple of players, why keep numerous stars when they obviously are not part of your plans, I'd be surprised if both Bale and Isco remains with Real Madrid at the start of next season, there are yet to be significant talks about them though, but with Hazard and Jovic deal completed already, the next few weeks could be about outgoing transfers.

Real Madrid were fantastic at this summer's transfer by bringing in 3 players namely Eder Militao, Luka Jovic and Eden Hazard. Of course, these three players are expected to be able to pass the good season with Real Madrid. With many new players it will certainly have an impact on old players who may leave Real Madrid, Nacho Fernandez, Mariano Diaz and Brahim Diaz. That's three players who might be threatened in Madrid.
Real Madrid in this season has made another transfer saga like a few years ago, buying superstars I think their target is to win UCL again. I think El Classico will be a fantastic match next season.

I wanna bet on Mou as the next Chelsea manager.  Take your pick and give me good odds if your pick is Lampard or Benitez or anybody more favored than Mou.

Open to anybody trusted.  20 bucks max from me.

I’m not betting on this, not confident enough. Been seeing rumours that Benitez goes to Chelsea & Newcastle get Mourinho because they’re getting bought out by a Sheikh.

Newcastle United will perhaps become the next Manchester City.  Clubs are buying their way to success and pushing out the old top 4 which have dominated the EPL.  At least its better than seeing Manchester United win every year like in the past.

There are actually 4 new signings including forward Rodrygo. The attack is really filled up and definitely we shall have some players leaving soon including Bale(Though he seems to be reluctant to leave)

^  I wonder what the lines are gonna be for UCL winner for 2019/20...  I'd def put some action on Real at 5 or more.

I strongly doubt any bookies would offer them to win the at such an odd, I think they will be available at not more than 3.50 odds, They will be starting the season as one of the favorites.

He said he was open to the idea of going back to Chelsea if the objective wasn't to win anything right away but to build a winning team.  Look for that interview online...

I wouldn't mind Mou to Newcastle too.  Smiley

Anyway the bet is still on to anybody trusted.  Trofo?

Nah, I'll skip this one, don't have a clue about Mourinho preferences. But I am willing to bet that Slaven Bilic will be next West Brom manager. Just kidding that one should be a done deal according do our local newspaper which were quoting sky sports article I believe. Slaven Bilic is a great guy I am just not so sure anymore if it wouldn't be better for him to start working full time as commentator instead of coaching.

I think there is no chance to happen Mourinho in Chelsea again, he is not that stupid. But if Newcastle has new owners, then it is a great opportunity for Mou. Solid transfer budget, building a team from scratch and no big pressure as they have in his last three clubs. Also, it will certainly help to draw attention to this club.

I agree, it seems impossible if Mourinho returns to Chelsea but it is very interesting to be a coach at Newcastle because it will be a new challenge in Mourinho's career. what interested me was about who he would bring to  Newcastle.
