I think PSG knows about the loss and they are knowingly taking the risk and hoping that Mbappe changes his decision and signs the contract extension and that is why they did not accepted those bids for a player who is on the edge of his contract.
I think Mbappe's move out of the club is inevitable, if not to Real Madrid, definitely another club. But after watching today's Nation League final match (France vs Spain), and seeing the chemistry in play between Mbappe and Benzema, I'm convinced that if Mbappe pulls through for Real Madrid and moves to the club, it will be massive for the club his combination with his fellow countryman Benzema and also for his self development.

Love this kind of news.

Ever since Newcastle had a new owner, alot of media has been reporting lot of news about them which actually works out for their favour because this is pretty much like free advertisement for Newcastle. Tons of speculation news about their next signing and so on but so far the new owner hasnt really state any official intention yet on putting more money into the club financial then turn it into a super club or something like that. The new owner could be choosing to build the club slowly over the course of years instead.

Being a big club comes with a lot of responsibility and a lot of recognition. Since the takeover, Newcastle has gained a lot of followers on social media platforms, received the media attention everyone expected of them, and sold their next game ticket against Tottenham a week before the game, and that's how big clubs work. With greater TV rights and more people watching their game starting with their next game, the coach will be under a lot of pressure because the entire globe will be watching. I'm hoping they win their next game to welcome the new owners.

Antonio Conte has been one of the candidates to be Newcastle's new manager. But it seems like he will be rejecting the offer. There are still candidates like Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard. These managers both are legends of the Premier League. Newcastle would really like to sign one of them in this case. Lampard couldn't do well when he was Chelsea's manager but this time maybe he can fit Newcastle, who knows.
Who knows, maybe the players will be inspired by Lampard's personality and will train hard to achieve results. Maybe Newcastle will make a couple of top transfers, the club owner can afford it, his fortune is over 100 billion dollars, and his family fortune is over a trillion, so he will not be poor if he spends 200 million on transfers)

Strong players will not go to Newcastle even if they are offered a lot of money. It takes a couple of seasons and a good game to gain a foothold among at least the first 5-6 teams in order to motivate strong players to move to the team. This may take several years.
Yes, he can, but if you think about it, you do not need to buy a large number of top players at once, you can gradually buy players above the average class, show results and then the top players will go to the club by themselves. Everything starts somewhere) With that kind of money it doesn't make sense to make money for himself, I don't think it will add significantly to his budget(owner), but as a hobby and an interest in taking the team to the top - why not?

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-10075103/Newcastle-enter-race-Tottenham-Juventus-sign-Paris-Saint-Germain-striker-Mauro-Icardi.html

It says that Newcastle are going to be after PSG striker Mauro Icardi to sign. According to the source, Juventus and Tottenham are also interested in bringing him to the team. But Newcastle have much more to offer to him. The most important thing is that they may have to give him a promise of building a very strong team to be able to sign him. But Newcastle will make it happen easily as they have an incredible amount of money from now on.
If this is the first big name player they are going to get, I can't think of any other worse choice. At the end of the day, he is an old player and they need to make a big news, a big deal, like PSG getting Neymar levels of noise in order to make others come to their team. If they could get Haaland right now, that would show they mean business and they could both pay Dortmund, and pay Haaland excessive amount of money to convince him, like literally 50+ million dollars if they could which they can afford now that the owners are rich.

After getting him, they would be able to convince other players as well. If not then getting like Icardi, Bale, and some other players who are good but unhappy at their teams would be good if they can get bunch of them instead of just one.

I think PSG knows about the loss and they are knowingly taking the risk and hoping that Mbappe changes his decision and signs the contract extension and that is why they did not accepted those bids for a player who is on the edge of his contract. However it is amusing to see that PSG sees Real Madrid bid as a disrespect with their continuous attempts to sign the player.
Currently less than 1 year of Mbappe's contract will expire at PSG and this situation requires PSG to move quickly to offer him a new contract and bind the player for the next few season. I think so far PSG have done it but maybe the two sides haven't found an agreement. Real Madrid would benefit if Mbappe were bought for free from PSG, however there is no more plausible reason for Mbappe not to sign his new contract with PSG if not for wanting to cost his former club big losses. I don't think that will happen with PSG and Mbappe. Real Madrid had to spend a lot of money to get this player.

The other day Mbappe's mommy said that they wanted to leave this season so that PSG could benefit from the transfer fee. SO far it seems like Mbappe won't renew whatsoever. So if he doesn't renew the contract, Real Madrid will get him next season without an ant transfer fee. All they have to pay is his wage and bonus and stuff.  So, I think that this will be a loss for PSG as Real Madrid already proposed 180 Million dollars as the fee but PSG rejected it.

There is no clear penalty for Real Madrid as long as Mbappe still has the desire to move then Real Madrid will continue to pursue him until he signs a contract with him.
However, PSG must be willing to lose if Mbappe does not extend the contract, but that's where PSG's loss is because they don't let go before the contract expires so this will be a free transfer while Mbappe's interest in Madrid is firmly anchored in Madrid, so this is just an attempt on how PSG can persuade Mbappe to stay at PSG.

To become champion of the champions league this season is probably the only reason PSG keep Mbappe, frankly I see PSG are currently gambling by rejecting the offer given by Real Madrid in the last transfer market, because if Mbappe still does not want to extend his contract this season, of course PSG will lose quite a lot of money because they have to release mbappe on a free transfer in the next transfer market, until now there has been no sign if Mbappe will want to extend his contract at PSG.

PSG sporting director Leonardo is still claiming that Kylian Mbappe won't leave the team in January or at the end of the season. He still believes that Mbappe will be signing a new contract with his team. And he says that Real Madrid should be punished for still chasing Mbappe to sign. This is really interesting I think. I don't know why Leonardo doesn't want to understand Mbappe's wishes and he still insists on that Mbappe will stay. One thing is for sure that Mbappe will have the last word. And then, PSG will have nothing to do about it.

I wonder what he means by punishment for Real Madrid? I have not heard of any restrictions on the time when clubs can negotiate and show interest in other players. Obviously, they are offended to lose such a player (and even free if the matter is not settled before the end of the season), but they need to accept that Mbappe wants to play in Real Madrid.

Icardi is a talented player. He did not get a place in the main squad of the PSG team. Because PSG now has the extra striker that they needed. All of them are more skilled than Icardi. If Newcastle wants to take Icardi to the team, it is good for both Icardi and Newcastle. Because Newcastle has no experienced players at the moment. They have to rearrange the whole team. Icardi could be their first signing.
Looks like Newcastle has already started their business, and I am very sure they will be the best among their rivals. There is no doubt that Newcastle will be an excellent club with a great deal to offer. Honestly, that's the best offer Icardi could possibly get, he should commit to the club ASAP and begin making history there instead of being a bench player for PSG.

Honestly that story should be postponed for the moment and restarted once the next transfer window starts! Every couple of days you hear something from Perez, PSG staff, Mbappe's father or mother, his friends... Just rumours.. And talking about PSG reaction to Real Madrid talk about recruiting Mbappe outside of the window, I find it normal. Mbappe is a professional player and he has a contract with PSG. Once the contract expires he will be free to go. Hearing distracting news every so on about him joining Real Madrid doesn't make sense right now.

It may not be this year but when Newcastle United start playing in Champions League almost all players want to play there. Imagine having unlimited amount of money to spend, you can rebuild Los Galacticos with that. I don't think many players would reject to play for that kind of project team. You can hire world class manager and become Top 4 teams in 3-4 years. It won't happen overnight but remember Arabs bought that club, not rent it. I'm sure they have a good vision for long term success.

What's needed at the moment for them to reach up to the top is a top quality coach with great tactics.
They want to quality for the top four and play for the Champions League ?
Then they can when a total over haul and a change in the management.
This can be achieved in two to three years time.

When it comes to Haaland's next club, it might be Real Madrid. Because I have heard that Real Madrid are planning to sign Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland both at the same time. As they won't be playing any transfer fee for Mbappe, they are going to be able to buy Haaland also financially. But it shouldn't be against the financial rules of the league too. If Real Madrid don't sign him, maybe we can see him in the English Premier League too.

Haaland might have wanted to goto Real Madrid few years ago but I don't think that would be the case today. La liga has lost plenty of value since both Ronaldo and Messi are no longer playing in the Spanish league so I'm not sure it's that dominant as before. Haaland would be better off playing in the toughest league in Europe, the premier league.

The leadership of Bayern are watching the situation at Barcelona, which is now in serious financial problems. Diario Sport reports that the Munich people are not against intercepting several players from the “blue garnet”.

According to the source, the main goal of the Reds is Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen. Also, the Germans do not mind signing fullback Serginho Dest and midfielder Pedri.

If the Catalans decide to put up any of these players, Bayern will be one of the first to buy.

I wonder what the Barcelona bosses are planning, will they sell/release all their stars at the end of their contracts? If things go at such a pace, then there is a suspicion that next season Barcelona will not play in the Champions League but in the Europa League maximum. I will hope that the Super League will start from next year and this will allow Barcelona to solve their problems.

If the rumors are true, Ter Stegen will be a good signing for Bayern. You know, Neuer has been the wall of Bayern for a long time and now that he is aging, they will need a replacement and Stegen seems to be a perfect one. Neuer's countryman Stegen could serve Bayern for the next 4 or 5 years if everything goes alright. And Pedri is an exciting prospect. That lad can run all day and we have already seen that he was a crucial part for both Spain and Barcelona in their endeavors.

That would depend how much the club’s revenues are and if it justifies having both those players in their payroll without threatening the club’s long term financial survival.  The best club at the top level to do it in modern football is Bayern Munich imo.

And ffs...  The current favorite to be next Newcastle United manager is the fraud Roberto Martinez.  Lawl.

Transfer rumours:

Newcastle United plan to make a move for Napoli and Senegal centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly, 30, as they look to bring in a marquee signing. Newcastle are also interested in bringing in Paris St-Germain and Argentina striker Mauro Icardi, although Tottenham and Juventus are also keen on the 28-year-old. So, the new great football story is just beginning  Cheesy
PSG sporting director Leonardo remains confident that France star Kylian Mbappe, 22, will stay at the club and insists Real Madrid should be punished for their pursuit of him. It seems to me that PSG is losing in this story.
Juventus could have a chance to sign 28-year-old France midfielder Paul Pogba, whose contract with Manchester United runs out in the summer, if they can manage to sell at least two players. The great return of the prodigal son?  Grin
Liverpool are planning to try to sign France forward Ousmane Dembele on a free transfer when the 24-year-old's contract with Barcelona ends in the summer. How realistic is this?

Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/58852255

The Newcastle transfer targets and rumors have already started  Cheesy. Koulibaly has been a target for Pep Guardiola for a long time and if he is offered a good amount of money, I think he should go to Newcastle and then more players will be interested to join Newcastle after that.  Signing Icardi could also be a good idea and I think if the offer is made, Icardi will accept it as he will hardly get enough minutes in PSG because of the Messi-Neymar-Mbappe trio they have. I'm not sure about Pogba, maybe he should go to Real Madrid rather than Juventus again.
