Yep, it is the right time to get Bale back, Tottenham should take advantage of this situation. Bale still can't play regularly in Real Madrid, he must have a big desire to leave. Moreover, with his contract only 1 year left, it should make it easier to get Bale at a lower price. I am pretty sure that Tottenham has a big chance to buy him back. Not surprising when you consider that he's now 7 years older than when Real bought him and that he isn't part of the team anymore at Real and also won't be as long as Zidane is coach. Real will be so relieved to be able to have him off their payroll. So if the Spurs are really interested and Bale agrees to a (probably) lower salary, I see a good chance for that comeback.

Never seen Reguilon play either but I think we’ve all seen Bale play, it’s where he became a star before it prompted Real to pay a lot of money for him. I think a return to Spure for Bale would be nice. I’d like to see him playing regularly again.
That would also be great if happens. Bale is a great player and have great pace and PL suits him as well. Getting him will solve many problems for Tottenham. And for Real Madrid it will be great as well since they are getting off a bench player with high wage. So that would pull of great financial weight on their chest.

Depay as replacement? That would be a huge downgrade compared to Suarez from the way I see it, every since he joined OL his value started to drop compared to when he was just a youngster in PSV. Barca will just be better off taking forwards in the premier league rather than taking Depay. Among the forwards link to Barca I think Lautaro Martinez is the most ideal for them to focus on as he is really proving to be a good asset for Inter, but this transfer seems to be impossible for them seeing that Inter and Martinez have a good relationship with each other.

Why? Because on premier teams have around 4 billion € at the end of the season and Liga/SerieA 1.5/2 billion.
