Ole won’t last the season imo but it’s going to take a lot more than a constant managerial merry-go-round to return Man Utd to their former glories. They need to change a lot including player recruitment.
The reality is now hitting them so hard. They just don't have enough patience and it's a big problem.  Look at Liverpool and Klopp, they gave him enough time to build a team despite losing so many finals and being trophy-less for a number of seasons and now they are now one of the league favorites.
Even one of the best, Guardiola had a rocky beginning at Machester City. IMO, Mourinho was the best Chance United had to revive their past glory but the got to impatient.

Did Solksjaer did really made United better? He is not fond and later would let go on Lukaku and some players. Solksjaer revamped United and probably more to come. They are waiting to sign another players as what we are seeing as they have the money. But then there are new rumors of Paul Pogba being courted to play for Real Madrid. This maybe too early but if ever Pogba is out of United and Solksjaer fails to sign another reliable players then it seems his days in United are limited. If I were Pogba, I would also pick Madrid over this disarrayed team.

What are the chances that things may continue not to work out for Manchester United if Ole is sacked, and they bring in Allegri?
I would say 85% chances

The problem with Manchester United is more than just the Managers. It's with the top administration and the Glazers. You can't tell me you can make an Inexperienced Ole your coach and expect him to produce perfect results with in one season.

So it seems that he is not refusing that he is in talks about joining the Premier League.
Possibly the Manchester United's board is expecting for a lose in the game against Liverpool so as to sack Ole-Gunnar and get Allegri on-board.

I think the change of Ole will happen at the end of the season or half of the season. If Ole does not bring any changes at all and when I face Liverpool I will suffer defeat, I'm sure the Allgeri process will be accelerated.

But I am sure Ole and his troops will continue to try as much as possible for the best for Manchester United and that will be proven in this upcoming match.

^  Omg omg!  Yes pleeeaasse!  I'd looove to see Mou back in the EPL and owning.  The league would be more interesting (and more entertaining) with him around.  And who knows...  They could win the EPL or the CL with him.
But do you actually see Poch getting sacked if (for example) he doesn't win against Watford this weekend?

Man, the odds for Poch getting the sack are @6.00, and Steve Bruce @13.00. I didn't see that coming at the start of the season lol

More hints related to Allegri into Manchester United.

Today he released an interview and a journalist saying "I'm not good enough in English but I0m studying it"
Now the media are gonna start speculating about how he's learning english in order to accept the job  Roll Eyes
Mourinho turned down Lyon job as there is an opportunity in EPL with the latest Tottenham terrible performance, I'm pretty sure he will land on the white hart lane Tottenham Stadium side. Best luck for him although it's always hard to become his opponent considering what he has done to my lovely club Chelsea.

Media always find a way to correlating between the lines ... and there you go people get interested with that headline Grin .

This is more than a speculation, Allegri is not a stupid person if he said this specific response to a question on in an interview related to his future, this probably means he is really interested on premier league and the more probable destinations are Manchester or Spurs.
Look like all stage is set for him just waiting for Liverpool vs Manchester United match this make decision whats going to happen here if they able to do some better then ole's staying here otherwise Allegri is going to have some English lessons before Christmas.

Is this an Allegri code getting closer to Manchester United? something interesting to note, but unfortunately there has been no further development. Maybe this rumor will be hot again when approaching Christmas / January transfer season.

Mourinho usually only goes to teams that spend, spend, spend. For that reason I don’t see him going to Spurs because they’re quite frugal. Daniel Levy doesn’t splash the cash.

Don't think about the uncertainty for now. That's just a rumor and there hasn't been any official development yet. Certainly close to us is Allegri who will go to Manchester United. That will provide a major change for MU in the future.
The rumour indeed says it that after bad results this season under Solskjaer then Allegri was linked to Manchester United and Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino also rumoured will be the replacement of Solskjaer too but another speculated maybe will appears that if Mauricio Pochettino went to Manchester United then possibly Mourinho will went at London and became an Tottenham manager

Bullshit rumour of the week: Mourinho to Tottenham?

Well, do you guys see Mou as the Spurs manager any time soon? If the team loses against Watford, a team currently sitting in the 20th pos of the league table, next weekend, something's definitely gonna happen.
Yeah, that's really impossible actually. But why was this rumor raised? Even though Spurs don't need a new manager at all, they can still get up with the squad and coach now. What needs a new manager is Manchester United, they need help.

That's the thing.  I think they do.  Some of Poch's comments this season (and during the summer transfer window) weren't exactly encouraging.

There is another interesting news coming from Manchester United, Manchester United Use Spy Services on the Transfer Market. It's really impressive what Manchester United have done. rumored to be using the services of 'spy' companies to move in the player transfer market. Red Devils hope this step makes them more successful in recruiting new players.

Why does that transfer look like a shift from "horse to donkey" from Spurs perspective. For me, Poch is much better coach, especilly long term. Granted, Mourinho could be what Spurs dressing room needs to strat clicking again but somehow I belive the problems are much deeper and change of coach can only help for short time. Something like Ole in Man Utd.

Mourinho to Tottenham entirely depends on Zidanes fate at Real Madrid, if Zidane retains the backing of the club then Mourinho may choose Tottenham as his next destination. However if Zidane were to be sacked or step down from the head coach position then Real Madrid will move for Mourinho. It’s also pertinent to note that Tottenham will have the luxury of choosing between Mourinho, Allegri and Tuchel who mostly will be available at the end of the season.

Though Real Madrid are currently not doing as well as they used to do during Zidane's previous stint at the club, I still think it's way to early to start speculating that he's going to be replaced soon. They are currently in the first position and leading their main rivals by 2 points,a win in the upcoming El Classico will cement their position at the top of the table as long as they don't lose to Mallorca this weekend.

Allegri is probably the best choice for Manchester United now if they want to take the club with lots of the problem in the middle of the season. Though I'm not sure anyone can improve performance of ManUTD players. Most are mediocre.
Still, I think, Juventus haven't enough money to pay 150 mills. for Pogba and his big salary.

A good choice even though if Allegri is the Manchester United manager going forward. But it also certainly requires time to get back up.

That is why Juventus offer 3 of their players to ease costs and facilitate the transfer of Pogaba to Juventus.
