The transfer window for English clubs have ended. Does anyone have official information does this apply for both players coming in and being transferred away from the Premier League? I know that they can no longer purchase players but can they still sell players abroad?

I am little surprised by Man Utd. They have now sold Lukaku and didn't bring any new striker to the team. That means they have only Rashford and Greenwood as strikers. Granted they also have Martial, Lingard and Sanches who can help in attack but it will be very difficult times for Man Utd, especially if Rashford gets injured or has a bad season.

I think they have more problem with the midfielder. I expected Erikson or Fernandes or both, but none of it. Who will create any chance to Rashford or Greenwood or whoever?
Seems Solskjaer trying to do the same thing like SAF with '92 generation and with players like Beckham, Giggs, Scholes... Ole trying with McTominay, Greenwood, Pereira ... Buying Maguire vs. Ferdinand
There is an only one problem, MU is not competitive for the last few years, and I don't think they have enough time to wait and develop.

This year's Premier league is still going to be another tough competition though Liverpool still seems to be the most balanced team for the year.

Why, is it because they didn't buy any player which might had influence their style of play or what. I hate to see what the premier is turning into, getting easily predictable. Liverpool won't be as impressive as last season and this season would come with it's surprises. In other news, Kieran Tierney joins Arsenal on long-term deal. And congrats to iwobi his move to Everton might just be perfect for him to get more game time.

The Mirror reports Then Cero claiming Modric doesn't want to leave Real, not only that, they say he desperately wants to remain a Real player.
City have officially confirmed that Leroy Sane has to undergo surgery. He will not be able to play long time, probably 6 months.

Transfer window for English Premier League has closed. That means no new deal can be made after today but the ones already signed and not disclosed could be disclosed in the coming days. So, if there's no large rumor about a transfer, that is not going to happen this year. This year's Premier league is still going to be another tough competition though Liverpool still seems to be the most balanced team for the year.

1 hour at the end of the BUY Premier Market session, Dybala deal with Spurs unlikely will happen.

Juventus seems to have refused the offer of 70M.

Juventus had already reached a price agreement about 2 days ago, the deal falling through was said to be due to a high fee regarding image rights for Dybala + Transfer fee, which makes it a bit too much for Tottenham.

Tottenham can pat themselves on the back they've done some impressive deals, let's wait and see how far that will bring them in all competitions.

I'm very concerned for Man Utd, I doubt they have any plan for the season, I'm predicting they'll fall out of the top 6 come end of the season.

Just some hours left on premier league transfer and Real Madrid still not confirmed Pogba yet. So, I think Pogba will be played for ManU this season. Madrid may sign Van De Bekk instead og Pogba. I really wanted Pogba as a replacement of Modric because I don't think Modric is in good shape now. He is already 33 years old, I don't think he can give good service to Madrid now.

OTOH, Dybala to Spurs almost confirmed according to BBC news. Dybala will be played for Spurs this season, the deal finalized for 70M. I heard Juventus is looking for M. Icardi, which would be a pretty good replacement for Dybala.

Series of deals are unfolding, David Luiz to Arsenal seem like pretty much a done deal, Fulham's Ryan Sessegnon signed by Tottenham (They seem to mean business this window) according to www.goal.com

I'm beginning to doubt if either Dybala or Coutinho will get a move away from their respective clubs before the close of the transfer window.

Dybala is really being pushed away by Juventus at all costs. They must have a ready replacement otherwise they wouldn't be doing this. It is the last day of the UK transfer market so a deal has to be made soon.

Such a situation is what Juventus wants. Tottenham and Juventus have also agreed to deal with dyala prices. So, only the decisive player. Hopefully Dybala takes this opportunity and joins Tottenham for next season, because Dybala Juventus is no longer needed.

Even Neymar could be a possibility but it is a big gamble in my opinion.
Lukaku is officially an Intermilan player giving Juventus a great opportunity to get Icardi but did not find news about this transfer process, the Intermilan fans will definitely be furious towards Icardi if he goes to Juventus.

I saw several football news media providing information that Lukaku would be an Intermilan player. Serie A will be more exciting because many quality strikers will compete with each other.
Wow Wow wow
It's very interesting transfer this season. Which initially was very hot rumors related to my wound will be in uniform juventus. In fact my wound will go to intermilan without any news or rumors saying this. Outstanding transfers have been carried out this season.
actually Antonio Conte really wants Romelu Lukaku to be an intermilan player and this he has talked about in several media interviews but it's just that this rumor is not overly heard and as we have seen it is realized.

Instead they´re offering a swap deal: Neymar for Modric + €120M

https://talksport.com/football/583638/real-madrid-paris-saint-germain-star-neymar-modric/

Just became an insane business...

The problem of  Neymar is not the price of his "ownership" the problem of Neymar is his salary, who can pay it?

It will become a problem even for Real madrid if he wants the same money.

Neymar costs

150M for his contract and
40M year + taxes = 70M

So assuming an obvious 5-year contract it will become

150+70*5=500M € operation
