A great stance from Borussia on the Sancho transfer. Deadline is until Monday, the price is set, if you want him pay it.

I really hope they don't budge, stance like this gives them a certain reputation for the future, so the clubs that want their players will know what they need to do and by when if they want Borussia's players.

I'm really glad Sancho is not going to United, he'd be a great signing for them.

Borussia is a great place for young and high potential players to present his talent, and nothing more. Any player with higher ambition will not want to stay there, it is second position club.
every year there is the same thing, they start well and they then speculation arises, some big clubs (Real, Manchester, Bayern...) are interested in his best players and their season ends there. Bayern gives up from his players because they are so dominant and there is no need to spend money.

Next, if you remember, they were equally sure for some other players (Aubameyang, Dembele... continue at will), "they will stay", "no way to sell it", and we all know how it ended.
with significantly reduced income due to pandemic, I am not sure whether they can withstand all the players and their salaries.

edit: after sending this post, just see @coinlocket$ post and I was thinking, these eyes, whether they are black and white colour? It must be something  Cheesy

If Sancho doesn’t join Man Utd I wonder who their 2nd option is. They are obviously willing to spend big money to attempt to bridge tye gap between themselves & Liverpool & Man City. Who knows, maybe they might look to Mbappe?

No way they would be able to bring him. He will pick a top team next, one that will be a contender for all trophies. United has the money for that deal but I think they have no way to persuade him to join.

He's probably going to Real next, he's their supporter and will probably be their next star signing.

Phew, if I remember it was 1.10 on Sancho to Manchester United so a lot of Red Devils will be losing money if this doesn't happen. I think even sometimes people go out and say these things just because they want to affect the odds. This guy has been wrong before though hasn't he? United are ready for price tag.

Romano is a good source (haven't seen him being wrong though since I followed him). He just reports rumours and possible deals, initial communications regarding a transfer move made by a club. But anyway, what he is reporting is part of statement from Zorc , Dortmund sporting director who said that Jadon Sancho is with them for next season and the decision is final. So yeah seems like end of the possible move.

I saw him making some good games in the Europa League with Olympiacos.
It is said that Liverpool was watching him for already 3 years now.
That's a great challenge for the Greek player that signs in one of the greatest clubs in the world right now.

I hope he is going to deliver to LFC.
It is a great challenge for him and he is on the best age to try his best on the pitch and prove that he totally worth the amount of money spent for him.
Fun fact, he is the second Greek player that joins LFC in the history.

I think this is probably all part of the negotiation process. Dortmund are playing hardball, it will force United’s hand eventually & they’ll structure a deal that satisfies Dortmund.

I don't think so, they are not giving them 100m€ plus he extended his contract.
Manchester now needs to find another player if they want I think he will have 0 chances of going to England in this market session.

Let's see if Manchester goes out this evening and maybe we can ear something about the market.

hmph..
And if this happens Juventus will reduce the burden
on salaries.

I don't think it will happens. I read in other news, Juventus will try to sign Isco and sandro Tonali. From this two players, Juve need to pay more than two players on the list. Maybe not to reduce but to rebuild team as Pirlo wants. I believe if they can replace 7 players, they will pay more than value when Juve sell players in total

Even though Juventus want the Champions League, they are not going to do crazy things on the market to get the trophy.

According to media, Khedira will leave on the following days and Higuain during the week.
Juventus is aiming in cutting salaries and extra for 120-150m €

After Andrea Pirlo arrived at Juventus to replace Maurizio Sarri, it was reported that Pirlo would sell seven players at once.
According to media The Sun, the players Pirlo will sell are Higuain, Khedira, Matuidi, De Sciglio, Alex Sandro, Douglas Costa,
and Daniele Rugani. Especially for El Pipita, the nickname Gonzalo Higuain has not been needed by Juventus for a long time,
because he was on loan to AC Milan and Chelsea in the 2018-2019 season. And if this happens Juventus will reduce the burden
on salaries.

the whole drama around JS has finally come to an end. dortmund keeps his player and manchester united can now take care of other players on this position👍

Really glad to hear that he will play in Dortmund for the next season and that all other speculations now over about him.
Guess its also be good now that the team knows that they can count at him , as he is an very good player.
Hopefully we see a great season from Dortmund and another good fight about the title.

But in Juve's case, tbh, I expected an established manager, Juve want Instant fix, they want the ucl. Pirlo has to adapt and it'll take time; I know pep and Zidane succeeded instantly, but what if Pirlo doesn't, will the club be ready to give him time, this is a gamble imo.
I think Juventus is looking to cut costs wherever possible. That is why they selected a brand new coach who will earn below €2 Million a year. Renowned managers earn €10-15 million a year. Matuidi's contract was just terminated. The same could probably happen to Khedira as well and a number of other players if they cant find suitable clubs to sell them to. I expect Higuain to be on the not wanted list as well.

Even though Juventus want the Champions League, they are not going to do crazy things on the market to get the trophy.

Pirlo was a very smart player and when he decided to be a manager and got hold of Juventus youth team I knew that he would eventually move into Juventus main team, that is what teams do these days, they get their old players into youth teams and then they ask them to take control of the main team, I think same will happen to Xavi and Barcelona as well.
Some quality players have turned successful managers lately, pep and Zidane to mention a few, and I admire that clubs give their legends an opportunity to try out their managerial skills in the team they played for and loved so much. But in Juve's case, tbh, I expected an established manager, Juve want Instant fix, they want the ucl. Pirlo has to adapt and it'll take time; I know pep and Zidane succeeded instantly, but what if Pirlo doesn't, will the club be ready to give him time, this is a gamble imo.
he will do what he wants to do and you have to let him because dude is good enough to know what is right for him and what is wrong for him. And subbing him out or not playing him would be suicide for a team like Juventus.
For managers who love more of team play than individual efforts, having Ronaldo is a burden. No doubts about his quality and desire but the coaches instructions should be adhered to always. Ronaldo wants to be the star man always, even in games he's having little or no impact, and if the coach is to make a tactical change that'll see him go off, all hell will be let loose, that's lack of team desire/play imo.

However it is not that weird that Pirlo will not be able to control Ronaldo, he is the best player on that team and could still be considered one of the if not the best player in the world right now, I think there is not that many managers that could order Ronaldo around, he will do what he wants to do and you have to let him because dude is good enough to know what is right for him and what is wrong for him.
