Personally, I think Juve hurried with this decision, without too much analysis and thinking.

I agree with this, they were right to sack Sarri because neither results nor performances were really up to standard but putting Pirlo in his place will only make things worse.
I don't know why more and more players are given chances so early on - imagine Gerrard getting the Liverpool job now. It should not work like that, these players might be good managers in the future but putting them in top seats too early is basically killing their careers before they started.

That is because everybody is hopping to pull out a "Zidane" and get few Champions Leagues trophies quickly without long term project. Zidane is one of a kind and he was a perfect fit for that Real squad. Big stars who knew everything about the football and needed a manager who will just let them play and bring out the best in them. His best results were on player psychology and he would have probably failed in most of other clubs.

hmph..
I appreciate more on Zlatan's update news. After Pioli's renewal contract, then it's another good news by Milan extend.. sorry I mean Zlatan extends Milan's contract (lol this Zlatan's joke never gets old). Could be a big problem for Pirlo surely in next season.

Ibrahimovic brought changes to the confidence of AC Milan players. I am also happy with the contract extension for AC Milan next season. Regarding Pirlo, it's not easy for a player who has just retired to decide to manage a big team like Juventus. I think Juventus are taking a big risk by making Pirlo as their coach. If we look at Duo Inzaghi, Seedorf, Brocchi, Gattuso, all of them really look like they still need time to become great coaches. Pirlo is great as a player, but to become a coach even though in the history of the coach, there are many successful midfielders as a coach, I think Pirlo still needs experience as an assistant before becoming the main coach.

How do you guys feel about it?  And it seems to be becoming a trend, isn't it?  Solksjaer at United, untested.  Lampard at Chelsea, also untested.  I wouldn't be surprised if City suddenly decides to get Kompany.  Lolol.

Edit:  I wonder where Poch is going.  Will Barca set aside tradition and hire him?  Grin  They're desperate.

I think it's a trend sort of because the big clubs who spent a lot of money buying good managers and good players are starting to feel that maybe they need something long term instead of just temporary spending so you're right it could be that even City can go for someone. But Lampard and Solksjaer are different as well, they WANT to become managers and wanted to spend their lives at their clubs.

Poch to Barca? I'm not sure what to think of that haha.

Transfer Market news:

Valencia have expressed interest in Monaco forward Keita Balde.
Alexander Lacazette is very close to joining Atletico Madrid for 30m euro. Good news for Atletico!
Even though Juventus have expressed confidence that Cristiano Ronaldo will stay in Turin, reports from Foot Mercato claim that he is contemplating a move to PSG. Is a new sensational transfer on the horizon?
Edinson Cavani is going to Benfica?
Ivan Rakitic is not returning to Sevilla?
It's now official. Willian has left Chelsea. Is his new club Arsenal?
Zlatan Ibrahimovic remains in Milan for another year.

Yeah, saw the letter to fans on his twitter. Rumours were that he doesn't wants to leave London so it is likely that Arsenal are the one next. Reumours also points that they are in pole position to sign the Brazilian winger. It would be a great move for Arsenal if finalises.

His style of play is better suited for teams like Barcelona and Arsenal [used to]. The main issue with him [especially on his last year at Arsenal] was his attitude in the field and dressing room towards teammates.

Now that you mention it, I recall about something brewing between Arsene Wenger and Sanchez then. Hope he has his attitude fixed now as he is getting old and now that he has found a team giving him chances , it's better to stay in line.

Konstantinos Tsimikas from olympiacos piraeus

Liverpool sign Tsimikas - Second Greek player in history at the Reds

I saw him making some good games in the Europa League with Olympiacos.
It is said that Liverpool was watching him for already 3 years now.
That's a great challenge for the Greek player that signs in one of the greatest clubs in the world right now.

Sanchez had some good seasons when he was in Barcelona. I had some good feeling about him when he first came to Arsenal but there were lot of disagreements with Wenger which made him out of picture there. United I don't know what actually happened but he really didn't had good time while he was in PL teams.
His style of play is better suited for teams like Barcelona and Arsenal [used to]. The main issue with him [especially on his last year at Arsenal] was his attitude in the field and dressing room towards teammates.

I have also seen that Coutinho moved to Arsenal, I was expecting him move back to Barcelona, is there like a personal fued or something in Barcelona that keeps him not playing there? Dude is not really a bad player at all and he is working towards getting even better personally as well and all his talks were about hoping to get back to Barça, no idea why they didn't want him.
Barca has a habit of ruining some of their player's careers from time to time.

Is it true that Coutinho moves to Arsenal?
Might happen but not a permanent switch.
- He wants to go back to EPL.

Very good player but with little coaching experience.
Was that really the best choice for Juve?
The time will show.

My link was the source Cheesy is from the Juventus' website so Cheesy
It's a gamble, he can be burnt or he can be one of the best like Zidane did.

The president has chosen in the past Conte and Allegri, Sarri has been not chosen by Agnelli.

The doubt now on the market, who want to stay? Does CR7 wants Pirlo as coach?
Who wants to come at Juve with Pirlo as coach?

One thing is if Klopp calls you another thing is if Pirlo calls you..

Juve's management listened to the reactions of the fans and changed the coach to satisfy others instead of preparing this move well, and made a decision without haste and emotion.
It seems to me that they tried to please everyone and that is why they chose a popular player to avoid public criticism.
Obviously, those coaches they wanted to bring the most were not available on the market, like Zidane or Pochettino, so they opted for a playing legend without any coaching experience.
They took a lot of risks with this decision.

Edinson Cavani and Éverton join benfica?

Quote
Grêmio's Éverton to join Benfica – Free agent Cavani also to join?
https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/news/view?id=367659

It is very fortunate that Benfica can get two great players at the same time, especially Edison Cavani with a very free transfer status
profitable for Benfica. With the arrival of many young strikers at PSG, Cavani is unable to compete, and also at 33 years old choosing
Benfica to end his career was the right decision.

CR7 would have no choice as same happened to Zidane, if strongly supported by the club boards for Pirlo as coach in the sense that he was a great experience and coveted player who played excellently during his time of plays with different sides of players, I think its a best option for picking Pirlo meanwhile players could be submissive as he perform some coaching abilities on juve squad.

All good managers have to start somewhere bro, Pirlo is a huge name in football (admittedly as a player). Maybe he could be great for Juve, you won’t know unless you guys give him a chance. Pep was a nobody as a coach before he took over the Barca team & the rest is history.
