Probably one of the most unlikely scenario happening with Juventus' transfer targets. Juventus isn't really known on spending too much on youngsters so I wouldn't know why De Light will have an exception. They tend to buy youth prospects/young talents at a cheap price or buy veteran star players with big amounts of money. I would love to see De Light in Juventus though, Leonardo Bonucci would be a great mentor for that young kid and he will surely develop behind him.

Rafa Benitez is gonna leave Newcastle after his contract expires on June 30.  Sooo does that mean Mike Ashley sold to the oiler's cousin?

That also means Mou could be the next manager.  If that happens, who wants to make a bet...  I say Newcastle finishes above United this season.  Give me good odds.  Smiley

I don't see Raiola in the picture, I guess he is the one behind the bush and the umbrella rod.
Juventus has a good relationship with Raiola, even though people like him are the cancer of modern football. I think he used to be Pavel Nedved's representative as well, right?

He is also Moise Kean's and Paul Pogba's manager so they know how to deal with him.

Yep. Raiola was Nedved manager, that is the reason why Mino Raiola and Juventus are in good terms right now.

The hope is to get also Pogba this market session Cheesy.

Update from media on DeLigt.

Seems very close after this afternoon contact. They talk about sign these days.

This is the leaked photo with Nedved and Raiola the past week talking probably for DeLigt

^  I'm not saying Italy sucks or anything.  The competition is just tougher at the EPL...  Just saying.  And it might take him a season to adjust before he shines.  Not because I don't think he's good, it's just he's still young.
You might be right because many young players who move from one league to another will find it difficult to adapt to a new environment, but I think players like De Ligt will be able to handle this well.

^  Seems too much for a young defender.  And untested.  But he'll prolly do ok at Italy since the games aren't as tough as the EPL.

I think he'd do okay in any league, he's performance has been top notch and he's never looked under pressure even during top Champions League games.

There are some rumors about a clause for DeLigt if he comes to Juventus.

Starting @ 150 m € at the 1st year and increasing year after year.

5 Years contract. Today new contacts between the parts, let's see if we have a white smoke before the evening.

If he ends up becoming a world-class CB, then I highly doubt he'll stay in Juve for too long, the bigger clubs (Barca, RM, Man Utd) will totally go after him once his contract (possibly 5 years) runs out.
There are already speculations that the signed contract will have a release clause of €150 million that could be activated in 2 years. It would be sad to lose a player of his calibre after only 2 years but if he ends up leaving for €150 million it would mean that Juventus has doubled their investment in him.
Juventus can always surprise the recruitment of players they always invest well as Pogba and Kingsley Coman buy cheaply or for free to sell expensive because of the appearance of their impressive players. I think if De Ligt chose Juventus it was the right thing.

Juve had made some moves they are into for Pogba and for Lazio Sergej Milinkovic Savic. Only what will remain is to see if they will take older or youger player. Pogba got green light to leave club and he is much cheaper then SMS. So it on Juve to decide.

what do you think is the reason he wants to return to Barcelona?

Well he hasn't been a good fit in Paris.
He is clearly not wanted by the club anymore : he's been injured every season when it really mattered (around March), he slapped a fan after a game, he's been accused of rape, he left the club without permission at the end of the season, half of the locker room has turned against him... El Khelaifi, the president, is tired of his shit.
The guy's a diva and he needs to feel the love, he thinks he'll get that in Barca where he is protected by Messi anyway. He'll be able to do whatever he wants as Barca is way more tolerant with its players than it used to be (look at Dembele's attitude).
He also believes Barca has more potential to win the CL and the Spanish Championship is better than the French one. He is actually right about that.

The only problem is he has left Barca in a bad way with his father asking for money and the socios may not want him anymore.
This player Neymar is a controversial man, many of the things he does off the pitch are stupid. A player with a star label like him but often injury is a negative value for that, I think he wants to go back to barca not on the basis of loving Barcelona just want to find a strong club to secure his career.

Edit:  Oh and Neymar wants to go back to Barca and be under Messi's shadow.  Lololol.

Yep.
PSG wants to sell him 300 millions... Barca offers 100 + Coutinho lol.
PSG does not want a loss from the sale of Neymar, will this transfer occur? I think Neymar doesn't feel at home at PSG or he feels he can't develop at that club. what do you think is the reason he wants to return to Barcelona?

The Italian journalist Di Marzio has reported this morning that De Ligt has said YES to Juventus. This would be incredible news but somehow I have doubts that Juventus can match the offers of Barcelona, Man U or PSG. A Chiellini - De Ligt duo does sound incredible though  Shocked

I have a feeling that PSG is going to offer the most money and he is going to sign there. I think that in this post
it is already stated that he rejected an offer from Barcelona so it sound that Blaugrana are out of the chase of signing the young talent. Personally, I have a feeling that he is going be between PSG and Juve in order to sign.

This is a great way to start the day.

They talks about hours for the sign.

70M € /11M € year.

Chiellini Bonucci Deligt Rugani and I hope Demiral (Save this name 19yo he will be a top player in 2 year) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYAbbghEf2E&t=1s
Perfect choice by De Ligt, I am almost 100% certain he will shine in Juventus and get more play time rather than if he had gone to Barcelona at this point time.
Time will tell but I think this is a well thought move. He could opt to sign for Barcelona on any other bigger club later when he's fully established.

But for 100m plus Coutinho, seems like Barca should give more.

Marketing wise, Neymar is worth more definitely... but he will also cost a lot with his salary (not PSG's problem though).
I think a deal is possible, he wants to go, Paris wants to get rid of him but he won't go for such a low price, I don't think so.

^  Actually, I'd snap call 150m GBP(?) plus Coutinho.  Coutinho is prolly better overall anyway...  Less 'star', no prima donna tendencies and isn't a spoiled brat.  But for 100m plus Coutinho, seems like Barca should give more.
