Arda Turan definitely made a big mistake going to Barcelona and what make it even worse was that he choose to not play for half a season since Barcelona were banned from making purchases and after that he made no real impact in the team. The likes of Andres Iniesta and Busquets made sure that he had limited chances at the club. He should be going to a top tier team in Europe not Basaksehir.

50 million is way too much money for such an avarage footballer like Maguire. I could name at least 30 defenders that cost the same or less and all of them are 10 times better than this guy. Crazy market.

On another note, rumours about Alexis Sanchez going to Machester City in this transfer window keep showing. According to some sources, the Citizens have made a new £20m offer for the chilean. Some people say that Man City has reached an agreement with the player, but Arsenal (specifically, Arsene Wenger) is waiting to sign a replacement before Alexis leaves the club.

Another player linked to Manchester City is Fred from Shakhtar Donetsk. Apparently, Guardiola wants him on the club for the next season so the player will have to wait until the summer transfer window.

Today average player costs a couple of tens of millions.... I remember times when 20.000.000 was considered the enormous amount of money for transfer fees! But to be fair it's needed to know that there are many parties that share transfer fee! Player, club, managers etc...

Some players want money, some want glory. Football has become 99% business. Only 1% of players play football for other reasons. I wouldn't be surprised if Aubameyang joins Guangzohu. He can play there for 2-3 years and retire rich enough to secure the future of his children's children.

I don't really blame the footballers, not all get paid like Ronaldo and Messi look at the wages Tottenham players earn and after all they have a family to support to, I am really surprised why is no big club buying him, like Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United. Well you missed Griezmann he's demanding 400k that's absurd kind of money, and Ronaldo wants a move to Chelsea and Mourinho wants to pay 159 million for Kante what is the world of football coming to.

He can still play at least 3-4 years at high levels in Europe. In china it could go in 5 years!

still not official indeed even West Ham owner said they will not be letting go of Carroll easily because Carroll is one of the player who could save West Ham from a relegation zone last season and they said too if Chelsea serious want Carroll the price will expensive but i wondering at what price West Ham will open bid for him

Sevilla wants Batshuayi in loan from Chelsea said this move go through I expect from Conte looking for a better replacement Carroll is a decent player very strong in Aireal duel's but rest just average so i don't think he is a good fit for Chelsea and he wouldn't work well with their playing style. Also he is a type of player that Moyes likes as he plays 9 at the back and a lone Striker to throw balls for with Chicharito out of form since joining the Hammers this season so they still needs Carroll for survival so I don't think that they will sell him or Chelsea to make a move on him they Better move for Vardy or other quality Striker that could challenge Morata for first spot.
