Lukaku has had an outstanding  career as a striker while there are many timeshe still fails to meet up to expectations especially in his national team and at Chelsea I guessed Serie A might just still be the best option for him and  I think Napoli might just be able to get him if they finally let go Osimhen which I think PSG might signed but still considering if Napoli will lower their fee.

Chelsea have no plans for the Belgian player, they've stated their priorities on other players and we understand the budget of Todd Boehly and other board members. Romelu Lukaku have played for major EPL clubs and also won titles with them perhaps he consider a league where he's the center of attention. Romelu Lukaku have failed to understand and comprehend his potentials, he can't stay for a long term in a club. England seems really had ambition want to make Guardiola as their next manager even they will wait until Guardiola contract ended on 2025 so that's why before this happend England will not hire new manager and they will be more likely to find interm manager until Guardiola contract expired but i am not sure Guardiola could being an the right manager for England considering coaching a particular national team is very different compared to coaching a club

I don't know Lukaku's problem. But, I think it's his personality stopping him from playing well. Lukaku's performance is not that bad compared to when he played in EPL. Lukaku's performance has really declined so I think it's natural that Chelsea don't want him anymore, for several seasons Lukaku's fate has been quite sad in my opinion, he seems like a player who is not wanted but it's also Lukaku's fault because he hasn't improved his performance, on the contrary.
