Osimhen as said by their president in Dicember is already sold but we dont know to whom.
A reason on why we dont know yet is because it may go to EUA and there the market session will start in 1 week.

It may also ends at PSG, they needs to replace Mbappè somehow even if they are not spending so much money lately.

So TLDR, Napoli will have the money from Osimhen and they can spend for Lukaku.

If it's true as you say, that doesn't mean there is a possibility that PSG has already signed Osimhen because apart from Chelsea, it is likely that PSG is the only one who wants to spend a lot of money. For another club, Real Madrid may have that kind of funds but they have already got Mbappe, so it would be almost impossible for them to sign Osimhen.

Everything will be clear when the truth is revealed but somehow I feel that the club in question is PSG.

I ask myself time after time if Paris Saint Germany would be a good option for him. I don't think so because, when I look at the players who have played for that club without winning the Champions League Competition season after season, I say no to thus move. Only thing they can boast for would be winning the League 1 Competition.
I'm one of those people who thinks Chelsea is the ideal club for him honestly. They should make sure they do a swap deal if Chelsea are reluctant to get such a great deal done. When it comes to the signature that will bring impact to the squad Todd Boehly is busy goofing around. He is much more interested in players who has no history and can fetch him profits in the future. Ask me and I'll tell you that they're no different from those baseball clubs in America. Nonsense!!
Hmm?🧐🧐 Still can't point out why you related his actions to baseball clubs though but I think I do like some of the clubs there and not because I enjoy the sports or something just that they have given me a few wins especially the New York Yankees 😁 whenever I place bet on them they actually don't disappoint although it's been long I played baseball games in my betslip.

As for Chelsea and osimien, we can't actually do anything till Napoli and him decides where his future will be but not withstanding if am osimien and want to enjoy the competition that comes with football then I think england is certainly the right place to go.

Bologna took a very sensible stance because they also didn't want their own striker to turn into an enemy on the pitch. For now non-Italian club are definitely given more priority. As a Forward who is quite strong this season, Joshua Zirkzee could be the most profitable option for Manchester United, whose condition requires an injection. Rashford and Hojlund are still below standard, if Joshua Zirkzee can be relied on, it is possible that Erik Ten Hag will continue to try to bring him to the Red Devils Headquarters. The hunt for preparation for next season must be more aggressive, especially since Manchester United under Ten Hag control is under pressure to improve their bad season.

Doing this made the deal for Manchester United easy going otherwise he wouldn't hesitate moving to the same club with Thiago Motta. I love how they try to sign attacking players from Italian Seria A Competition to the Premier League Competition, they will definitely know how to handle the pressure when it comes to the Premier League Competition.. Joshua Zirkzee is not just strong but also pacy and technically sound, using both feets too at the same time.

I won't say Marcus Rashford is below standard but he didn't do well last season, that is not the kind of player a manager would want to rely on hundred percent.
Rasmus Hojlund would be a good backup player because I don't even see him replacing Joshua Zirkzee if he signed up for Manchester United fully... Yeah, I Aldi forgot to say Z-zee is  more of a team player than individual player. Erik Ten Hag indeed has that eye for goalscoring strikers.

Even the PSG rumors isn't certain because as of now there's actually no official update on the fate of osimien and I don't why you feel he can't go to Chelsea because from osimien view of things of himself he would love playing for a English side and also in the premier league, beside the English premier league is more competitive than the french league A.

Chelsea will loan Romelu Lukaku again, this time probably to Napoli.

Nowadays there is talk that Osimhen could be transferred to Chelsea. Napoli could partially fill Osimhen's void with Lukaku. I think such a swap between the two clubs would make sense. Both teams would get what they need in such a deal. Anyway, I don't think Napoli can keep Osimhen any longer. Napoli are a waste of time for Osimhen. He should play for better teams for his career. And Lukaku can have his last big team experience with Napoli. If he doesn't get good stats at Napoli, he will be forced to choose between a salary cut or a move to the Arab leagues.

It only makes sense if Chelsea can win - otherwise Osimhen will only ruin his career, especially if he stays there for long. If he needs to win, it's a mistake to move to Chelsea. He needs to choose another club that can most likely at least win their league and who are decent in the Champions League. It's hard to say exactly which club would suit him and even more so which club would be able to accommodate him, but definitely not Chelsea

I think the decision to go to Chelsea is not that bad. Though, Chelsea is unlikely to win the upcoming season. But, Osimhen can gain many experiences from playing there. And again, osimhen has PL as his dream league. The problem is none of big PL clubs other than chelsea are interesting on him due to the his expensive price.

Chelsea is the only team that wants to recruit him. Other PL clubs have dropped their interest. Osimhen cannot reject Chelsea's offer. Though this is gonna be so hard for him but he must step up his career, and the best way is moving to the PL club.

You can't even suggest which club that is gonna fit him. So, joining in chelsea is still giving him a chance to success.

There is no official announcement because PSG may be negotiating with Napoli and Osimhen. Chelsea scout is probably negotiating, too. So, there is nothing to be announced for now. Moreover, Napoli wants more than €100m for the transfer fees. It is a big amount of money, PSG and Chelsea shouldn't be easy to decide spending a lot of money for a single player only. Especially, a player who no longer plays in his best form. It may be worth to spend more than €100m in the past, but it is not worth anymore for now. I heard the rumor that PSG ever made an offer €120m, but not sure if PSG still wants to increase their bid for Osimhen.

In as much as I don’t also want him to leave Arsenal now that they are building a team to win a trophy, he Should also stay to improve himself more before taking up the big challenge. But as we all know when Real Madrid comes knocking you just don’t reject them. I see many people getting worried about him getting more playing time at Real Madrid but I can Boadly say that William Saliba will start for just any club at the moment in the world because of his ability to play with the ball.

If we look at the current Madrid Center Back options we will see that only David Alaba is very good ball playing defender who is currently injured. The pairing of both Rudiger and Militao isn’t that convincing and that’s why I think Madrid will intensify their pursuit for Saliba
The UEFA Champions League is next season and we know how prepared these elite clubs have grown to become, always ready to take the lead and dominate their position with more confidence. However the tournament is selectively against elite clubs that have maintain balance stellar performance level, always in for the big winnings. We have several clubs that will fighting to win the UEFA Champions League title.

Real Madrid and Manchester City will continue to possess their position in the frontline in major tournaments. While Arsenal will fall back to prime, it's all just a matter of time before things are finally set. Mikel Arteta is doing his bestt to ensure he keeps up with the club's demands and the ultimate goal ahead.

There is a lot of speculation regarding Osimhen's move between Chelsea, PSG and Arsenal I think Chelsea is the team closest to signing Osimhen, recently I heard another option being offered to Chelsea like releasing Osimhen to Chelsea and Chelsea having to prepare a transfer fee + Lukaku I think this is an interesting option, right? when Chelsea no longer needs Lukaku it would be better to let him go to reduce the burden on the club.

Another option is that Osimhen still has the opportunity to move to the Saudi Pro League, If one of the Saudi clubs makes an attractive offer, Napoli will not hesitate to let him go. What is clear is that Napoli only needs income from this release it doesn't matter whether a team from the Premier League or from Saudi Pro League will take him.

Osimhen as said by their president in Dicember is already sold but we dont know to whom.
A reason on why we dont know yet is because it may go to EUA and there the market session will start in 1 week.
Aurelio De Laurentiis did confirm that Osimhen would leave the club this summer, but it seems Osimhen has a release clause that is over £100m, and that is going to be unaffordable for most clubs. I thought Real Madrid would have been interested, but not anymore, they have bought Mbappe, and they cannot spend a huge amount of money on another big player. PSG is another option, and it is likely, they have just lost their star player Mbappe, and Osimhen can be a great addition for their team, he isn't going to be a direct replacement for Mbappe, but it will be a signing that will bolster the team immensely.
Napoli president have confirmed that the club is ready to accept transfer offers concerning Victor Osimhen this summer transfer window but the problem now is that his release clause is considered too much by the clubs that are interested in the Nigeria striker. We've heard different reports concerning the future of Victor Osimhen and the numerous interested clubs at Napoli but none of them have been confirmed their seriousness to sign him. Paying over 100 million pounds for the Nigeria international o don't think is too much considering how prolific he is and can be for any team he represents. The report that Paris Saint Germaine is preparing a huge transfer move to sign Victor Osimhen isn't yet confirmed but if for any reason it turns out to be true, I think the club have the financial strength to pay Paris Saint Germaine over 100 million pounds

With a price tag of over 100 million, there are only a few clubs that can afford Osimhen release clause, PSG is one of those clubs. PSG need for a striker after Mbappe departure requires them to look for a suitable replacement, Osimhen has the potential to fill the hole left by Mbappe. Chelsea and Arsenal actually have an interest in recruiting Osimehen, but their move might disrupt the club financial stability and could potentially violate the FFP, because so far the two elite Premier League clubs have spent quite a lot of money to build squad depth. For Osimhen the Premier League is a great destination, but it is likely that no one is in a position to take a step forward to fulfill Aurelio De Laurentiis demands other than PSG.

So TLDR, Napoli will have the money from Osimhen and they can spend for Lukaku.
If you look at the current situation with rumors circulating, it is certain that there are only 2 possibilities where Chelsea and PSG are strong candidates. Although we will not know what will happen in the future but by looking at the money power of these two clubs as well as rumors that do discuss Osimhen's move, it is undeniable that it is likely that these 2 clubs are the next destination especially Napoli must want a high price for its star which is certainly difficult for other clubs to give.

However, there could also be another surprise where there is a new club that can bring Osimhen without us knowing because the rumors are covered just like the case of Gakpo who went to Liverpool last season even though the rumors circulating at that time were Manchester United.
What is clear is that this will not be open for long because after the euro is over summer transfers will get busier and that's where we might get answers to Osimhen's future.

Tobido is now under Juventus Radar according to Fabrizio Romano.
The transfer market director of Juventus did many exchange with Nice in the past when he was at Naples so the deal it may happen very quickly if it is true.

Tobido in the case will come at alternative at Calafiori, whom had a deal with Juventus before Arsenal arrived with 50+m € cash.

I also thought as much because I am very sure that Napoli will not leave Osimhen in their squad for another season because the player has already lost interest in the team and if left there he will not add much impact to the team and he might end up being a liability that may end up leaving as a free agent despite all the money spent on him.

Last season’s transfer window should have been the best time to sell Osimhen because the hype was there that time and several teams wants him by all means especially Chelsea, but the management decided to keep him and now the hype is not there like before and teams will not be able to bring out big money to sign him anymore; therefore any amount of money Napoli end up seeing, they should just take it because teams has now know that they are desperate to let him go.

When the national adventure came to an end, eyes turned back to the transfer. The Turkish national players Beşiktaş are interested in are as follows: Okay Yokuşlu, Yusuf Yazıcı, Bertuğ Yıldırım and Oğuz Aydın.
In my opinion, Okay Yokuşlu transfer is very likely. It would be the most logical move for both the player and the club. I think Okay will sign soon. Yusuf Yazıcı, on the other hand, is a name that most of the fans don't want him to come. If they are going to buy this player, the cost should be significantly low. Bertuğ is being considered on loan. The player to be bought for the striker should have better stats. There is no longer the luxury of making mistakes in this regard. Oğuz Aydın would be a good addition to the squad. I don't think his cost will be too high. Turkish rotation should be improved as soon as possible.

Okay Yokuşlu is a good football player, he can really contribute to the team. But I can't say the same for other football players. I think the others are not good enough, Beşiktaş needs to add much better players to its squad. They cant compete for the championship with these players, they can only be substitute players and contribute to the team's rotation.
I hope better transfers will come to the fore, I want Beşiktaş to be much more ready for next season Smiley

It's obvious that the presence of Victor Osimhen at Napoli isn't needed any longer and that's because the club manager in his interview last month said that the club is open to any good offer that'll see the Nigeria international leave the club but that's not the issue at hand now. When asked about the future of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Napoli Boss Antonio Conte was fast to say how the club doesn't have tne intentions of selling the Georgian.
I've seen a report that suggests about Napoli's readiness to sign Victor Osimhen Chelsea's striker Romelu Lukaku on loan this summer of which i personally think Chelsea should maximize that opportunity to add the signing of Victor Osimhen on permanent basis to any transfer clause that'll see Romelu Lukaku join Napoli. I believe Victor Osimhen will solve Chelsea's problems in the striker's position.
Osimhen future is still very confusing, with the President of Napoli apparently continuing to play a game of price tug-of-war with interested clubs, previously it was reported that Chelsea had withdrawn from the competition to get the services of the Nigerian international striker. Most recently, Napoli are reportedly willing to reduce Osimhen price, and rumors are growing that Napoli have contacted Chelsea regarding the possibility of Osimhen transferring to Stamford Bridge.

Apart from that, Napoli have confirmed that Kvaratskhelia is not released, even though PSG are very interested in signing him. Napoli will suffer an even worse setback if their two mainstay players leave, Conte can't do much if that happens. Meanwhile, Chelsea may sacrifice one of their strikers if they manage to get Osimhen.

I am sure that Napoli will eventually release Osimhen, and will use the benefits of this transfer to support Conte plans to build depth in the Napoli squad. Conte interest in Lukaku allows Chelsea to get Osimhen via barter, I think that is the right way.

All these rumors need to stop, Arsenal have confirmed that Saliba is going no where this transfer summer.
Madrid want him and they wanted to try their luck if they can get him since Arsenal is making effort to bring Calafiori, so they will want to use their influence to bring him to strengthen their defense which if they succeed will be the best decision they would have made because Saliba is a very good and strong defender with experience and composure despite his age.
But Arsenal management will never let him go anytime soon. In fact I will be expecting Arsenal management to give him more contract conditions which will include huge amount of money for his release clause because they cannot afford to lose him.
Sometime while we have any top club having interest in any player things take serious changes about this same happening in Saliba case where media is trying to hype this matter even we all know he is important for the Arsenal and there is no chance they will allow him for having any transfer Calafiori is already in for the Arsenal as they are strengthening their squad and wants to keep things at the top level with next season is surely going to be having more challenges for them with two times staying at the second spot is ok, but now fans want some improvement.

Real Madrid which is also doing good job for having all top tier players into their squad is having strong case for Saliba as well, but most chance things will be not taken any change, and he will be stayed here for more time with Arteta is also having strong bonds with him for his stay at the Arsenal.

Girona is one step closer to convincing Manchester United to bring in Donny Van de Beek from Manchester United. We know that during last season he was loaned to Frankfurt but there he rarely got playing minutes. When he returned to Manchester United, he was indeed one of the players who would be released and here Girona was ready to pay his clause if the total was up to 20 million euros.

Actually, that's a fairly cheap fee, but if we look at his performance which is starting to decline and he rarely gets a place to play, Girona should be able to negotiate an even cheaper fee. But here Manchester United doesn't want to continue losing and at least they can get back the money they have lost so much. If this transfer is successful next week we will be able to see Donny Van de Beek in Spain.

Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1809632931259854966
Donny Van de Beek is unlucky in Manchester United because since joining with this team he never gets any place on Manchester United starting lineup although Ten Hag has attempts to playing him several times but Donny Van de Beek  was failed to adapt with Manchester United and actually he was performing well while loaned to Everton even Donny Van de Beek can save Everton from relegation zone but apparently it wasn't enough to impress Ten Hag and this season Donny Van de Beek loaned again to Bundesliga team Frankfurt but at this team too Donny Van de Beek hard to gets the trust from Frankfurt manager and only played 8 times

Manchester United is really want to sell Donny Van de Beek this summer because Ten Hag have no plan to hold him so that's why they were attempts to offering him to the several clubs and so far not much clubs who showing their interest to him but recently Girona appears as the club who possibly want to bought him and the negotiation almost deal that Girona have to spend 20 million to gets him and i think Donny Van de Beek decision to moved to Girona is very right decision because he have no place anymore in Manchester United and in Girona Donny Van de Beek hopes he can able to in form again

Another rumor is that Arsenal approved the transfer of Riccardo Calafiori. He performed quite well when defending Italy. Arsenal have agreed to terms from Riccardo Calafiori. But Arsenal have yet to get approval from Bologna with an offer of around £40 million.  Bologna reportedly asked for around £42 million. At Bologna, Calafiori has played 37 times last season. Reportedly, Calafiori is also in demand by PSG and Chelsea. Bologna has a release clause from Basel. Basel will get 50% of the proceeds from the sale of Calafiori.

Source: https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/29008678/arsenal-agree-deal-riccardo-calafiori-transfer-bologna-italy/

Arsenal are just waiting for a deal for Riccardo Calafiori from Bologna. I'm sure it's just a matter of time, next week the final round of talks has been scheduled, citing reports from Fabrizio Romano. To be honest, I don't know much about the players who play in Serie A, but I hope that the choice to bring in Riccardo Calafiori from Bologna is the right choice. Several other newspapers also reported that if Arsenal had reached an agreement for Riccardo Calafiori from Bologna, Arteta and Edu were interested in bringing in several other names afterwards. It is reported that several different positions are the next targets apart from the pure striker they are targeting, Football London reports that Arsenal will bring in a winger and also a midfielder. However, that means several players will be released by Arsenal in this transfer window. one of which was reported by Romano, namely Jakub Kiwior. It is possible that several other names could potentially be released by Arsenal even though they are their core players, although in reality this might just be an issue. I hope Arteta really brings in a decent newcomer, especially for the pure striker they are after. whether it's Victor Gyokeres from Sporting, or Osimhen from Napoli. In essence, next season Arsenal must appear much more productive and have a solid midfielder and defense.
