While PSG are trying to build their team after the exits of Kylian Mbappe. Victor Osimhen doesn't seem to be a player that would sacrifice everything and exits Napoli. He's one of the top player and we know how important he is for Napoli frontline. Osimhen is included in the attacking force, however Antonio Conte will not relent but bring on excellent results for the team's improvements.
If what Napoli president, Aurelio De Laurentiis said in January this year is true, then Osimhen would leave this summer, because he confirmed the Nigerian's exit from Napoli. I know the club can change its stance on Victor Osimhen, but for now he might be set to leave Napoli if they get a very good offer from clubs that want his signature.

That being said, Osimhen may come at a very high price and that could be a reason why he might remain in Napoli, the club is definitely going to ask for around £100m, and how many clubs can afford that.

If Real Madrid wants Saliba, then it will be for a mammoth fee, and i think that's the reason why the deal would not pull through, i'm pretty sure Saliba would be open for a move to Real Madrid, it is the dream of most players. But with 3 years left on his contract, Arsenal have the final say in the negotiations, and reports have it that they are going to request something above £100m for the french defender, and there is no way Real Madrid is going to pay that much.
If Real Madrid needed Saliba, I don't think the transfer fee would matter for Madrid. However, I don't think Real Madrid have Saliba on their radar at the moment. Saliba is still under contract and he is 21 years old. When his contract with Arsenal expires, he will be 24 and only then will Real Madrid step in. A 100 million euro plus transfer fee would be unreasonable to buy a player. But Saliba is already on the list of elite players. He had a good season at Arsenal and performed very well at Euro 2024, helping France reach the semi finals.
Real Madrid which is already completed his double in last season still looking for the strengthening of their squad so they are trying their best to have all top tier players into their basket with as things are going most chances we will not have Saliba in this season because they have already done good work and Arsenal is also not ready for this transfer, so things can take change in near future, and we can expect changes in near future.

Now we are already entered into semifinal stage of the Euro 2024 with after this event we can have some good things because right now Saliba is doing good job for the France and this is big turning point for his career as well with having tag of €100 million is amazing for the 21 years old but as mentioned most likely this will be happened in next season.

The uncertainty in Liverpool is huge because of the exit of Klopp. I will not be surprised their transfer targets are choosing other clubs because it is looking like Liverpool may slide into an average team next season and players would want to go to club that have a chance at the title and other competitions.  It is their career we are talking about so it is understandable.

I don't really know the targets and plans of the management of Liverpool but I hope their decisions did not confirm the fears of many. They are not willing to spend big and that is a sign that they may be ready to accept whatever next season throws at them.

For me Liverpool is a team that Jurgen Klopp has took his time to build very well and if not for the challenges he faced in winning more trophies for the club, he really did great job for the Liverpool team but his inability to win trophies in the premier League was because of Pep Guardiola's influence in Manchester City if not Klopp is among the best managers in the world. Despite Klopp leaving Liverpool I don't think it will make any negative changes to the team, I assume they will still continue in their best performance with their new head coach Arne Slot. Hopefully they will also Excel under Slot. Even though Liverpool hasn't made any good signing but the club can maintain the squad they have and still make a difference next season so their inability to buy new players should not imply they will underperform next season as they already have a good team. They can still achieve the top four positions next season if they are not capable of winning the Premier League so they still have all it takes to maintain a good form next season.

Mason Greenwood has no future in Manchester United. The rape, sexual assault, and assault allegations negatively affected his reputation. And the management didn't handle the issue appropriately and this caused the player to lose interest in the club. The club should just facilitate either a permanent deal or a loan for him. Getafe showed interest in signing him, however, it seems that Marseille is more serious after tabling about €25 million. But a current report shows that Marseille fans are opposing the transfer because of the dropped charges against him.
There is no doubt Mason Greenwood is having bright future in soccer but things at the Manchester United are not working as he deserved which is surely no ideal for both parties so if we have any possible transfer this could be ideal for Greenwood and Manchester United as well because he was impressive in last season while he was playing for the Getafe and due to his performance now we have some good number of offers for him with currently Valencia and Marseille are hot favourite for having him into their squad but as we have uncertainty at the Manchester United look like this is also going to take time.

Few reports are saying Eric Ten Hag is also favouring him for staying at the Manchester United and needs his playing role as well but Manchester United management is having different plan, so things will be clear in few days, and then we will have all updates regarding this talented but ignored player.
This talented young player was unlucky because he immediately had to get into several problems due to accusations directed at him which resulted in him having to deal with the law. Even though in the end he was cleared of these accusations, it was difficult to restore his reputation at Manchester United. So even though Manchester United actually still needs a player like Greenwood, the bad reputation that is already attached to his name means that Manchester United is forced to not be able to use him again in the Manchester United squad. But yes, despite this, this talented young player is still in great demand by many clubs outside Manchester United. And yes, one of the big clubs from France, namely Marseille, is one of the clubs most interested in bringing in Greenwood. And yes, based on news from Fabrizio Romano, it is said that Marseille have made an official offer for Greenwood at a price of around 30 million euros and coupled with a fairly large release clause. And yeah that's a pretty good deal. With this, Greenwood's future looks to be improving again.

Gordon's transfer to the Manchester City is most unlikely to happen. The Magpies are not interested in selling Gordon to another club. Lee Ryder, Chief Newcastle United Writer, confirmed this in his article, and he said magpis has dismissed this rumor.

Well it is difficult it seems to force Gordon's transfer to Manchester City because seeing from the current situation Manchester City is quite full of young players especially for midfield and winger so it will be very difficult for Gordon to be there unless Pep wants to make their core line up and reserve line up balanced.

Now at Manchester City the winger position has been filled by Grealish and his position has also become flexible because Foden and Doku can replace Grealish's position especially if you look at the actual pattern of play Doku and Gordon are not much different because they are winger who prioritize endurance although Doku is better in terms of speed and this is what will make it difficult for Gordon to be at Manchester City.
But on the other hand, this can still happen because as I said earlier, the roles of Doku and Foden can be flexible, but still he will eventually become a coating when he is at Manchester City.

As for Osimhen, I am more confident that he will end up at PSG or Chelsea depending on the readiness in the clause given to Napoli from the 2 clubs rumored to be close to Osimhen at this time.
Chelsea will make more signings but involving Victor Osimhen? He's actually price bid is tabled high and there's definitely everything wrong with that for Todd Boehly.  While PSG are trying to build their team after the exits of Kylian Mbappe. As for Osimhen, I am more confident that he will end up at PSG or Chelsea depending on the readiness in the clause given to Napoli from the 2 clubs rumored to be close to Osimhen at this time.
The possibility is very large but we also cannot be sure that it will happen because even though last season PSG boasted that they had prepared 150 million for Osimhen but that was an exception if Mbappe was sold, in fact for now Mbappe left for free so even though PSG is rich they still haven't taken any steps now.
As for Chelsea they are also still very possible but looking at what Chelsea are doing now that Enzo Maresca has bought several players now it seems like this is also becoming difficult unless Chelsea again burn their money for player transfers.

Indeed, it is still not certain because after all we still have to wait at least until August towards the end of the player transfer (usually always the most crowded) to see whether Osimhen will actually be at one of the clubs between Chelsea or PSG but it's just that for now the rumors are still busy between these 2 clubs so it is still quite reasonable if indeed greater confidence is in the two clubs.

In addition to Chelsea I still feel that this is still possible. Chelsea have always burned their money in the last 2 seasons so apart from those who have brought several young players who are currently confirmed, still Chelsea's chances are also still quite large especially since Todd sometimes doesn't think too much about their money because 100 million or even more they always give if the player they want and it has been proven where there are several players like Enzo, Mudryk and Caicedo who were even bought without them bargaining first.

I still don't understand the attitude of Manchester United's management and coach when it comes to making signings, it doesn't make sense that a big team like Manchester United that has money keeps signing average players, I ask: what will change in Manchester United's attack? when they sign Joshua Zirkzee who played 53 games in Serie A and only managed to score just 13 goals and made just 7 assists? does not make sense. So in my opinion Manchester United is making a mistake, they should focus on signing players like Victor Osimhen who are strikers with great skills. If Manchester United really wants to win the Premier League, then they need to sign good players

Now I read news that Ruud van Nistelrooy has already signed with Manchester United to be the coaching assistant, this means that Manchester United coach Erik ten Hag will have 2 assistant coaches. But even so, Manchester United won't be premier league champions any time soon and I doubt they will be able to win the premier league in the next few years. because they have serious problems when it comes to signing players

That's what you get when when you retain a manager who almost dragged the club to the ground the previous season. Maybe he's planning on burying them this time around. We'll yet see if Joshua will be instrumental to the club's growth or not because sometimes a player could face criticism but still turn out to be great. Take Kai Havertz for instance.
Ten Hag is trying yo boost or surround himself with familiar faces that's why he may have gone for Nistelrooy and Hake as part of his coaching staff. Just hope these two will help turn things around at the club like they did for their various clubs(PSV and Go Ahead Eagles) as it will be all the media will talk about if after having the rights to sign players, Erik doesn't get the right ones that will help them come the new season.

In my opinion, Manchester United's problem was not with the squad, the problem was and still is with the management and the coach. They had good players but because the coach got involved with them, the players left and are playing well in other teams, which clearly shows that the central problem is with the management and the coach. This player they want to sign will destroy his career, he will not be able to evolve, on the contrary his skills will decline, let's look at all the players who were at Manchester United in the last 2 years, they are all performing poorly, only those who managed to leave the Manchester United managed to recover.

I read another news talking about Manchester United, they want to sign Matthijs de Ligt and I'll repeat myself, if they manage to sign Matthijs de Ligt, then Matthijs de Ligt will destroy his career, and the funniest thing was the words of the Manchester United coach:

Erik ten Hag:I know with the setup in the club, the changes in structure, we will be ready for the future. You feel it, the energy here”

source: https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1810692465646571678

I don't see Manchester United having a squad: coaches and players, with the capacity to win the premier league next season, if they really want to achieve something, then they need to hire a real coach and give 100% power to the coach to sign players, See how Real Madrid has made good signings. It is a good example of good club management and how a good choice of coach brings many benefits to a team

Jarred Branthwaite is young Everton player in the defender position who has contract until 2027 and has release clause of 70 million because last season he was included in the main list of players and has made quite big contribution to the team.
It was previously reported that Manchester United had made an offer to bring in Jarred Branthwaite at price of 35 million pounds and it was rejected, then this summer Manchester United tried again to get Jarred Branthwaite by making second offer.
Manchester United have made an offer of 45 million pounds and it seems that the amount is still far from the release clause, so Everton still refuses Manchester United second offer, after all, Everton is in condition that does not really have problems with the team finances.
This will make it much more difficult for Manchester United to fulfill their desire to bring in Jarred Branthwaite in this summer transfer window.

I feel Man UTD will come round to accept Everton's release clause for Jarred as they are desperate to fill in the blanks since Luke Shaw is not fully recovered yet. The Englishman started in 35 premier league games for the Toffees and he'd be essential in the backline for Man UTD if they eventually get him. Luke has been absent for 26 games last season and there's no assurance he'd be able to perform in tip top shape when he comes back for the Red devils.
The name of Ferdi Kadıoğlu, one of the stars of Euro 2024, is also mentioned. It is said that Manchester United and Arsenal will face each other for him. I think Ferdi is a player who can leave Luke Shaw on the bench. He is one of the players who created the most positions in Euro 2024. Even though he is a full-back, he manages to do this. As a Fenerbahçe fan, I don't want our 24-year-old player to leave, but I also want Ferdi to pave the way. He is a very talented player and can prove himself in the Premier league.

https://www.transfermarkt.com/set-to-join-arsenal-in-potential-euro-50m-deal-how-good-is-italy-centre-back-riccardo-calafiori-/view/news/439635

Calafiori is really close to signing for Arsenal officially... It is said to be a deal of 50 million euros. Arsenal really doesn't hesitate to spend from now on.  Smiley  Because they want to achieve a Premier League title a lot with Arteta. Otherwise they would never spend 120 million euros on Declan Rice transfer if I know them even a little.  Tongue

They have the risk of losing Saliba to Real Madrid these days. If it happens this would be a nice move for Calafiori. There is no guarantee he will be better than Saliba but I feel like he will be better than Gabriel.

Arsenal is only one step away from completing the agreement with Bologna after Arsenal and Calafiori have reached a personal agreement at this time, Calafiori arrival will make Arsenal defense quite strong and will probably be the team that has the best defense next season in the English league, so far Calafiori is one a defender who is quite complex and he has been able to defend equally well in several different positions so far, Bologna achievements last season cannot be separated from Calafiori consistent performance even though the 2023/24 season is his first season with Bologna, Bologna was able to appear impressive last season but now their mainstay players are starting to leave one by one, so it seems difficult for them to repeat their achievements in the next season.

Calafiori arrival is one of Arteta big plans to further strengthen their squad next season, so I don't think they will sell saliba to Madrid, saliba is currently one of Madrid targets but he also has another 3 year contract to honor with Arsenal.

According to rumors that I read, Chelsea has agreed to exchange 2 star players and a certain amount of money to recruit Oshimen. It is known that the price tag for Napoli is quite high and Chelsea is negotiating by donating 2 of their players and the players that Chelsea sacrificed are Casadei and Lukaku.
I think this is a quite profitable exchange for Napoli because it gets 2 players at once and a transfer fee, at least Antonio Conte has several options to use that players.

I think Lukaku can replace Oshimen's role on the front line, Lukaku has experienced Antonio Conte's coaching system and he is quite suited to it. The coach also wants to reunite with this player so I think their chemistry is still going quite well and it is very likely that Lukaku can play a good role Next season.

 Source Chelsea negotiations

I also got the news that Chelsea doesn't want to pay all the transfer fees but wants to also offer two players ( Lukaku and Casadei) and €30m cash. But it has also been on the news that Napoli has rejected such an offer. Antonio Conte might want to reunite with Lukaku but the club needs money to get some other players. The club has already lowered the transfer fees and they expected more serious interest from top clubs. I also doubt if Lukaku will be able to replace Osimhen in Napoli. He might be experienced, but his age will affect his stamina and speed. If Chelsea really wants the Nigerian striker, they should be willing to meet the terms of Napoli.

currently Marseille is the leading team who will most likely get Greenwood from Manchester United after Marseille sent a proposal with an offer of 30 million euros, I think Manchester United should immediately lock an agreement with Marseille so that they can utilize these large funds to also lock an agreement with Bologna regarding the purchase of Zirkzee.

A pretty good offer from Man United's price of 42 million euros. I read that Valencia only made an offer of 25 million euros. Maybe it's a good decision for Man United to release him immediately.  Unless Ten Hag wants to use Greenwood's services again. Greenwood's condition is not bad, he just needs to readjust and grow his confidence to improve even more. I'm sure he's learned and realized, so he's ready to work hard again. He is still young, he is still very capable of developing better.

He's not that bad, he's still young and it wasn't injury that make his career decline, so I believe he can still improve. At least he still has a chance to play in top teams in Serie A.

Riccardo Calafiori has already expressed his feelings that he would like to play for Arsenal and one thing that lightens a player is not about the money but the ability to have the club at heart because most players now are going out of their clubs just because of the amount being offered to them by other teams and as for Calafiori, he has already made up his mind for Arsenal and 50 million Euros is not a bad signing either. About the huge amount of Declan Rice, he is worth it so it shouldn't be a thing of debate anymore as he has already proven his worth many times for Arsenal and for a team who wants to get a trophy they should be prepared to pay more money in order to attract tactical players to the team.

Even though we ain't sure if Saliba will move to Real Madrid but if Madrid meets his conditions then he can actually consider moving in to Madrid, who wouldn't do that? for a team that's so powerful as Real Madrid so if they add an experienced center back like Saliba it will be a very good signing for Real Madrid but maybe they ain't yet serious about his signing. Riccardo Calafiori is a young talented Italian defender just like Saliba but William Saliba is more experienced than Calafiori but if he moves to Arsenal, it won't take him time to adapt to the team and he can still do same job as Saliba and Gabriel even if Gabriel doesn't look strong enough.

Well, previously Liverpool was the only team interested in signing Antony Gordon but unfortunately the Reds were unable to pay the fee desired by Newcastle and it seemed that these negotiations were considered complete. Now it's Manchester City's turn to get the services of this 23 year old player and it looks like Manchester City has no problems being able to get him easily.
Liverpool seems to have a slow transfer window this year, with many rumors suggesting their transfer targets are choosing other clubs because their offer is just too cheap. I guess the money ball principle is still going strong with Edwards in charge, but if there are no results it would start drawing questions from their fans. Maybe they will prioritize securing new contracts for key players this window and rely on Slot's abilities to develop young players. Who knows, if they want to be competitive they should spend a little bit more imo.

Chelsea consideration would not be only the price of Victor Osimhen but his wages meaning they would not continue going after him regardless of if Napoli agreed to their swap deal. The money would not have been a problem for Chelsea to sign Victor Osimhen if he was not on a high salary. Chelsea has Jackson which although many people are considering him a flop but he has a good statistics if you look at other strikers that has played for Chelsea before him in their first season. If he is being taught well, He can become a top striker for Chelsea because his problem is not the lack of opportunity to score but his conversation rates. He needs to be taught how to take this chances and what to do when in front of the goalkeeper. Instead of Chelsea throwing away money in the transfer window, they should build on what they have already.
