When you team has a good defensive players but lack attackers, they will suffer in many of their matches and that is what I see in the situation of Manchester united, they need new attackers. Just imagine if a team doesn't have a good attackers, when they can't make a single shot on target for 45 minutes Ina tough match, there is no way there attackers wouldn't get tired, that's why many times they more often of defensive games instead of attacking games.

To me, I feel INEOS made a very good choice in retaining Eric Ten Hag, he might not have been very successful in the concluded season but winning two trophies in two years is something worth giving him a second chance, if you notice, he's currently the most successful coach post Sir Fergusons era in Manchester United and with the right recruitment I think he'll do better this coming season. Like you said Manchester United is going through a process and with Ten Hag and the new recruited teams in the board level, including a new medical team and restructure of the training ground, not leaving out new recruited players next  season, i believe they'll be successful and would probably challenge for the EPL trophy and qualify for UCL but I expect them to be one of the top contenders of the Europa League next season.

Without any doubt Greenwood to the Juventus is one of the best deal for he both parties because Old Lady wants strength their attack which is having not effective in last season, and they lost too many points and now in coming season they are also having challenges in Champions League wit they also want to have things which are important for them to regain their top spot in Serie A but if they are having Douglas Luiz this could be also good, but his price tag could be problem for the Juventus as Aston Villa wants not less than £50million with Arsenal is having £30million which is rejected, but things are going for more negations about this.

Motta surely doing good thing after taking charge of this club with his first priority is having good work on attack which was the big problem for the Allegri which done good job in last few years and now having exit after win Copa Italia but Motta can bring better results this is also interested.

By moving forward he might mean a shakeup in player lineup with players transferring in and out of team. A good team is a combination of a manager with proper strategy and a team that can implement it. The manager don't necessarily needs a bunch of star players but ones that fits into the strategy to create a proper team with strong defense and attack. A person managing the club for two years knows a lot about the team and it could also be the last chance he gets to prove himself. But a limited budget of £50m for signing up players, I don't think he'll aim for another start but just some emerging player that could boost its defense.

I also spent a few minutes thinking about what the Manchester United management has in mind, what goals they have. because it seems to me that it is not in the interest of the management of Manchester United to win the Premier League and win the European Champions League, because when you look at the current level of Manchester United, to be honest, it is not a level capable of winning the Premier League , even if they keep Ten Hag and sign more players, in my opinion Manchester United will continue to be a disaster of a team, only when the Manchester United management hire a good coach who has great experience in the Premier League, someone like Guardiola when his contract with manchester city ends or if they hired xavi, ex barcelona coach, we would see manchester united become a very strong team capable of winning the premier league

I saw the news of Thiago Motta likely announcement as the new Juventus coach at Football Italia and I was so excited about it. Motta was a great player in Barcelona, Inter Milan and PSG. I fell in love with him when he was playing for the Catalans and because of him and Xavi, Puyol and the entire Barcelona defense line enjoyed relative peace in several of their matches while Iniesta and Eto were doing the damage at the front. 

As a coach, he has taken Bologna from an ordinary team to one to reckon with, taking them to the champions league and making them popular in both Italy and globally. His pattern of play is similar to that of Pep Guardiola when he was coaching Barcelona. His choice should be about the best decision the management of Juventus has made and I have the confidence that he can rejuvenate the team and bring back their glories.
