Leicester City management did well in sacking Steve Cooper, however if every  club management would have adopted a method whereby as they notice negative drift several times from a coach they remove him, things wouldn't have always gotten that bad for any club and this decision of sacking Steve Cooper came when Leicester City was heading to the relegation direction, so actually if Van Nistelrooy will be much better than Steve Cooper then it will be a good news to Leicester City because the major concern of the management is for Leicester City to always play the premier League all the season, though the appointment of Van Nistelrooy is like a very big promotion for him because what inspires every coach is were there career will be known.
Leicester City problems is not just about the manager. And the appointment of Ruud van Nistelrooy will not immediately solve their problems. They are close to relegation and having a fresh pair of eyes to critically analyze their squad and come up with a plan is why Ruud van Nistelrooy was hired. Leicester City are in a rebuilding phase, the club's management must invest in the squad this January and get Ruud the players he needs.

When Van Nistelrooy left Manchester United, I knew he was going to get a team soon that will make him an head coach. Manchester United may be too quick to sign a new coach when they had a very good option in their team. He showed a very good performance in the games he managed as acting coach, but it wasn’t enough for Manchester United to keep him. They went for Amorim because of his experience in the coaching line, so I may not blame them for that. Van Nistelrooy knew his worth and gladly resigned from Manchester United and now gotten a job in a new team in the same premier league. I am hoping to see how well he can manage this club. Starting his career from a team like this is a good one for him and I hope he delivers well the task been bestowed upon him as the new hard coach of Leicester City.

Ruud Van Nistelrooy will try to fix Leicester City to get out of the danger zone. His task will not be too difficult because I think Ruud is a figure who deserves to be a coach, he is really serious after leaving the ranks of Man United Management.
After Manchester United sacked Erik ten Hag, they appointed Ruud Van Nisterooy as the club's interim manager and in the four games he managed the team, the Dutch man showed his class. That same impressive performance we saw from Ruud Van Nisterooy at Manchester United I think is what we're going to see from him at  Leicester City. Leicester City at the moment is fighting for safety and if nothing is done, they might return to the Championship just after one season in the English Premier League but with Ruud Van Nisterooy as the club's manager, I have a strong belief they'll avoid relegation

Napoli has Lukaku as Osimhen's replacement. If he performs perfectly and help his club to win the trophy, i don't even see a reason to keep Osimhen much longer.

Osimhen has a very high salary, and it's also burdening the club. The decision to let him go is the best to me. They will decrease their salary cap, and it can be re-allocate to buy the new player that is needed by the club.

There are lots of club linked to Osimhen, but Napoli should decrease his price first. If Napoli is always stubborn to sell him more than 100 million. No club wants to acquire him at such price.
Lukaku has successfully replaced Osimhen in Napoli front line, and it is very likely that Napoli management will release Osimhen permanently in the upcoming summer transfer market. It is difficult for clubs interested in Osimhen to recruit him in January, because his price is quite high including his weekly salary, and this could disrupt the club financial balance. Currently, Osimhen looks to be enjoying his loan period with Galatasaray, he looks happy in Turkey. If Napoli still maintains the price of 100 million for Osimhen, maybe they should release him to one of the Saudi Pro League clubs, no European team wants to pay a release clause that high.

Napoli didn't make any mistakes letting go of Victor Osimhen, when they first denied him some of the things he's meant to receive and wasn't given the honour as the striker that helped Napoli to get their first league title, he wasn't a bad person but all of a sudden, things has changed. Lukaka has helped Napoli and they're first on the table and using two points to pass Atalanta that'll be playing later tomorrow against Roma. Atalanta is likely going to win the game as they're the more stronger team and this will put them back under one point from the top of the league. I love how the league is very competitive this season as we don't know which team is going to win.

I actually see that Many of the football fans didn’t even know that Van Nisteroy had been a coach longer time before he accepted to be Manchester United assistant manager. Van Nistelrooy had earlier been the head PSV club then and was already on his way to the premier league with Burnley then been his destination after the departure of Vincent company. So the Ruud isn’t an amateur in the head coaching role like the way most fans portray it to be.

Ruud will start his Leicester career in the midweek, for now I will say we need to actually reduce the expectations we could be placing on Ruud, the changes will come for Leicester City but it might not yield the best results early. He had few games as Manchester United which were decent but I will say there were many factors already in place for him to have the instant impact, he already has the knowledge of the club, had been with the players before so he already had knowledge of each player

What a sad fate for Osimhen. Napoli no longer wants him, but strangely they always seem to prevent Osimhen from leaving there permanently. Therefore Osimhen has become a loan player for any club that needs him, as long as they are willing to pay his salary. I don't think Napoli can continue to act like that because when the contract ends, Osimhen will be free to go anywhere, and his new team will get him for free.
...
This is old news that Napoli don’t want Osimhen and they are still looking to cash out big on him that’s why they don’t want to settle for a less price and it’s not that they don’t want him to leave permanently.

Napoli are wise and they will not let him leave for free so once the loan deal expires they will agree a fee for any club that comes for him i just hope they don’t expect a too high fee for him because it will be difficult now to see a club willing to pay high feed for him.

Napoli cannot continue to behave like this because it would damage Osimhen's market value. I think they will consider the best offers in the winter transfer window. It would hurt Napoli to prolong this problem any longer. Osimhen is a valuable player who has proven himself. He can play for any club in the world. I think Napoli must act rationally at this stage...
Both parties are tired of this saga by now and it will be best if Napoli agrees and accepts offers they receive this summer or winter to put an end to the issue. Osimhen has proven himself countless times and i hope offers come from big clubs like Chelsea came for him last transfer window.

Antonio Conte led the club to standard form this season. He's able to exert good quality performance towards the players. Watching an elite team that once struggle without their main striker in the frontline, suddenly doing extremely better in the absence of Osimhen. Perhaps signing Romelu Lukaku was not a mistake, he's main backup replacement for the Nigeria International. Victor Osimhen did his best for Napoli and his close relationship break down with the club. However he's doing a great job in Galatasaray. Always available to net goals for the club and indulging in ultimate contributions.

I disagree if you say that his job will not be that difficult. Although it is true that he is a reliable coach, but still bringing a club that is in a bad situation will not be easy to fix everything. Moreover, he has just joined, that means he has to fix the internal squad that he has, and also my question is whether the current squad is the squad that he wants, even though the coach must be able to do good things with whoever players he has. His main task is to fix and I don't know if it will take a fast time or not. I also don't fully know what the internal situation is like, and there may be a problem that can hinder the process.

He showed a good performance with Galatasaray and showed that he is still worthy of playing in the top leagues in Europe.
Napoli have indeed found a replacement in the front line, but they certainly do not want to lose if Osimhen finally leaves on a free transfer. They will sell him for Napoli's benefit, but I'm not sure the price might make some clubs think about buying him.
We know that several Premier League clubs have also been rumored to be interested in Osimhen, whether it is true or not I think depends on the seriousness of the negotiations.

Ruud has 54 games experience - as a first team manager. While he did work for some youth teams in PSV before, his only first team experience came from 50 games at PSV, which he did marvellously and to be fair working at youth teams is the best thing you can do in Dutch football, they love playing young players so they can sell them to rest of Europe for a lot of money.

At PSV he worked for 50 games, and then he went to Manchester United to make sure he keeps an eye on Erik Ten Hag, and got the interim job for just four games and left, wasn't really a big deal. The question is, he didn't do anything at United, and only worked decently at PSV, was he hired for him time at PSV, would he still be hired if he never joined United? I do not think so, that little four games, given him the PR he always wanted, obviously PSV time made sure he gets the job, but United job was the one that got PSV job heard in return as well, they are both required to get this job.

I am sure Napoli will not let Osimhen go as a free player, it is also likely that Osimhen will not be loaned again after his loan period ends at Galatasaray. which means, Napoli will try to release him in the summer transfer window. yes, they will inevitably have to lower his transfer price. if not like in the last summer transfer window, not many teams are serious about bringing him in with the transfer clause value desired by Napoli. honestly, I'm not sure Arsenal will be interested in Osimhen again. especially if Napoli makes it difficult to release this Nigerian international player. but I hope Arteta brings him to the Emirates Stadium, because after all Osimhen is one of the strikers who has above average quality. but I suspect, if in the end Osimhen will be interested again by Paris Saint-Germains. moreover, they seem to really need a player who can be a reliable goal scorer. well, we'll just see, right now Osimhen is definitely more focused on Galatasaray, especially improving his performance to achieve his best game again.

Yes, PSG and Arsenal may rekindle their interest in signing Osimhen, of course if Aurelio De Laurentiis sets a more realistic price. I believe Osimhen will not return to Napoli next season after his loan with Galasaray ends, so far the Nigerian international has performed as expected in the Turkish Super Lig. If Napoli make the negotiation process difficult, Osimhen could choose to continue his loan until his official contract with Napoli expires, and then leave for free to another club. Chelsea are unlikely to pursue Osimhen signature again, because their forward line this season has started to be sharp, especially with the improvement shown by Nicolas Jackson.

It seems that's what makes Napoli play hard to get at the moment because Osimhen's contract period is relatively long, therefore, they really expect an offer that can give them big profits. You could say they look greedy, but that's what business is like in football. We'll see if there will be a club that will make an aggressive offer to Napoli, and If only this January is missed, Napoli will have no choice but to slash prices next season.

The decision to fire Steve Cooper was made because the Leicester City board of directors felt that his performance was starting to reach a dead end. If they did not make a decision soon, Leicester would probably sink further to the bottom of the standings. Luckily for them, Van Nistelrooy has accepted the offer to fill the vacant coaching seat, he is expected to boost Leicester performance to move away from the Relegation Zone.
It must be admitted, his job is not as easy as when he handled Manchester United because of the difference in the quality of the current squad, he certainly has a strategy and plan to bring Leicester to win points in every match. If he can save Leicester from the threat of relegation, he will be a manager to consider in the future.

Mateo Retegui is a player who has promised, so if Arsenal really wants a cheaper striker then he could be a good option. But if they still want to sign Osimhen, then Arsenal will have to come back with more money or be patient for another 2 years until Osimhen's contract ends, but there is a possibility that Osimhen could join another club that can reach an agreement with Napoli.

This adventure could be a good start for Van Nistelrooy. Leicester are in a difficult situation and are at the bottom of the table. It will be difficult to get them up from this table. The Dutch manager knows that if he can do this, better teams in the Premier League will want to bring him to the team. So I think he has to find the right equipment for Leicester.

Yeah it should be, though he has no good qualities same way with Manchester United to project whatever tactics he wants to implement,  January transfer window around the corner and all I wish is for them to support and fund him with two to three players,  he has what is takes to leave the the dead and relegation zones. He did pretty well for Psv and I'm sure the pressure with Leicester is not too much for him. I want to see him succeed.

Leicester City is playing very badly this year, they definitely needed such an innovation. Van Nistelrooy is a smart man, he will identify the team's deficiencies, take the necessary precautions and bring the team that is at the bottom of the league back up.

According to the contract they made, he will stay in this team for 2.5 years, if he manages to bring this team back to a good ranking, he will be on the radar of many teams and will allow us to see him at the head of good teams. I hope he manages to use his potential Smiley
Major changes have been taken by Leicester City at the moment, the appointment of Nistelrooy as coach is one of the solutions they are currently taking after the slump of Leicester City, Maresca move to Chelsea has had a lot of negative impact on Leicester City at the moment, Leicester who have ambitions to repeat their glory in 2015/16, are now precisely struggling to stay in the Premier League after promotion this season, Nistelrooy experience as a player and coach provides a solid foundation for him to be able to understand the team dynamics and identify areas that need to be improved at the moment, so I think maybe he will focus on strengthening the defensive line and increasing creativity in the midfield which looks weak at the moment.
